Went to look for good used car for handicapped friend. Was greeted and helped in finding a vehicle. Test drive a couple with no pressure. Car was in good shape and all questions were answered professionally. Paperwork and purchase went very smoothly

THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO CIRCUMVENT CONSUMER PROTECTIONS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE POINT OF SALE A COURT CASE IS ALREADY PENDING FOR THEIR ILLEGAL AND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. I PURCHASED A CAR GUARANTEED TO PASS INSPECTION THAT COST ME MORE TO FIX THAN PURCHASE. DROVE DOWN FROM MAINE THREE DAYS IN A ROW ONLY TO HAVE GEORGE ROLL UP IN HIS CAR STATE “you’re not getting any money or help we aren’t responsible” and then driving off. His partner was no better. 11/4 I bought a car from Car-Nation in Ashland, the battery light was on because the dealer put the wrong alternator in. In my purchase and sales it says they will swap the alternator for the correct one. Well come to find out, their “repair hours” are only M,W,F after 8 pm and I have to wait with the car. I am a nursing student working 2 jobs. If I’m not at school til 10:30pm, I’m at work til 11:30pm.For 3 weeks we’ve been trying to set up a time to get this done. Then the heat stop working, and then it snowed on 11/2 and we realized the 4x4 didn’t work either. So we called again to talk about these problems. The guy who sold me the car (George Panagopoulos) flipped out because we called him while it was snowing. He said why couldn’t you call on a normal day? Well it was a Monday afternoon, which is very much a normal business day whether it’s snowing or not. He became irate, and I have a 9:24 min long video of him cussing us out. He told me he’s not fixing the car, that I’m the loser that bought it and it’s not his problem. He said “I don’t have that problem because I drive a Bentley and live in a 5000 sq ft house in Southborough.” He then said “Do you even know who I am? I own prime premiere strip club in Worcester, why don’t you send your daughters to me to make me some money?”Our youngest daughter is 8 years old.Then he said if I show up to the dealership he’s going to “end me himself”. Again, I have all of these threats on video.3 days after this conversation, my transmission blew up. The car is not drivable at all. It’s sitting at my mechanics shop waiting for a transmission to be delivered. I am again without a car, my school is 1 hour away, and I have 2 jobs to get to. I’m not even worried about the alternator, 4x4 or heat at this point. I just want my transmission fixed. It’s going to cost me $1500 to fix it right before Christmas. The car didn’t even last a month! The dealer is not willing to work with me at all for any of these problems. Nobody should be threatened like George did. Disgusting behavior from a car dealer.There is another review on yelp from someone else saying that George literally stole her $6,000 cash deposit and took off.

Contacted George on facebook to buy a 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe and after 2 days of mixed responses, and evading my questions, I decided to drive 2 hours up to ashland to check out the tahoe. Arrived at the agreed time of 9:30 with the money IN HAND. George then proceeded to tell me that the tahoe had been taken to auction an hour away.Slow responses with unintelligible replies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.
