George Hodges general manager at CubeSmart, Ashland is fantastic and my go to guy. I have had the best experience working with him. Most importantly, he keeps the place immaculately clean and presentable. George is always friendly, helpful and professional. His approach to every client is the same and he always treats me like I’m a VIP client and I appreciate it. He has constantly guided me to find the appropriate storage space at CubeSmart. I will continue to use CubeSmart because of the quality service I receive from top class employees like George.This has been a very smooth experience and my wife and I feel we get real value for our money at CubeSmart in Ashland.

Clean and convenient to move your storage items

Really friendly & helpful staff, clean facility, easy to access physically as well as with hours.

I they gate access was not functioning properly and denied me entry. A team member was present even though it was a few minutes before office open 9:30am -6 pm and refused to even try to help or hear about the situation. Really horrible customer service. And then they opened late.

Super clean, very easy to get what you need to get your items in and out nicely. Seamless experience getting setup, and super helpful staff!

I recommend it. Good place to store your belongings. Clean and very organized. The employees are very nice and friendly.
