Customer service 1/5Cost- $$Delivery 3/5Called to pay for an order that my grading guy ordered. I asked the lady one the phone 3 questions. How much is my order going to be (estimate)? What time will the gravel be delivered? And, do you know whose contact number you have ?Her answer to all 3 questions were a quick “I don’t know”. With no other explanation or reassurance.And that’s after we told them we needed gravel on a Friday, and then had to cancel because they couldn’t “let us know for sure” whether or not the gravel would be delivered, until the day of. And then they called us ( after rescheduling further out) on that Friday asking if we’re ready...I’ve been told before that north buncombe quarry is hard to schedule with, and sometimes rude. And I certainly believe it now.
