I hit a pothole last night in town and today my tire was flat. I stopped up at the store and the employees got me right in and fixed my problem very quickly. All of the staff was super friendly and I was very impressed with them all. I would come back here anytime for a problem and definitely recommend as a nice local store

Also, many many oil fingerprints were on glovebox, inside of door handle, outside of door handle and the hood. Cabin filter was changed is why glovebox was a mess. Very disappointed in oil prints that I had to take time and clean up. Also, I was there for 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Very unacceptable. This service on my vehicle should of been on the house. Only received $35.00 off a $150.00 bill!!!

I tried to bite my tongue but I don’t want to keep my silence any longer. This was the single handed worst experience I have ever had at a car shop. The manager consistently talking down to his employees in front customers. I see this very disgusting and unprofessional. I will never return to this store.

I have road hazard on my tires they were the local dealer for the for warranty. I had flat tried air tire up at home, the top of value stem came of with air chuck. I remove tire took to them 40 minutes to there location. I dropped tire 2 1/2 hours later I go pickup tire, wasnt fixed told me it was valve it wasnt covered under road hazard. They replaced valve told me that was my problem. I put tire on car next day tire is flat again.Update : corporate reached out to me, they were concern very positive out come.

Went there yesterday to drop off my car. Turned away because they have unreliable staff and had no one working. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

The reception girl took forever, couldn’t explain anything, and just wasted my time entirely. Then charged me $60 for a safety inspection which was never mentioned before. Worst experience ever. Wooster one was way better.

Recently visited Ashland and my engine shield fell. My friend who is a local told me to go to MR tire as all of her friends including her trust their service most in town. Mr tire fixed it Quickly without Any charge. Their service was awesome And I really appreciate their kind help! I would recommend It to anyone who needs their cars checked and fixed.

Stopped here to have New tires mounted on New rims. The parking lot was empty and I saw 3 disheveled mechanics standing around 1 car in a two bay garage. They all said they were too busy to help me. I went down the road to another place that was busy, just not too busy to take my money and do a good job.

Got scammed for 60 bucks. I’m still waiting for my money back. They made up a charge for “labor” when all they did was look at my brakes and tell me how much it would cost to replace it

Been bringing my vehicles here for several years and have been very happy. Since new manager it has been sketchy. Today I brought in a coupon that was mailed to from this location saying $19.99 for conventional oil change. I get here for my appointment and I’m told that they don’t use conventional any more and I have to use a synthetic blend and it will cost $48 for the oil change. False advertising and bad business.

Traveling through Ashland and picked up nail in my tire. Stopped here, they had 2 customers sitting there waiting on their car. They would not even look at my tire and in fact said they were booked out two weeks and for me to go elsewhere. Most reputable tire places will try to work in a flat but not these guys!.thanks for absolutely no service Mr Tire.

Staff is great every time I stop by. Always helpful, service is always prompt and they do their best to get me back on the road as soon as possible.

I took my car there and had them look over it and tell me what was wrong and got an estimate for almost $1600. After I paid and they supposedly fixed all problems the car had absolutely no improvement. I immediately called and they had me bring it back in and now found problems that weren’t there before. They had me pay to repair things that didn’t need fixed just to try to charge me again to fix the original problem! They are scammers!!

I stopped in once because for something minor and they took care of it very quickly at no charge, I have since bought two sets of tires and had some mechanical work done as well. They are always very friendly and professional. Prices are as good as anywhere else and the service cant be beat, Daryl is great, so is every other person I have spoken too at Mr. Tire.

Recently returned for another service. The new gal up front was terrible and ignored me for a while. Then disappeared into the back for a while before helping me. She did not seem to know what she was doing or talking about. Not happy with service from Kaitlyn

Best place I’ve found in the area. Will order tires they don’t have for you. We were short on time last week and took vehicle to the boys for a simple nail repair. They tried to say it wasn’t repairable and said we need two tires due to awd... Then they pushed the buy 3 get 4 deal... The nail was in the middle of the tread. Not to mention they didn’t get vehicle in until two hours after appointment. Stopped at Mr. Tire 20 minutes late for my appointment, tech checked tire, repaired and had me on the road within 30 minutes of arriving.

The staff here are very reliable, honest, and friendly. They always exceed my expectations and I will continuously take my car there!

These guys are quick, reasonably priced and kind. They go above and beyond when they work on your vehicle. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best service shops in the area. They are always direct and to the point. Everytime i go they fix the problem for a reasonable amount. Long story short you pay for what you get. My car wasnt running right and i couldnt open my drivers door. They fixed it all, my car drives better now than it ever has. Again you pay for what you get, if you want cheap service not done right.... this is not the shop for you

I want to take a moment and THANK DON for the WONDERFUL AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE he gave to me. I was unable to take my car to him and had my daughter take it. I had talked to him on the phone about my car and we set up a time for me to bring it in. He told me that he would get to it the next day. But as it went, they had finished up and decided to look at my car that afternoon. Don called me and told me that I did indeed need new brakes and rotors all the way around. No surprise to me by the way it was handling because I knew it needed them. He also told me that I had a caliper that was hung up. He told me that they could clean it and it would not need to be replaced! (THERES YOUR SIGN THAT THEY ARE HONEST!) I also told him that I wanted the car gone over, oil changed, fluids checked and topped off and if he saw anything that I had missed to take care of it. My car was done the next morning before noon! My daughter went in today to pick up the car. She drove it home and said that the car has not handled like that in YEARS!! She said that they really did a good job. When I looked at my paperwork, they had also replaced my wipers to my DELIGHT! WOMEN, THIS IS A PLACE YOU CAN TAKE YOUR VEHICLE AND NOT GET RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!! Thank you to Don and his crew for taking such great care of me!! I will spread the word to everyone for you!!
