Not all that pleased with this shop. They have a bait and switch pricing that is a lot higher than they represent. I drove all the way down after organizing all my garments only to find out the price was significantly higher than I was lead to believe. They also have very high minimums and not all that friendly staff when confronted about it.*******************************In response to the reply, it is very unclear in the email and through the correspondence . No issues with that and accept your apology.... but there is no need to be less than polite about it about it. Just my opinion. I asked to speak to Kelsey who I correspond with. Britany immediately jumps in and says she will help. I asked for Kelsey and repeated the request. No she can help me. OK. Proceeds to tell me things that are inconsistent with the correspondence in a harsh manner. Kelsey walks in. Does not introduce herself nor does Britany. I continue the discussion with Britany, and at some point down the road Kelsey jumps in and announces she was the one the I was corresponding with and piles in. You win. My bad. I just chalk it up to poor customer service to ask someone to come in based on an unclear email then not afford them some time, courtesy and understanding for the confusion. Missed opportunity to turn a super excited customer who packed up all his stuff to get embroider done and drove all the way in into a lifetime customer.

Asheville Print Shop is my go to for everything from corporate print material to high end screen printed art pieces and concert posters. The customer service and team are top shelf and the prices are competitive. As a designer and customer they wok very closely with you to make sure everything turns out exactly how you want it and any technical issues are understood. They are my first and last call every time.

Chose to order with Asheville Print shop for rain jackets for our 5th year employees at TVS. Everything at first went well, they were responsive and helpful! They asked me to chose the thread colors for our embroidered jackets from huge list of colors (are logo is bi-colored) I, along with 2 other employees from TVS chose the colors that most closely resembled our logo. I then sent our logo with our 2 color choices to Asheville print asking if they thought these choices would match the picture of our logo. They didnt respond to my question and instead sent over a proof which matched our colors perfectly. Come to find out, for the proof they sent they just copied and pasted the exact logo picture I sent them onto the jacket. So of course it looked right... anyways, I approved it. Went to pick up the jackets and the colors were WRONG!! I asked for a carolina blue and a grey/navy and ended up getting a carolina blue with a teal green! Emailed and let them know the colors were wrong after checking to make sure I didnt miss type a thread color number, they listened but the picture I wanted to send them did not do it justice of how teal green the logo is... so I brought it back to them to show them and they are swearing that the grey/navy thread color I chose is the color on the jacket and it just looks different because its printed on a black jacket. THERE IS NO WAY. They offered nothing to me for it being incorrect, and just kept telling me the color on the jacket is the color I chose, I even looked on his computer screen to make sure my screen wasnt off at work and showing the wrong color and it wasnt. See the pictures attached, one is our logo, one is a screenshot of the proof of the jacket I received, the two photos of the colors are the colors we chose to best match our logo, and lastly is the actual picture of the jacket we received with the teal green bottom half of our logo! Truly annoyed and frustrated. Really was looking forward to using them as a resource every year for all of our employees who reach their 5th year, but I believe we will find business else where.

Thanks for enlarging that print of the terrier running on the beach - making it a 24 x 30 mounted canvas statement piece for my house. I wish I could post a photo here of how it looks up on the wall with photos, shells, plants, etc. surrounding it. I posted it on FB today.

I asked Asheville Print Shop to help me with a 14 shirt order for a family pool bash on very short notice. There were multiple sizes in small quantities. I needed the shirts picked up by noon on the day before I left for the family gathering in Cincinnati and everything I asked for was accommodated. The family loved the shirts and it just gave the long weekend at a family pool such a rush. We do this every year in July so Asheville Print Shop will be hearing from me again.

What an amazing store!I needed resumes printed for my job search. I contacted them for pricing by email and they were extremely prompt and even had great recommendations for paper type that would be great for my project.I brought in my file on a zip drive and it took minutes to get them printed and the quality was fantastic. Despite only taking 2 minutes to actually get through the process, I spent a good 15 minutes chatting with the very great workers up front!
