This woste place I ever. They had me almost 7 hrs for no reason whenever I asked them they said we are working on it but there was no one working at the dock they only working on there trailers

10/29/20 7:20 am The yard jockey put trailers to block you from delivering if your going to dock 9 or 10. He will tell you he isn’t going to move the trailer until you try to move it yourself then he will say ok I’ll move it. Look like he is on drugs Smells bad and teeth is Rotten. You have to stink really bad if you stink in Cold weather.

Little Tight park but they are fast loading

The lot is pretty tight and no room for parking. The older lady in the shipping/receiving office was very rude for no apparent reason.

Office staff and loaders were great. No issues backing in or getting out

Clean and well maintained facility. Employees seem happy in their work. Shipping staff is polite and helpful. No overnight parking.

Ashland isnt the worse. It can be tight but if your not a rookie you can do it!

Nothing but thiefs and druggies working there in the factory. They dont care what drugs ur on as long as u work. They never do drug screens and its pathetic. Unsafe place to work

Bad place to unload took about 2 hours to get in dock. Parking lot small with empty dropped trailers I your way right getting in and tighter getting out.

Tight place,was here for pick up, Plant open 24 hours, if you want you can arrive after shipping hours and ask about drop your trailer by the door and return in the morning to hook the loaded trailer,can park for overnight at Cellar dr they can explain where it is, but be careful when parking there, because in the morning workers coming and parking there cars everywhere so they can block you.

Just save yourself the headache and pass on the load. Slow doesnt even begin to touch this place.

Bad. Tight, By appointment (which youll wait even after your appointment}, unorganized, crowded, sit in the office while loading or drop trailer,slide tandem. Nothing good to say.

Their warehouse on Ford Drive is very slow for pickup. Usually trucks backed out on the road. Employees park their cars in the way so there is very little room for backing in the dock. Very poor design.

Its ok. Unloading apt times are never kept on there end. Its always a few hrs to get unloaded.

Dont bother getting there early or at your appointment time,,2 to 4 hour wait to get unloaded,either way,,people there dont care that you have another appointment to get to..so your late for your next stop..this place SUCKS,,,

4.5 hours after apt time, we just are getting a dock.

Too dam slow. Took 3 and a half hours to load 4 thousand pounds of cardboard in my trailer.
