The staff has always been courteous, very knowledgeable, and willing to help in any way. The few times Ive asked for information they didnt have, they researched it and promptly got back to me. As a former bike mechanic who only wants to ride, not work on bikes, Im always pleased with the service departments professionalism and quality of service.
This is a top tier shop with knowledgeable, capable staff. Their communication is excellent. They are prompt to address any concerns that may come up, and go above and beyond to make things right.

The team at ESA are top notch. I had been in the dealership a few times over several months to window shop. Every visit was enjoyable. I never felt pressured, but Gary took the time to walk around with me and just talk about the bikes and his experiences with them. Every person that works there is a rider and has first hand knowledge of the bikes and gear that they sale to the public. I knew this was who I wanted to do business with. After finding a bike, Denise was great with helping me through the financial process and gear selection. Denise and Travis have so much knowledge to share about riding gear that they will be a valuable resource for anyone needing help choosing the best gear for their situation. Simply the best BMW dealer Ive been to. Great people are what sets shops apart. Any BMW dealer can get the bike. These folks are very knowledgeable about bikes, accessories, parts, clothing, etc. No pressure to buy anything. Just a willingness to help you make an educated decision. I stopped in with a question for the service department, but apparently they were very busy. Finally I was helped, and the service manager referred me to someone up front.They were extremely helpful, and answered my question.
The worst part of buying a vehicle for me is the high pressure sales tactics. They want your name and number before they really even talk to you then bug you nearly to death if you dont buy. This place is the complete opposite. I dealt with Travis and it couldnt have gone any easier. Im new to the GS world and he explained everything about the bike. I borrowed a helmet to get the bike home (I didnt go expecting to buy that day). When I brought it back a week later Travis greeted me by name and answered more questions as if he had all day. I really appreciate how this dealership is set up and wont go anywhere else.
I was out on a road trip, and the fun roads around NC ate my front tire for breakfast, wearing out the remaining life much quicker than I was expecting. I called Eurosport just before closing on Friday, and their shop manager, Shawn (I forgot to note how you spelled your name, sorry if I have it wrong!) checked stock and found that they had a tire that would fit. He suggested I bring the bike by right at open on Saturday morning, and theyd do everything they could to fit it into their schedule.They got me in and out in very good time, and for a great price. While we were there, my riding buddy found a used bike they had, for a great price. Sales worked on a trade-in quote for his ride, and called us while we were having lunch with a very fair value. We ran back to Eurosport for a test ride, which sealed the deal. They even helped us transfer a few accessories from his old bike to his new one! The whole sales process was no-pressure, and they were upfront about both the cost of the bike as well as the fees that were added, which I believe were just state tax and registration (which they have no control over) and a very reasonable documentation fee.Everyone we talked to was friendly, both the repair and purchase were done quickly and correctly, and prices were great. Could not have asked for a better experience.
Stopped by for the 1st time. I was only looking for a helmet. The salesman was polite and helpful. There selection of larger KTMs was good. I have no experience with them beyond this one visit .
I was going to joke my buddy for causing us to stop for repair during our trip. However, I’m glad now we did. For the first time in my life I can say I’m impressed with and would recommend a power sports shop. Service manager and tech staff were knowledgeable and awesome to fit us in and get us back on the road with a weird issue solved. During the wait, all the sales staff was super friendly and helpful even putting us onto a new and better route plan for our ride. Outstanding!

Had tire trouble while riding the Blue Ridge Parkway, Matt and his team we fully booked but he got us in and fixed quickly; he also educated us about how to avoid the unexpected wear issue in the future and adjusted the tire pressure on our other bike to prevent the issue on that one. They were very pleasant to work with and if they were not 1500 miles from my home, I would be look forward to going back. Thanks again!

Every single person on staff is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They go out of their way to make sure I have the best bike and equipment for my needs. If you want to know what motorcycle fits your riding style best, they will take time to listen and help you with your decision. If your Senna isnt pairing right, they will help diagnose the issue. If your helmet is feeling wrong they will help you fix the problem and/or recommend several other options. I love using them to determine what riding attire is right for me. Just completed a deal on an older R1200GS. I’ve purchased many many bikes in the past 15 years or so from various dealers all over the south east. Not one has been close to the wonderful experience I’ve had at Eurosport Asheville. Zero pressure sales staff. They were more than willing to answer 2 different visits worth of questions. They worked in a special last minute request to put tires on while it was in the service department just prior to delivery. There was even a part failure on the bike discovered (by them) on a test ride just before taking possession and Eurosport repaired it on their dime with full disclosure. I look very forward to working with them in the coming years on service etc.

How good do you want a dealer to be?I’ve bought 3 bikes from Eurosport and I can tell you that this is THE BEST motorcycle and accessory buying experience. Period. I’m incredibly busy with work these days; I work 60+ hours most weeks.I let them know that my time was at a premium. They knew time was tight for me, and I was in and out on this purchase in 30 min. That included a trade of a 1290 and purchasing a farkled 890 Adventure R. In the past they’ve always spent as much time as I needed on a new bike delivery. In this case, they knew I was in a hurry and made it work.They then went out of their way to help me with an accessory request. They spent a lot of time and thought to make something work that was a difficult ask on my part. And they did it with a smile, lots of contact, and made me feel like a priority.Big thanks to AJ, Gary, JT, and Travis. These folks have EARNED my business. Recently made a motorcycle purchase at Eurosport, I have had several years with dealing with them via parts and service. The entire crew at Eurosport are all top notch individuals. The biggest difference with Eurosport is they really make you feel welcome and a relaxed buying experience you leave feeling like a family member as apposed to another number ! I am not generally a person that reviews businesses, but I can make exceptions. Justin, Tom, Gary, Denise, AJ and the rest of the gang are great people. I just purchased a KTM 390 ADV from EA and I am about to hit the 600 mile mark. The bike is wonderful and the buying experience was EASY. This bike was the third purchased from EA either by myself or my wife. The price they display on the bikes is an honest price. No add-ons for set-up and a totally reasonable doc fee when compared to other dealers. Gary went over all the details on the bike though your head can get full after a bit. No questions he did not answer and he even gave the handle bars a final adjustment for me in the lot. I live about 100 miles from EA, so I dont want surprises and I hope my contact with service is minimal (though I know the techs are really good). Completely happy with the bike and with EA.
Road trip to the Dragon from NY, Alixs 2017 s1000rr lights up the check engine light, probably from trying to keep up with the RABBIT and TomTom, so we find Eurosport Ashville and figure we are gonna lose a day riding. The service manager Shawn gets us in right away and 25 minutes later the tech has the problem solved.. unbelievable !! Thanks Shawn for making our trip a memorable one..
I was traveling on my SuperAdventure and not only did they get me in and fix my Fault code, but they had new tires and a new set of touratech cases in stock as well as tons of other had to find items my local shops dont stock. the too the time to take a walk in and get me back on the road, and that means a lot when traveling.

As a 50-ahem-year rider, racer, bike builder and restorer, my standards are impossibly high, and they have been met or exceeded every time, every visit to Eurosport AVL. As a woman in the boys club, I’m also paying careful attention to how I’m treated, spoken to, listened to, and Eurosport easily comes up tops every time. Whatever you need, service, parts, a new bike, or just to hang out on the sofa and read motorcycle magazines with a cup of coffee, you’ll find a warm welcome at Eurosport AVL.
Its a really nice motorcycle shop with lots to look at and nice people to talk to. Everyone is very experienced, you wont get any bad answers or bad advice. Its centrally located with plenty of parking. I purchased a pre-owned BMW from them last week and its been absolutely great. My new bike was serviced and ready to ride. Im very happy they are our dealer in Asheville.
A very pleasant experience start to finish! On my way to a local dealership (I live in Spartanburg, SC) I decided to give this dealership a call to see if maybe they had the bike I was looking for in stock as I wasnt too thrilled about giving my local dealership my business. After speaking with a salesman for a few minutes on the phone I knew I wanted to make my purchase here! I turned around and drove the extra hour and a half to Asheville and I was not disappointed. I was greeted as soon as I entered and helped immediately despite the store being relatively busy. The staff were knowledgeable, polite and made me feel comfortable. Their prices were competitive and their bikes and showroom were in prestine condition. I picked out the motorcycle I wanted (KTM 890 Adventure) and was promptly taken care of. Overall I had a great experience. Highly recommended!

They took me in last minute with clutch problems as we were traveling thru Asheville despite only 3 mechanics being available and a fully booked schedule. They did a quick fix on day 1 that allowed me to ride and then replaced the faulty parts on day 2 after flying in the missing parts.Thanks to Sean the service manager and the diligent mechanics.A very nice group of people that take the time to explain. My wife and I stopped in because I had researched them online, and found out they were a Revit dealer. While on our way to Bryson City, we stopped in to look around. We immediately liked the selection of gear and bikes. Denise worked with my wife on what gear would be good for her, and I picked out a new Revit jacket. It was great for a shop to have women’s clothing in stock, and someone as knowledgeable as Denise to help my wife with it. Now my wife has all the gear she needs for our riding adventures. I will definitely be back! We didn’t leave with a bike, but we found one we love!
Singing the praises of this dealer in Asheville NC. We are days away from my home state dealership and the bike went into limp mode. Their service writer said that they are booked out weeks (and they are down a tech today unexpectedly) but they understand and would try ro help. They looked at it right away and 1.5 hr later, its fixed. While we waited we talked to almost every employee and its very obvious that customer service is their first priority. Great experience!!

I traveled about 600 miles round trip to buy a 2010 R1200GSA from them. It was an awesome experience. Well worth the drive. The guys and gals there went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and everything was ready on the bike. I’ll definitely be looking there first next time I’m looking for a bike. Hopefully I’ll have time to stay and ride around the smoky mountains next time . Oh yeah, and their website is really nice too. They told me that the pictures of their bikes for sale are super high resolution so they’re limited by how many pics they can upload. So it’s a give and take scenario. If you want more pics of any bike, just email them and they’ll send you all the pics you want.
I was travelling through NC from MA when my front brakes started feeling funny. After unsuccessfully bleeding it in the hotel parking lot I called Eurosport Ashville for help. Sean said theyre booked up solid for the next 3 weeks but they usually leave the last hour of the day for travelers like myself. I showed up, and they got to work right away. Turns out I have a binding piston on the left side caliper. Sean gave me a couple options that were best case and worse case scenario. Worse case scenario would potentially leave me stranded for a week so I opted to ride on (with caution). When it came time to pay up they refused to take my money.Kudos to these guys! on 2 separate days they also got my friend in for brake bleed on his RS, and another was able to purchase rear brake pads for his SuperDuke.

Eurosport is a top class dealer. Every person who works there is friendly, patient and helpful. I have to hand it to John, Blair and Denise in particular. They supported my YEAR of waffling and indecision in the process of finding a bike to follow my 17 year old GS, even my initial decision to try a used Honda was supported and celebrated. When the time came after a KTM demo day to pull the trigger on a new 1090, they stepped up to the plate and delivered with info and support. Kudos to Thomas and Justin for working to create such a great sales environment.

I just recently purchased a new KTM 1290 Super Adventure R from Eurosport. This bike is literally the finest bike Ive ever ridden, and Ive owned many! Its bad when you wake up and check the weather every day to make sure it will be good to ride, and then lose sleep that night thinking about riding the next day. Its a curse!Its very easy to give Eurosport a 5-star review. Blair, a KTM owner and advanced riding instructor, was very informative and patient when getting my questions answered. And, Laura went above and beyond in making the deal work for both of us. When signing the paperwork, everything was in order and went very smoothly. After the sale, there was a very thorough bike acquaintance given as well. With this much technology its a must.When it was time for my 1,000km service, they started on it immediately after I arrived and when I was given the technical feedback a couple hours later, that told me they had been very thorough with service and inspections that were performed.Eurosport has an impressive amount of gear in stock to go with the bikes as well, whether clothing or bike accessories.Eurosport is a 5-Star dealer, so glad they are close to me!

Rode in here after two days in the saddle riding from NYC. This shop knows exactly how to treat their customers. Had an issue with my brake lights and running light, they got me into the service department immediately and sorted all the issues I was having on my GS. Excellent service and fair prices.Very happy with my KTM Super Duke GT, the service guys even helped fix my trailer hitch and electrical wiring to get the bike home safely to Greenville.Minor issue with missing spare key from KTM resolved extremely promptly thru Eurosport, would recommend buying a BMW or KTM again with these guys.

Ive visited BMW dealerships all over the country and Eurosport is by far the best dealership Ive encountered. The SUPER friendly staff is also so knowledgeable about their products. Blair is one of the smartest motorcycle sales people Ive ever met. Travis is always so kind and helpful. Denise always gives expert advice on gear and constantly stays informed on the latest in motorcycle gear. I cant rave enough about this company and how they run their business.
I recently purchased a new R 1250 GSA from Eurosport. Although the dealership is nearly 400 miles away from my residence in eastern North Carolina I decided to trust them with my business. There are other BMW dealers closer to me but contact with these dealers revealed additional costs like transportation charges, (which are already included in the BMW factory build sheet invoice), and document fees which were several times what Eurosport charges. The resultant savings by purchasing from Eurosport amounted to several hundred dollars over competing dealerships.During the process of purchasing the bike I had the opportunity to interface with several of the staff. Everyone was knowledgeable, forthright, competent and professional. Gary, the salesman, answered all my questions (and never tried to sell me extra stuff I didnt need). AJ, the finance guy worked diligently with my bank to ensure timely financing, and Travis in Parts was an encyclopedia of BMW GSA specific requirements. These individuals made me feel more like a friend or family member than a customer. Ive owned 7 motorcycles in my life and too many cars to remember and Ive never been more impressed by a dealership. Huge shout out to EuroSport in Asheville.I was staying in Maggie Valley with friends last week for a week of riding all over Western NC and East TN. Three days in and I had a center-tread puncture of the rear tire while riding to Little Switzerland. Three dynaplugs were consumed by the tire with no effect. My two riding companions rode to an auto parts store and purchased one of the big, stringy plug kits. This fix helped it hold air.No one in town that was open on Monday had the 18 rear (99 R1100RT) in stock. I felt confident that EuroSport would have it in stock. I spoke to them TU morning and they expected to have one in from the warehouse TU afternoon. I arrived TU afternoon but through no fault of their own, the warehouse made a mistake and the tire didnt make the shipment.In order to help salvage the week, Eurosport went way above and beyond by giving me a demo R1250GS until the tire arrived. The warehouse made the same mistake again the next day. EuroSport had me keep the bike until the tire arrived on TH.Great, great guys with outstanding service. Ive used several BMW dealerships over the years but the couple of times Ive needed Eurosport, theyve vastly exceeded my expectations. You guys in NC are lucky!

Ive had my bike serviced here several times and never left feeling like Id been hosed. Cant say that about every dealership Ive visited. Bought a new helmet with help from Denise whos depth of knowledge about the various manufacturers current offerings made it easy to make a decision.Time came for a new bike last week and after a test drive and a fair price for my trade Im the owner of a new GS1250. Couldnt be happier with the whole experience.

Even took a late evening phone call to accommodate my work schedule and answered numerous questions I had....I think our email count was up to 30 last time I checked.Austin got me in and got the paperwork done and explained everything to me thoroughly.Blair was a huge help with my questions on accessories. It was good to get the opinion of someone who lives it. I went to get a drink of water and came back and my RAM mount and tank bag were already installed!Ive dealt with my share of dealerships over the years but Eurosport Asheville is the absolute cream of the crop. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and there is just a great, laid back atmosphere throughout the entire place. Thomas, Denise, Travis, Gary, Matt and the rest of the crew at Eurosport are the bees knees. Top notch bunch of folks who are super knowledgeable and very helpful. Theyre all very enthusiastic about bikes and riding which is what you want in a motorcycle shop...duh.
I purchased a RT and XR and the experience with sales, parts, service, owner and other sales people was awesome. The service during COVID was as good as it could be too. I travel from Winston Salem and its worth it!
Great, friendly, knowledgeable people to deal with. I have had my bikes serviced there for years and recently bought a new 1250 RT from them. I have always felt they are giving honest and dependable information--good value at fair prices.
Just purchased my second new bike from Eurosport Asheville and both times have been a great experience. I have also had the same great and friendly experience with their parts and service dept. My favorite dealership, keep up the good work.
Wonderful people at this dealership! I have managed service departments for years in the automotive industry and I would be proud to have any one of the employees at Eurosport as part of my team. They have managed to blend a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and FUN into their culture. I would like to thank TRAVIS especially, wonderful guy and a real EXPERT. I would honestly pay more and travel further to do business with this team!
Stopped here on a whim to check out the bikes while visiting the area from Tampa. All the staff were super friendly and the shop is kept in tip-top shape with plenty of bikes, parts, and demos available. Everyone was helpful and my only regret is that Im not local. Ill be back for a visit the next time Im in North Carolina!

Hands down the best motorcycle dealership I have encountered. A super friendly and knowledgeable staff, always willing to take the time to answer questions, help you get the support you need. Excellent service department. I was in from out of town the service associate was able to look at the bike and diagnose within a few hours. He didnt have the part in stock but offered some great alternatives to get me up and running and didnt charge for the diagnosis. Great Experience Would Recommend
The best experience Ive ever had in buying a motorcycle. Justin and AJ did an amazing job in making sure all was installed on the bike (heated grips, cruise control and a charge port for the battery). Everything was ready on the loan and all that was necessary was for me to sign papers. This was all done in a one day time period. The 2020 ktm790 adv. R is an amazing motorcycle. Thank you AJ and Justin and I thank Thomas Montgomery for assembling a great crew who gets the job done.
Recently purchased my fourth bike from ESA, 2020 R1250R. Justin and his crew are all top shelf people. Gary has always been very helpful with choosing the right accessories for my purchase. Travis and Denise are both very knowledgable and helpful acquiring parts and gear. Recently purchased a properly fitted helmet with their help. Matt and his team are always quick to schedule and complete service appointments. AJ makes the paperwork as painless as possible. Theres a guy there named Thomas, not sure what he does, seems to just walk around like he owns the place, probably part of the cleaning crew😁.Overall, always a positive experience, you get what you pay for.
From the moment I first wandered into the store, I have felt extremely welcome and comfortable at Eurosport Asheville. I was out of the Motorcycle world for 25 years, and they have been a key part in getting me back onto 2 wheels! I have been through a dozen motorcycle shops in the last 6 months, and none were as helpful as the folks at Eurosport. They handled all my stupid questions with a smile and have been amazingly helpful. No pressure, just a desire to listen to you and help you find what you need. When I bought my 2009 GS motorcycle from them, they went above and beyond to make the process, easy, organized and made sure the bike was set up for me. I was impressed that even on a busy Saturday, they spent the time to give me a very thorough orientation for my R1200GS, and to ensure that it was setup just the way I wanted. Since my purchase, I have also been amazed by their service department. They worked around my schedule and needs to fix a few small things and keep me on the road. I was worried that service here was going to be the expensive, slow, unresponsive kind I have experienced with BMW automobiles, but my experiences so far have been anything but that! They run the dealership like a family business, and they treat you like family the first time you walk in. I wish more retail businesses operated this way. Its a lost art.
Purchased a very low mileage 17 GSA today and the experience was top notch. Justin and all the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the bike, parts, accessories and gear. They answered all my questions and offered to answer any more I may have at anytime. I highly recommend Eurosport Asheville if you are looking for a Bike or any other related items, you wont be disappointed.
I had my eye on a BMW R nine T for a couple of years, so when the 0 to 60 promotion came out, I decided to search for it. There was only one 2018 model available on the US east coast. Lucky for me, it was at Eurosport Asheville. Following the suggestion of a long-time customer of them, I called Justin and he made the deal even sweater. Two days later, I was riding home on a beautiful Scrambler, a smile on my face and some extra money in my pocket. I highly recommend these guys.
I purchased a GS from this dealership and had a wonderful experience because of the owner. I called last summer to schedule An appointment for someService on a R80st. Was told by Matt the advisor that he was two weeks out. Understood it was summer. I said thats fine just give me the best date you have so bike doesnt t sit taking up room. It took them 6 weeks to get back with me. I would call for an update and the advisor was rude and very short. I can not get a call back from the service dept or a message forward that I need Justin to call me. Great place to buy your BMW. But wouldGo Elsewhere for service. We all know that we own BMW s and not Jap bikes Matt. Dont need to be told that. If you have to drive to another dealership for service it s much worth it in the long run. This dealers motto should be Go On Take the Money and Run!
Headed up from Charlotte to ride the great roads of the Blue Ridge mountains. Left on a Friday and by Saturday realized that my tires were in much worse shape than i first thought. 50 miles from Eurosport in Ẻwin, contacted Matt and he told me to come down and they would make my tire change a priority. Got there at 3:15 and by 5, left with a new set of shoes on my Duc SS, with still plenty of time to romp on the way back to where we were staying in Cherokee. Cannot say enough about the fine folks at Eurosport and how well I was treated. Lesson to be learned here, when your tires start to show tread wear and your strafing mountain roads, they are going to go fast!

These guys are the best! Never any sales pressure. Full of information, which theyre happy to help you with when you have questions. They know that if they keep you coming back you will buy stuff sooner or later, and theyre happy to be there for that. Their service department is exceptional as well!
