I have previous dealings with John Berkley and I have always paid his assessed charges. However recently, when I contacted him he said he would come and the measurements as not have an error. He has not showed up and he has not called to say he was running late!

I contacted John Berkley about delay, he always had the excuse work would begin the next week or within 2-3 weeks. After many phone calls, John Berkley admitted to me he spent the money on something else other than the windows. John Berkley has promised a refund but I havent heard from him nor will he answer my phone calls.
