I set up an appt. for a look at my carpet for a repair job. The guy, Ray didnt show up and didnt call. I called the owner, Dan who apologized. Ray and I re-scheduled. Ray showed up 20 minutes early for an early morning appt. I was in the shower. I also needed to move things for him to see the carpet. I reminded him of our appt. time and that he was very early. I wasnt ready. Could he come back at the orig. time. He stormed off saying Get someone else, I dont want to deal with it. Wow! Really? I called Dan. Dan sent over 2 guys. Everything went fine. I accepted the estimate for the carpet. They said Dan would call the next day to finalized everything. Dan never called. Very unprofessional business. I would move on if you need a real service for your carpet and you want to be treated like a customer should be treated.
