I was so excited to discover an Einstein Bros in Ashland. Dont know if its supposed to be open to the general public but I walked in and ordered no problem. I have enjoyed Einsteins for 20 years, sadly this is unlike any Einsteins Ive ever visited. They spread the cream cheese super thin, like its gold or something. I ordered the Nova Lox, they are very cheap with the toppings. Feel bad for the students forced to eat here, I think they are being taken advantage of.Nice seating available, bathrooms and Wi-Fi.

Typically a good place but I didnt pay $3 for a millimeter of cream cheese and dough. I want a refund at this point. Or get some staff that are consistent with their spreading. Seriously.

Forced to eat here everyday because of time constraint and lack of money. Order my usual spinach, mushroom and swiss and they are out of mushroom. Sub the mushroom for turkey. One person working register and one person making food. Get my bagel and it has bacon and turkey and no egg when it is an egg sandwich. Get to the bottom of the wrapping paper and there is a beard hair from the guy that was making the food. Seriously its like the third time in a row that Ive had to substitute and item and then they mess the whole thing up.

This place is horrible. I went there after a long walk and The staff was not friendly... I pretty much waisted my money never will go back there again. I was treated poorly, and When I asked for a manager the staff Gina told me there’s no manager working!!!

Its bagels and bagel sandwiches directly in the main building for the college I attend, and its not expensive.

Great staff!
