Had a bizarre interaction online . I was trying to buy a $50K RDX. they treated me like I was the seller. I tried initiating the purchase online and left my phone number without email;cause they would just blow it up….story short. It was like trying to cancel aol except I was aol trying to get them to sell me a car. Salesman name Rex; hopefully my experience is limited to him, but just weird!

Just bought a 2015 certified Acura at Butler, Scott was rock star on working with us on what we needed....(shout out to sales manager for throwing in a new hat...ask them why!!) Great car for a great deal...very easy and small family owned lot is very refreshing...

I took my 19 year old Acura in for a recall repair and an oil change. That work was fine, but they (service department) told me the back brakes were in terrible shape, there was a serious oil leak, etc. See the attached photo of the list of concerns. The estimated repairs would cost more than the car is worth. The next day, I took a look at the car myself. The back brakes are fine!!! And, if there is an oil leak, its tiny. I dont trust any of this. It smells like they are just trying to make money...

Came in about a month ago with a very specific type of car for our already large, growing family. We’ve had some bad experiences at car lots before and were wary, but in need. Scott in the service department was so friendly! I was told by the butler on 62 that I needed to replace 3 different belts soon; that was a year ago. I haven’t gotten a chance to replace them. While my car was at the butler in Ashland was was going to get them replaced. Scott had informed me that my belts looked brand new and didn’t need replaced!!!!!!! The Service Advisor Joe Butterfield is always so pleasant to the customers. He welcomes you with a warm welcome and a smile, keeps you updated at all times with the status of your vehicle being repaired and explains the results of the repair when completed. I just bought a used Acura here. I worked with Rex. He was friendly, helpful, and informative. I never once felt pressured or like I was being sold something just informed sufficiently in order to make a wise purchase. He stayed about two hours after closing that evening to help me wrap up my deal and drive my new to me car home that evening. I had also rented a Ford Taurus (0 stars) from a place in Grants Pass, and it needed to be returned. Not only did he return it for me, he did so on his day off. Thank you, Rex and Butler Acura, for going the extra mile (or 30 something miles) for me. I highly recommend this dealership!!

Todd was very courteous and patiently explained the capabilities and features of the car we eventually got. Good follow up, as well. We were able fo try out different vehicles, and are happy with the one we now have.

I routinely have my Acura serviced here, and Justin & Scott have assisted me in purchasing a new vehicle. Theyre very helpful folks with great knowledge of their product. As other reviewers have pointed out, theyre not the least bit pushy. They even gave me a ride out to one of their other lots to test a vehicle. Great people, I dont get the whole weird car-salesman vibe that some of the Medford dealerships give me. They seemed genuinely interested in getting me into the best vehicle possible for the best rate.Other touches included complimentary cold waters and coffee/hot chocolate. Joe & Brooke in the service department were very helpful as well and even walked me through resetting my radio after my battery died free of charge.

I had no intention of making a deal on any car when I dropped by to talk to Victor and show him the 2010 Ranger I wanted to trade in when the time was right. But he showed me the perfect car for me and such a generous trade-in was offered that I couldnt pass it up. I was treated with patience without any pressure and love my Acura. Butler has always exceeded my expectations and I never hesitate to recommend this fine company to everyone.

I had my mind set that I wanted a 2019 Honda Accord but thought I should at least look at what Acura had to offer first. Rob Lucey and Rex Cunningham spent quite a bit of time showing me all of the Acura features, and by the time I was done I felt like the 2019 Acura TLX fit my needs better. I am totally in love with this car!! The car buying experience literally took 3 hours and it wasnt stressful. Im VERY HAPPY!:)

Butler Acura was by far my best experience with a dealership. From start to finish all the assistance I received was phenomenal. I recently relocated to the area and reside in curry county which is roughly 3 hours from Butler Acura in Ashland and without transportation. That was not an issue as Brent was able to arrange for me to get shuttled to Butler Acura. Scott picked me up and drove me from curry county to the dealership and it was a great experience. Once we arrived at the dealership, Scott was sure to let me take a look at the vehicle I was interested and let me tell you it was a sweet ride (2010 VW Golf) with very low mileage! Scott was tremendous with making sure I was comfortable and ensured that I had all the knowledge I needed to make my decision. Once I made my decision and went into the financing portion, Rikki was very thorough and such a great help with making all the arrangements between the dealership and the credit union so I would be all set up with my payments and also made sure I understood all the details in depth.
