What life savers Wendy & Jeff are! We were prepping our rental home for sale, and I visited twice. First time, our 2013 Miele vacuum kept turning itself off. Wendy quickly diagnosed that the dirt collection bag was clogged by plaster dust! Plus, I had placed two air filters in reversed locations. Voila! With a new bag and filters in place, it works perfectly. Then we rented an Oreck Orbiter, which was easy to use. We saved $500+ by cleaning, buffing, and polishing our hardwood living & dining room & hallway floors vs hiring a flooring company! Great instructions on how to use the Orbiter. Used the Oreck Hardwood Cleaner, terry cloth bonnet, & lambs wool bonnet. Floors look professionally cleaned! Well be renting it again to clean our hardwood floors, plus well try it for cleaning floor tiles. Great service and help!!

I really like the Sebo Felix I bought at Carolina Vacuums & More. Wendy sold it to me at a great price. There was several things wrong with the first one I bought, but was able to take it back and get a new one, which has been problem free. The only negatives is they sometimes dont answer their phone when you call. And although I was told they would contact Sebo and give them my warranty information, the never did. No big deal I just went to Sebos website and registered the warranty myself.

This place is awesome. They are fast, efficient and great to work with. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my cleaning needs.

Wendy and Zach took excellent care of me and my vacuum. She listened to my issue and started to diagnose it right away. Zach fixed it up the best he could.There was no pressure to buy a new vacuum, even though mine isnt in the greatest shape. Wendy gave me excellent advice on keeping my current vacuum running and offered a way to get a new vacuum without being pushy.

I had a great experience at Carolina Vacuums. I was gifted a used Oreck XL that was not working and was so glad to see Carolina Vacuums open until 6pm on a Sunday! I called and Zach told me I could bring it in right away. They diagnosed the vacuum and repaired it quickly and affordably.I imagine it’s a tough business providing quality products that people don’t have to replace often. But, I’ll be coming here again for my next vacuum or service. Without question.

Wonderful staff! Wendy and Zachary were very helpful and professional. I dropped in with my malfunctioning vacuum and within :20 they had my big Dyson vacuum cleaned up and running again. Joanne and Wendy are great! I had an older model vacuum and they let me know everything that was wrong with it upfront and then told me that after the repairman checked it out and they found that it wasnt worth fixing that they would let me know before I paid. A couple of days after taking it in the repairman phoned me and let me know that he was able to fix the vacuum and it only costs me $69 instead of having to pay $175 for a new one!

Zachary at Orecks Asheville store on So Tunnel Road was beyond helpful when I came in with my mysterious problem with my vacuum. He figured out the problem was in the hose or nozzle and tried all sorts of techniques to remove a blockage until he solved the problem. He was so patient, courteous and SMART about what to do and I left one very satisfied customer. Zachary is an asset to your business!

My Hoover vacuum has been in their shop for almost a month now for a warranty claim and I am still waiting to hear what if anything will be done. The representative from the shop just gave me their claim number and invited me to call Hoover myself to see if they will do anything for me. This has been a terrible service experience so far and I regret using this location as warranty service provider.

Asheville store is having some serious issues with staffing technicians, and our Dyson had to be sent to Greenville to be serviced there after waiting for 3+ weeks after their tech quit in the middle of working on ours. The tech from the Greenville store is fantastic, and the management in the Asheville store is very accomodating, so hopefully this store will get in someone that is able to do as well here in town. Ultimately the store made it right for us, so I upgraded our original review...
