There was not enough stars to post an honest review. Marissa is the best thing that happened to the store. I never wanted to marry a boost mobile girl until now. She was fast effecient, and eye candy. I will never go elsewhere

Marissa did great fixing my phone, I had gone in for help before and they only have temporary solutions or told me to get a new phone. She worked at every possible solution until she found something that worked, will be back again to speak to her if I ever need assistance.

Went it for a notification problem tonight and Marissa did a great job figuring out what was going on. If one thing didn’t work she went to the next thing. She was very helpful and very friendly!!! Will definitely have to go in for her help again!!

Amazing service and great prices. My husband and I went in today to buy him a new phone and ended up getting myself a new screen protector as well. Steve and Isaiah spent over an hour hooking up my husbands phone and prying my old screen protector off my phone till it was perfect, cleaned all the adhesive off my screen and made sure to put my new screen protector on amazingly. Made my phone look brand new and made me a new reoccurring customer! Thanks so much for the wonderful service!

I’ve been with Boost for a couple years now. I met Marissa at the store a in the summer time and she was able to get me an affordable great phone!! Shortly after I found out I needed a different and a specific phone to pair to a medical device that I required to help track my blood sugars for the safety of myself and my unborn daughter. During the past few months Marissa had worked with me trying to find the correct phone and application I needed at an affordable price! We were finally able to find one! The customer service from both Marissa and Isaiah that day was over the top and exceptional. I’m extremely happy with the way this location has turned around. Marissa is literally my life saver, without having an affordable compatible phone I could’ve lost my unborn child or my life itself. HUGE Thanks for all she does!

I switched over to boost from Verizon and I must say that I received the greatest customer service experience that I have ever gotten from Marissa. She did everything for me so all I had to do is pay and leave. Plus she is really pretty and that alone is a great selling point. Dont tell heri said that. Lol

Well Shaniah was a very patient young lady.Porting my phones over was not easy, but she never gave up. I called for some quotes one day and was told they were busy with a customer in store and would call me back after they were finished. Im fine with that. They never called. Two days later they call, apologize, been busy come down to the store they say. I informed them I was busy and live approximately 30 min away and that I was wanting some information over the phone. They were to busy to help me at that point but they would give me their cell phone and I could call or text them directly at any time, nice right. I texted on Thursday and still had not got a response by Sunday....Sad.

When it came to customer service and deals on phone and service, thus boost store did awesome job! I got my Verizon Xs to work under their service. Something I didn’t think would be possible considering it wasn’t a boost phone. Definitely recommend!
