I went into AT&T today to get a new phone for my daughter. I have had issues with AT&T customer service in the past. Not the case this time! The manager Hutch at this location helped me have the best experience I have ever had dealing with AT&T! It was truly a joyful experience! Thank you so much for your time and honesty this is the best AT&T store by far!
A young man named Seth helped me set up a new account today & I dont know that I could have been treated better. He was helpful, kind, transparent, found the best deal for me & so on. The people who raised this young must be very proud. Thank you buddy....Mitch
The manager Hutch helped me out tremendously when I ran into a problem with an upgrade. He spent countless minutes talking to customer service just to find a solution to my problem! Greatly appreciated and would recommend this AT&T store out of all the other ones in Jackson county.

Went in there yesterday and a woman didn’t have a mask on. The employee didn’t say anything. They should be following the mask mandate and requiring masks inside the store. Won’t come back

I’ve been to AT&T stores coast to coast over the years traveling. Hutch makes the shop in Ashland feel like a wholesome experience. Such a great guy; honest and helpful. Give that man a raise!
I helped my friend out by getting him a replacement phone when he lost his. The staff are very direct and easy to work with. They didn’t hide anything from me and helped me through the works and paperwork.
Everyone seems very polite though They told me to call customer service instead of fixing themselves. Why have a store if you aren’t going to help your customers.
My partner and I were shopping around for a new cell phone deal for Valentine’s Day. We went to a few shops in town, and when we went to AT & T in Ashland we found the deal we were looking for! Hutch helped us out, and was very patient with my 21 questions. He was down to earth and we felt like he was doing more than just selling us a cell phone. He really took the time to connect with us and understand the internet issues we have had in the past, and reassurances is it would not be a problem with them. He explained the billing cycles going forward so there is no surprise either. It was a great experienced and we will be back! Thank you! Keep up the great work your serving this community well!
Hutch and his team were alot of fun got me in and out fast. They awnserd all my question got me a new phone and took the time to look at my bill even after getting a new phone they saved me money it was a great experience.

Abigail was extremely helpful. I went in frustrated, ready to switch carriers due to galaxy active 6 problems over and over with the insurance company. She helped me with my upgrade and assured me I wasnt the only one having problems with the glitchy old model.I have never had a bad experience at this store!
Manager is rude. More expensive than other services but service is good as long as you dont have to go into the store.
Avoid this store. There is really no good reason to go here. You can get the same products and services online. The employees here practice deceptive bait and switch sales techniques, then tell you to call ATT to get support to fix the problem they created. Not helpful at all....

I just left this AT&T store in Ashland where Clinton Haynes assisted me with the pre-order of 4 iPhones. Since the 90s when I started getting cell phones I have come into contact with many customer service people and this is the first time I totally had the best experience and got amazing service!!!!!Mr Haynes was professional and kind during our entire transaction. He was also very informative and communicated everything to me about the products amazingly. I was very impressed with how courteous and kind he was. I found out information about iPhones that I did not know and he took to the time to explain everything thoroughly to me. He made me feel as though I was important and he cared that I got the products that would work best for my family yet not break the pocketbook.They have a great selection of phones, notebooks, cases, Chargers, Bluetooth, headphones, and even Directv! You can get some great deals!I came here two years ago and it was such a different experience. Under the new management of Mr Haynes you will not want to go anywhere else. Awesome and timely customer service where you feel like you matter and you are getting a great deal! I will totally recommend my friends and family to this AT&T store in Ashland.
Some staff is quite friendly but when interacting with many employees they dont seem to want to help like other att retailers. Often it seems like only the bare minimum is being done.

Just another sad at&t story.Sold me something that didnt work. I returned the item less than an hour later and was not returned $86 of $200 for restock/not returnable service.
