I had an unexpected eye inflammatory condition & they @ Pathway optometry Clinic was able to schedule me for a visit the next morning. I hadn’t been there in about 3 years, but they greeted me as if I was one of there own staff! I signed in & I MAY have waited no more than 1 or 2 minutes before they called me back to the observation rooms. The doctor, I wished I knew his nam because he treated me as if I was just a regular customer, making me feel right at home.He observed me & I was done w/in about 15 minutes.The BEST part the visit was that I owed them NOTHING!!I was actually thinking about going to a different optometrist for my regular checkups, but not any more! This is a WONDERFUL establishment & I look forward to my next checkup!!Great job guys!!

This is the best place! They are always so kind and patient and everything is done in a timely manner. Dr. Davis is wonderful at explaining things and takes the time to make sure all my questions are answered and concerns are addressed. I always feel taken care of and accommodated in every way! I have been a patient of Dr. Davis from very early in his practice. From the first visit thru today each visit has been met with caring and a true interest in what ever my issue may be. He has a very kind, quiet nature that comes thru and insures I am comfortable with whatever treatment plan he has suggested. This carries through to his staff as I am always treated with kindness and respect. It’s so refreshing to know they genuinely want what is best for me.

I had both eyes operated on for cataracts. Pathway eye didn’t do the surgery but instead did the aftercare. I was always taken care with courtesy and compassion. Both Dr. Davis and Sutton I appreciate so much. Thank you for taking care of me and my eyes.

Office staff are friendly and helpful. Clinical staff assisting the physician are well trained and knowledgeable. I had RK surgery years ago which left my cornea rough and difficult to fit with contacts. To further complicate matters, my eyes are very dry. Dr. Davis worked with me on several occasions to ensure I was fitted with comfortable lens and seeing better than ever.

Absolutely great experience! Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help. I saw Dr. Smith, I had questions and was nervous, he went through every question and broke the answer down. I bought two pairs of glasses, a little more than I wanted to spend but it was because of my prescription and insurance coverage. I will go back there every time I need glasses for myself or my youngest son.

I needed to have a post operative check for cataract surgery and Dr. Davis’ group was able to work me in with almost no wait time. Dr. Smith handled the exam and the followup with my surgeon. Very happy with services I received and would recommend them to anyone wanting/needing quality eye care.

Davis eye clinic was recommended to us by the pediatricians office. Only had an appointment for one of my 2 children but went ahead and worked the other child right in. They were so friendly and never seemed rushed. I would hands down HIGHLY recommended them to anyone especially with kids.

Everyone was super friendly and great with my 4 kids’ back-to-back appointments. Dr. Alderton answered all my questions and addressed my concerns in a clear, informative way, and my kids enjoyed their appointments.

After that they checked my vision to determine if I needed glasses and provided me with a plan on how to best treat my vision. So when I called and asked how much is the exam for contacts, she said $93. I said Great! Schedule me in as soon as possible. The staff and optometrist was friendly! I was asked if I wanted the more in depth testing for back of the eye, which is $39. I asked what all it test for and the doctor was very informative. I accepted. So then I thought in my head..$93 plus $39 equals $132. We went thru with exam and discussed my contact brand, they gave me a trial size to try before they ordered. Perfect! But when I went to pay it was $250! I asked why it was that amount, she said it was the contact fitting. So I paid anyway. I kept thinking about how the Dr. said the trial contacts was included in the exam so I called and asked for the manager. She apologized that I was mis informed, the exam is $115 then the CONTACT exam is anywhere between $95 and $165, or something like that. So the contact exam is not all the same! Youre charged for 2 exams! I wouldve stayed with my Walmart appt. So youre gonna pay at least $210 for an exam and Contact exam. She did credit half of $95 towards my contact order and said she will tell her receptionist to be more in depth and informative about contact exams.

I took my 3 yr old there and it was his 1st ever eye Dr visit so he was not really wanting to have any part of it. The Dr, who was a woman, but I cant remember her name now, started singing the baby shark song to him which calmed him down and made it easier on us both for her to do the exam. We sang it together twice as she did his exam. She was amazing, and I loved that she was willing to sing to my baby to make him feel more comfortable. I will never go anywhere else!! EVERYONE that we came in contact with was so nice, friendly, and helpful. Love the staff at Davis eye care, especially the Dr!!!

I am extremely disappointed in this facility. First I called to make an appointment and I asked what the charge was for eye exam and was told $65. Made the appointment and paid the amount plus insurance. Had me return a week later for my prescription. 3 months later I received a bill for $35. Seems like a squeeze of the insurance company to me. When I called to get it explained, all they tell me is that I was misinformed.

Service was professional yet friendly and they worked with me to stay within my budget. Very much appreciated.

I got an appointment for an eye exam just a few days from when I called. Doctor and staff were friendly, and everyone was following COVID 19 guidelines. I received a professional exam and left with my updated vision RX. Very easy, very fast.
