During the last several years I have seen a decline in customer service. NOT AT Furniture Towne! I had an amazing experience and left with a quality sectional. The price point was also something I was very pleased with. I have bought several pieces of furniture elsewhere and they were junk. The sectional I bought is a quality piece and I am sure will last. I would give ZERO stars if possible! Do NOT BUY FROM THEM! Within 2 months of purchase, we had a torn couch (delivered this way) and a broken recliner! Now, 7 months after purchase, ALL 3 pieces of furniture are BROKE AND not usable! The owner Aric, had told me to take my furniture to an upholstery place and he would pay the bill!!! I am not able to find a place to come pick up my furniture and fix it! I am not able to move my furniture out of the house, load it up and haul it anywhere!!! Warranty/refund NOTHING of that sort is being offered! Not to mention, I am paying an astronomical amount of money for BROKEN, UNUSABLE furniture!!! I will be talking with my lawyer!! Save yourselves! Do not shop here not use Kornerstone credit!!

I went to Furniture Towne to buy a Sectional Couch for my new home in Jefferson. The owner was there and was incredibly helpful. My wife and I drove out to store from Wickliffe and didnt see on fb that they werent open this past sunday!! The owner happened to be there and opened up for us!! Super helpful, good pricing, great service!! Of course we bought a couch and dining set!!

A few months after the purchase of furniture the fabric tore. We notified the company to have repaired under warranty. After 3 weeks the furniture was picked up, repaired and returned about a month after the pickup. 3 days after the repair from a man I was told by the owner (Eric) had over 20 years in the upholstery industry, the furniture tore again in the same spot and some others places around the repaired area. The company was once again notified and has now been a 7+ month (since July 2020) battle to get any response from them. I reach out every 3 months to hear (from Eric) the same excuses for the delay. Mainly the delay is due to government restrictions due to covid. Theyre prioritizing repair from function to cosmetic. Ive also been told it was because they switched warranty companies. There are many complaints stating the same or similar problems about warranty repairs on Google/Yelp/BBB and other review sites dated before the outbreak of the virus. I was also told that I will get a call next week about having my furniture picked up for repair. That was last week, I never received such call. In conclusion I will not be returning for any other purchases from a company that doesnt keep to their word or try an uphold the honor of the quality items they sell.

I had bought a couch 90 day same as cash well come to find out they dont take enough from you for the 90 days and then they finance you twice as much then its worth and dont even tell you dont purchase from there they will screw you. I went to store to try and get this all figured out and was supposed to get a return call and to no avail I havent recieve one yet.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS IF YOU DONT PLAN ON PAYING IN FULL!!! i also did not sign anything!!! i got an email in my sleep saying i signed an electronic contract!!! ordered early september, they said my furniture would be here the following week. called and spoke to the owner and he sounded very annoyed that i was asking where my furniture was. I called and spoke to someone mid september and they said it would be in next week... nothing. finally got the furniture in november. saleswoman was very pushy and all around a bad experience after the furniture was bought.

No inventory, late opening and the living room couches and recliner we bought fell apart and they avoided and refused to repair or replace it under warranty.

After ordering furniture through Ashley Furniture they delayed my order by 1 month. I canceled my order but I still had no furniture for Christmas. I went into Furniture Towne at 4:00 Friday December 20th and had my furniture delivered before noon the following day. Aric is the best. Thank you for saving my Christmas.

We had our oringal set for 10 years. The only reasons we bought another is that the spring in the love seat broke. That set is still in great shape. So it was a no brainer that we return to Furniture Towne. First yes it is a little pricey but Aric does work with you to his capabilities. As I just stated we had our set for ten years,so what we paid is for exactly what we got. Life happens and we have drop food on th couch and it wipes right off. We bought a beautiful bed here. The customer service is fantastic. They have fast free delivery and the guys who delivered the bed were very friendly. We were very happy with our purchase.

Store front windows are not too inviting and the store itself needs to be cleaned up which is the only place this company loses a star. Beyond that all is good. Store owner Aric explained some of the things we should be looking for in good furniture and provided me with color and design advice as well as how to accessorize, that led to the purchase of a set that perfectly compliments my formerly eclectic living room without having to repaint and buy new curtains. He did not make promises he could not keep just to make a sale, and was up front about my delivery date, which was Tuesday after my Saturday purchase of this in-stock set. Delivery men were quite respectful of my purchase and my home, working carefully and covering the floor with several large blankets. At least 2 people who have visited me since my furniture arrived have indicated that they are also going to have a look at Furniture Towne as they are pleased with the appearance of my room.

Will never purchase from here again! This guy is a rip-off. I paid $1400 for a sectional that appeared to be very nice, and was delivered a cheaply made sectional with many flaws including broken legs. When I called with my complaints his only response was I sell this same couch to a lot of people. And that I can trade it for something of the same value or spend a little more. YEAH RIGHT! who in their right mind would spend MORE money at a business that has already ripped them off once? Ridiculous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, I knew I should have went with the sofa next door at Michaels furniture. lesson learned. Now Im stuck with this couch which probably wont last the year.

Worst place ever! I will NEVER buy another item from this store. The owner gave me such a good deal because the table I ordered was $1500 and I got it for $1300 supposedly because it has been sitting in the warehouse collecting dust He said I should have it at the end of the week. Its now been 2 weeks and I still do not have a table. And apparently I cannot get a refund. Total crooks. I will go else where next time
