Terrible customer service.This store has no clue how to process a simple trade in. Sprint website clearly states a iPhone 6S can be traded in for a iPhone 11 upgrade promotion, but Bill would rather argue with you and say you cannot. Which is ironic because the manager advised Bill that it could be done when we ordered the phone last week. We spent 45 minutes in the store this evening to pick up the phone only to be told to come back tomorrow, because the manager was too busy to be bothered on the phone when Amber reached out to him for help. Bill of course was no help as well, he just wanted to act rude towards the customer. Amber was great, but was restricted by her less than helpful coworkers. If you have to go to this store I would recommend avoiding Bill. Sprint corporate if you are reading this please feel free to reach out to us about the situation. As a long time Sprint customer, this was a incredibly disappointing experience.

Sprint sucks! I had Ntelos for 19 years. Sprint buys Ntelos, lies to the customers, gives us less service than we originally had and charges a higher price. I now have more areas without signal too!
