While in the store today I witnessed another customer being extremely rude and yelling at an employee for her refusing to notarize an incomplete document. The employee was absolutely correct in her explanation of why she couldn’t sign it. She held her composure and was very respectful and professional in a situation that escalated quickly. Well done young lady!

Ive shipped several packages from this location and all the people there are so pleasant and helpful. I will continue to use this local to ship from.

Dec 17th I mailed a package to my grandbabies in Tennessee 2 day priority and it costed me about $43. A little over a month later my babies got their Christmas presents. I shipped USPS.....big mistake and all they could say was sorry so this time I mailed a 29 lb box to my babies and 2 days later they got it and they were happy happy happy. This grandma loves when her babies are happy.....thanks UPS

The manager, Megan, is a racist. She left me standing there pulling copies out of my purse because she couldnt stand for a white person to have to wait to be helped after someone black. Second time I have had this experience at a UPS store. So much garbage works for stothe UPS stores. Definitely dont want women of color using their services.

Could not ship a piece of wood bc it attaches to a gun.... Its the stock, a piece of wood nothing more. Place is a joke. It response to the owners comment, the employees did a great job in assisting me, and I never said otherwise. My issue is with the policy and that its a joke. What is the point of having a UPS franchise if your limited on what you are able to ship.

To the lady you commented about her copy experience I was also in the store that day and you are very far off on your story. I come to this store almost once a week for many different things Megan and her staff are some of the best gals that store has seen in years. Megan is far from racist and your view on the situation is very inadequate. Megan walked to the copiers and started one copier for a lady to make her own copies and waited at the second copier for you to get your things together. She could have helped the other three white people in line but instead she waited for you. When you turned around and saw one copier going you threw a fit. Megan handled the situation the best professional way as she tried to explain to you she had another copier waiting just for you and you continued to scream, yell and cuss everyone out. Not sure where you are from but Ashland is not a large city and I’m sure a lot of us locals will support the staff at this store as they go above and beyond for their customers of all race. Sure hope Megan’s boss see’s there are always two sides to every story. God bless you lady you need it

DO NOT USE THEIR LAMINATING SERVICE. I had posters laminated at this location and hours later they bubbled. I was told it was due to 80 degree weather that we were experiencing. They never told me that their laminate will only hold up in certain weather conditions. They ruined my posters and refused to provide a refund after I provided them pictures and they acknowledged they had never seen anything like that happen before. I took my business to Camelot Printing in Medina. They are a lot cheaper and provide a better superior product to that that I received from the UPS Store in Oberlin.

I had to send something out today and I showed up 1 hr before close and the doors were locked. A women came to the door and said their computers were down sorry and shut the door and walked away. So rude. Great customer service!!!! I also had the shipping label and everything and she didnt even offer to take it. Wont be returning!!!! Also I will be telling my friends and family about this experience!

The Cat House Feline Sanctuary is excellent! If you are looking for a cat or kitten to adopt, I would definately recommend going there to find your furever friend! We adopted three wonderful cats there this summer and wish we had space for more! I saw a one star post on this site and am not sure where this person received their information. I know for fact, this sactuary rescued almost 90 cats in 2016. Its not a huge place at all and the unfortunate fact is, there are more cats that need rescued than there are resources in our country to support! Believe what you want, but I know they rescue as many cats as they can and my rating is 5 STARS!

This organization doesnt seem to rescue anything ~ talked to a dozen people today who ALL said they have never heard of the Cat House actually taking in/rescuing a cat. Seems less like a sanctuary and more like a pet store with tax-exempt status.

I pulled in their parking lot at 5:50 needing to pick up copies that I needed the next day and they were completely closed and locked up with no one there.
