This place is an absolute joke. Went in to fill a prescription for my pet park with a printed out letter from our vet. Letter was slightly faded but they refused to take it. Refused to take a call from our vet then the asian lady at the counter called my wife a drug thief and yelled at her. She deserves to be fired and this places needs to be taught about what customer service is.

I have, so far, had a wonderful experience with these people. My one or two prescriptions were transferred in with the help of Sylvia, who is even-tempered, kind and funny.Abby is a lovely, friendly, efficient young person who cares about the job and the customer beyond the call of duty. She makes a special point of knowing me on the phone or in line, and I tell other people about this kind of service.Allen is helpful and scrupulous; Im very grateful for his courtesy in repeatedly checking to see that everything is taken care of for me.Karen often runs the pharmacy register. She is known for her exceptional kindness and patience and helps everyone, without exception. She demonstrates concern for every customer who appears to need it.Ive liked the others on staff. I wish I could compliment them. Im concerned that some reviews of the store in general will reflect on this team. Im quite contented that I moved my business and hope this special team will be rewarded.

Pharmacy here at Walmart do not go get your medicine there they mess up my wifes medicine told us to be there by 6:30 its not ready you have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes all because we were not in the store when we were told to be there by 6:30

If theres a way to mess it up, these guys will do it.

The store is in a good location as far as food and other extra things are concerned, thats a major positive for the store here. But thats where it ends. No matter what time you go, early in the morning, in the early afternoon, in the evening, or late at night, there are almost never enough lines open for customers. Youll be in line 20 or more minutes just about every time. The last time I went it wasnt all that bad, I think I was in line half the time, so that was nice. But its not the norm.And be on the watch for Helen, one of the greeters. One time when I was shopping with my wife she had a customer ahead of us held up and was checking his familys cart, with the husband coming from some other direction and then joining his family at the cart as we were going to leave. I figured she had an important reason to check their stuff and so we went around to go into the front lobby, and basically not wait in a line. She said nothing to us as we passed by. Only when we were in the lobby did she literally come yelling at us to stop and that we needed to wait on her. But why? You didnt stop us when I passed right in front of you when you were LOOKING right at me? She was treating us like we just stole something and it was very embarrassing, and even her managers said she was in the wrong for what she did.Im fine with you needing to check items, thats not an issue, but when you look me dead in the face and let me go and only after that do you come yelling thats unacceptable. My wife said that she was making a racket about a kids baseball/bat combo that wasnt in the bag. Really? Something that would never fit in a bag, ever, and you yell at us for that? Sure, we could have grabbed a bat and tried to run off with it, but I dont see every person that leaves being stopped for things out of the bag even when they are smaller and more easily could have been a theft! I dont know what the heck her issue was, but be on the watch for her. She let other people go by without stopping them on a later date and it really made me mad. It made me wonder what it is she had against us but not against the other people. We werent drunk, yelling, being stupid, or anything crazy, so it made no sense. To this day I cant figure it out, and her managers said she was wrong and they apologized for that.People like her either need to be consistent or not be there. Period. Its not good for your business when your customers are treated that badly but yet others with items also not in bags are treated just fine. Helen needs to learn that a ball bat will never fit in a bag, ever, and that yelling at somebody after theyve already gone past isnt going to do you any favors or make you look good. If the amount of open lanes increases even a bit that would be great. Helen is the biggest negative, but you very well may be one of the people I saw not being given a fit, so that may be fine to you. Hopefully she and other things improve, because this store is in a great location.

I called to see if my prescription was ready. The pharmacist said they didn’t have my address on file so they “didn’t bother making it.”Then after I gave them my address, she said it would be ready in an hour. I arrive exactly an hour later. And after standing at the desk for 5 minutes while all 5 employees avoided eye contact I was greeted with“Oh it will be some more time. The pharmacist has to look it over”Cut to another HOUR AND A HALF later.And I’m still in line.The customer service here is ridiculous.

Walmart Pharmacy on Bleachers Blvd Asheville NC is unacceptably unorganized. The customer service is in the gutter. When you call the pharmacy the phone just rings with no answer. If Walmart is too cheap to hire employees that are actually qualified, they have no business having a pharmacy. The rest of the store is mismanaged the same way.

Seriously only ONE checkout lane open, but SEVERAL employees walking around the front of the store. Waited 45 MIN in checkout lane, then on the way out, they decide to turn on the freakin self checkout! Smh

Wish I could give less than 1 Star. I was calling to get a price on a prescription I received at the ER. The time was 1:28pm. The phone rang for 2 minutes, and at 1:30 someone picked it up just to end the call. I immediately called back thinking it was just signal loss, or an accident. Without ringing once I heard the message, “The pharmacy is currently closed, and will reopen at 2pm.” I understand they have a lunch break, but letting the phone ring for 2 minutes until they could hang up and disconnect is beyond unprofessional. Thank for hanging up on me Walmart!

They closed the gate in front of my face for lunch time .. Im on a time limit and thats why i hate walmart Could at least put up a lunch hour sign .. I dont ever remember a time where cvs or Walgreens shut down the pharmacy!!

Walmart pharmacy on bleachery blvd is the worst! They make you wait and not tell you if you should sit or wait in line! Theres only one person at the register and shes not as welcoming as you would think she should be.

They have done a great job with transferring my prescriptions for me from Atlanta.

Always on top of it! I have never had a bad experience very helpful and friendly
