Called in on Sunday to have a watch shipped to the store so that I could look at it in person and decide if I wanted to buy. They said they would call me Monday or Tuesday to tell me when the watch would be in, it is now Wednesday afternoon and no word. I called them only to have them tell me that my order was unable to go through. I would have to buy the watch in order to get it shipped there, completely defeating the purpose of getting it shipped there in the first place! I think Ill just stick with Jomashop and get watches 30% off retail 👌

I had a bad experience at a different location then came to the ashland store and Sales associate Kiesha Boone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Sales associate Tasha was also extremely helpful during a different occasion. They took time to fix everything for me and was genuinely caring.
