Avoid! Avoid avoid, Trust me its not worth going too. The only reason I am giving it even a two star is because of the cheaper eye exam price tag. I bought a pair of glasses, returned them because of rough edges, and scratch on one of the lens. They sent it back, when I got the newer pair they was way worse then the previous pair. Scratches as if I was sent a used pair of lens instead of new. When I tried to return again, they argued, leaving me basically no choice but to go else where to get a new pair of glasses. $344 down the drain, had to spend another $125 elsewhere. Trust me. its not worth losing money over. Find another place or even zennioptical online like I did.

My husband goes there and gets his contacts and they are the worst ones hes ever had. He tried to pick up his trial lens today and called at 6:15 and the lady said they were closing. The hours online say 7 pm. Whats the deal?

I had to go there like 7 times after my eye exam. I ordered bifocal and they never worked. I had to opt to have them one single-vision made. I waited a month and a half to get them, finally. At least that prescription was correct. The quality of the glasses isnt the best. Next time, I wont care paying more at a better certified clinic.

Purchased my glasses here about a year ago and everyone was very helpful and patient when I was trying to pick out a pair I liked. Went back and had my glasses realigned to fit my face better a year later and it was free! They offer a wide variety of styles and brands to meet your needs. Probably going to come back to realign my sunglasses!!!

Had to wait a month to get my contacts because they kept forgetting to order trial pair. They made me wait 40 minutes then the female Doctor took 10 minutes to examine my eyes and didnt get the prescription right and she told me to just try the wrong presciption You may need to just adjust. No I couldnt see so she told me to schedule a recheck before I left so she knew they were wrong and I went a whole week not being able to see well. The recheck was with another Doctor who still messed them up so now Im going somewhere more professional. Your eyes are too important dont waste your time with this place its a joke!

The old lady (viki probably) there was so unfriendly and cold to international students, me and my friend. We asked her whether my friend can do an eye examination and she made us repeat our sentence again and again even if she apparently understood what we were intended to say.Apparently there was no other customers and she was basically sitting there doing nothing.Yet she told us we need to make an appointment for the visit ten days later. This is so inefficient and definitely a waste of time. I wouldnt spend money at the store where there is such an arrogant lady.

The place is really good. The opthalmologist and other employees are also good. You can get good quality glasses in cheaper price than other places in town.

Prices are great, equipment used for exams is good, however the prescriptions and quality of lenses are way off. My prescription here has never been right or helpful for my vision, and the glasses both I and my father got from here several times lost lense quality and often the frames would come apart. Its Walmart... What did you expect?

They dont have professional devices to examine your vision. They latterly have the basics. The doctor and the other staff are very kind except one old lady who is extremely stupid and wasting the customers times. She is tall and has really short gray hair. Please dot let her help you, because she is not friendly and not humble . when I visit the doctor, she was trying to teach me how to deal with contacts. She was not kind and she spoke loudly, which made our visit miserable I strongly suggest the manger to talk to her and figure out what is wrong with her
