Need more repairmen in auto center, to long of wait time to get oil change done

Had a flat tire and they got me in right away!

I gave them this low rating because I went for an oil change asked for the higher cost synthetic oil change. When it was finished and I got my receipt and they gave me the high mileage oil change instead. Verify your request was made before and after completion.

Great service and people

Oil change at a great price. The work was done fast and to my delight when I got in my car they had swept the front floor boards! That is service above and beyond. I appreciate that added touch .

Took forever and there was no one in front or behind us. Just to replace one tire it took over an hour. Then the lady at the desk spent most of her time talking with friends instead of informing us about the wait. Only come here if your in a pinch.

Unsurprising incompetence by Walmart. Ordered 4 tires online, they arrived two days prior. To make a long story short, one of the tires was defective as you could tell visually. After wasting over 2 hours waiting there I was told the bad news, my questions are why is no one looking at these beforehand inspecting them? Why was I forced to wheel a shopping cart in a crowded store with kids everywhere to return these when it wasnt my mistake? And why did I waste my time talking to a manager who promised a call back (that Ive not received) from the service center manager? Complete waste of an evening around the holidays. The service center from desk guy was cordial enough in dealing with other employees issues. Never again.

This place is a joke. Every time I go there to get a oil change or tires we are told hours 2 hour wait. We went there on 6/16/18 to get 2 tires put on my wifes car and before we walked in I told my wife watch I bet you they say a 2 hour wait. Guess what they said? Its a 2 hour wait. I asked the guy finally why is it always a 2 hour wait every time I walk in there. He said i must not be getting there at the right times. I was the first one in the door this morning. What do I need to do pop a tent? I am done with Walmart all together

Wal-Mart being the monster it is has always been a great place to get all your needs. Be it food, electronics, or your car serviced, they got it all. The staff are always friendly and eager to help you.

Best deal on new tires and mounting only place I’m going for tires

Tried three times in one week to get two tires for my vehicle. Called ahead twice and was told they had openings available. Drove there within 10 minutes both times and was told they werent taking any more tire appointments. Waste of my time and they were not there least bit helpful or sorry about it. Both times they had no vehicle in at least one tire bay. Slow and not conscientious at all. I took my business elsewhere. Try Katz Tires instead. Good prices and got me right in.

I took my car in at 9am to get two tires patched, I didnt leave until 1115. Around 1015, the shop worker came to tell the destruction attendant that I needed to replace a tire. Another hour and 10 minutes I was finally able to get out of there. It should not, under any circumstance take an hour and 15 minutes to patch one tire and realize another needs to be replaced. Ive never waited more than 20 minutes to get a tire patched.Lets step it up Walmart, the slooooooooow service is unacceptable!

Took longer than it should have. Arrived at 7am and was second in line (lady ahead of me was getting tires which is separate crew and bay). Waited 1hr 15min for an oil change. I will pay the extra $15 and save 45min of my morning at Vavoline next time

First the lady who helped me was rude for absolutley no reason at all. Second they didnt have my tires which is a common size tire. Third they told me it was going to be AT LEAST a 2 hour wait just to get my vehicle in for an oil change. What a joke of place. But should I expect anymore from Wal-Mart? Probably not.

Manager of auto center was amazing and so helpful.

I used to go to Ashlands Wal Mart for tires. The last time was July of 2014 for a tire rotation. They called to tell me I needed 4 new tires. I told them I had just purchased the tires from them in March of 2014. She looked it up and told that yes I did.. So I told I wanted my tires rotated and Id be in to get my car. I had taken out the extra so the tire rotation was free. But every time I went there it was I needed new tires or an alignment. Which I already had. It took them two hours to do an oil change and I was the second person in line that morning. Needless to say I dont do business at the auto center at Wal Mart anymore!

Older lady in that department has the worst customer service ever. I have had two poor experiences with her and wish I never purchased my tires there. You clearly cannot get there within 30 minutes of closing if you want anything done. They close at 7:00 and she has the final say so as to whether you get serviced or not. I will never purchase my tires there again due to my experience.
