Details matter when ordering your home. We visited other places before buying from Factory Expo and found that their level of service and attention to detail was the best anywhere by far. Sheila, Tony, and Ashley work hard to make sure you get exactly what you want at a price you can afford. They got ALL the details correct on our order the first time and when there were questions or concerns they favored on our side making sure we were happy. Even when we had a rain delay that was not their fault, Ashley made sure we got priority install the next possible window exceeding our expectation. Will recommend to all our friends and neighbors for sure!!

Michelle Freeman and Ashley Richardson were so amazing to work with. We viewed the website prior to visiting them and knew what we were looking for because they made it so easy. We came to Factory Expo with our own floor plan, they took what we had on paper and made it an amazing reality. They were wonderful and very easy to work with. My only suggestion is that when you give the list of specifics to the sales rep, make sure everything you ask for is on the Addendum for the factory to build whatever you are wanting in the house.Our home is gorgeous and way better than what we ever expected.

Purchased our little ca-sea-ta from The Factory Expo Home Center in Athens, TX - Tim, Tony, Ashley and the delivery team all worked together to make our dream home a reality. The purchase of our park model was such a delightful, memorable and fun experience. Made contact with Tim Gannon one very late afternoon and I explained what we needed. This gentleman took his time to inform me on everything about park models, from how they are built, appliances, roofing, interior designs, delivery and price. And he also answered all of my questions. I told him we would be in Athens the following morning (drove 9 hours). So well worth the drive! Tim and Tom showed us the park models on display and from there my husband and I designed our own little home at an affordable price. They were very, very knowledgeable and their experience and customer service was topnotch from beginning to end. They are very passionate about the work and service. I had a great trip driving from Branson MO to Athens TX. FINALLY! I made it to a location that could show me designs of homes that I could choose from. Scott & Tony were great to work with during the purchase of my new 32 x 68 Spruce. Now I need to prep my site on the farm to prepare for delivery, set-up, & inspections. Scott was very knowledgeable & answered all our questions.My only draw back so far was the Blanket paperwork requiring my signature. It was written to cover most situations and other states, much of which didnt pertain to our circumstances, yet required my signature, anyway, to close the deal.I cant wait for delivery & Set-up. Hoping all goes well, so we can complete the process with a perfectly satisfied customer.

My custom park model home is being built by the Factory Expo Home crew as I write this. Joe Clark was my housing consultant, and I could not have asked for a nicer and more accommodating sales person. I live over 3 hours away from Athens, TX, but we made the drive to check out the demo models and sit down and talk to Joe in person. After spending the afternoon picking out flooring, cabinets, colors, and finishes, I left knowing that I chose the right folks to spend my money with and build my home. Joe went above and beyond to accommodate us, and answer my gazillion questions. I would highly recommend the folks at Factory Expo Home, and I can’t wait to see and move into my very own custom “tiny home” in a couple of weeks!

Have been working with Mr. Joe Clark on a new home purchase we have recently lost everything due to Hurricane Laura he has really gone out of his way to ensure we are being taken of we really do appreciate his kindness and compassion.

Joe Clark was my sales rep. I was purchasing from out of state in New Mexico, but it was almost as easy as if I was in Texas with Joe walking me through. I was a very particular and detailed customer, and Joe put up with my questions and proposals for months. I wound up not even being able to buy the planned Park Model, mostly because of backward regulatory issues in my county, but Ashley in finance helped return my deposit with a tiny processing fee and no problems. I wont forget Factory Expo... they got me a financing rep that Im still using, and they dont give up on helping all the way.

We purchased our park model home in May, 2019. Home was delivered and setup very professionally. We had some minor problems with home which were fixed very quickly. We had issues with our floor which took somewhat longer to fix. This floor covering was replaced in early a December, 2019. I talked with Ashley Richardson from the factory quite frequently, and she was a tremendous help in getting our problem solved. If I were to purchase another home, I would definitely go back to this place to purchase it.

Our family has worked with Tony Pannitti for the purchase of 3 manufactured homes. All 3 homes had a significant amount of customizations. Tony did a remarkable job of taking our ideas and making them real. Michelle was so helpful for me. Fortunately for us, we live in proximity of the factory and we were able to see the various stages of building to our home. The home was modified to our specifications, including checkpoints along the way that we, as homeowners, reviewed and signed off on, with interaction of the team. The craftsmanship was delivered as promised and if something was not to our liking, the team addressed our concerns in a timely manner. Our salesman was very knowledgeable of all the details and walked us, every step of the way, through the process. After delivery of our home, we had an unfortunate mishap that was caused by a plumbing fixture failure and delayed our occupancy for a period of time. The factory took full responsibility and made sure all was fixed to our satisfaction. Two years later, we called the factory team for advice on an issue and received the same positive type of concern and service. Thank you Factory Expo Home Centers.

Buyer Beware! We ordered a Park model RV in August 2016 with tons of extras. We were told 6-9 weeks to get it. It was finally delivered on January 10th 2017. When it was delivered it looked like a used RV that has sat in a pasture for a few months. The RV came with multiple issues as well... huge cracks in the Sheetrock, siding that was never painted, broken dryer vent, barn doors for the closet on the floor with white footprints on them. We ordered and paid for an exterior ceiling fan.. it was not on the RV, we ordered clay colored windows.. it came with white windows. We ordered extra insulation and heavy cover for the underbelly.. it was shredded on the trip to us and was fixed by the company with black duct tape. A man came to fix the walls and said he was sent with the wrong paint color but used it anyway... I could go on but here it is the middle of May and we are still trying to get issues resolved. We keep having to call them back because they do not follow through with their word. Multiple times of passing the buck and nothing getting done. Absolutely the worst customer service and poor construction. What you see on the lot is not what you get!

Worst experience ever with these people, beware of what they promise you it took almost a year to get to move in to my house that is still not up to the quality I was promised, the craftsmanship is terrible and they will not repair there mistakes there are crooked walls wavy floor the trim work was terrible the cabinets where installed terrible crooked handles busted cabinets where repaired by stapling a pc of trim over them, the grout and tile shower has 6 different patch jobs of different colors there idea of repairing something is just covering it up they don’t care about cosmetic issues because as long as the house is structurally sound there not liable but for me they did not follow the print exactly and refuse to make it right so I’m going after them for that because they won’t fix a number of things and will not take responsibility for anything my floors are wavy by over and inch in some places crooked door frames damaged flooring trim just the overall craftsmanship is terrible, the model homes they have look completely opposite of what you’re going to receive and when you finally get your home the wait is not over my home was not livable for 7 months after it was installed and still is not right my suggestion is if you do buy do not sign that loan paperwork till that house is perfect as they promise do not trust them it’s a high tech scam there’s a reason there’s a retailer and a builder and installer they just point fingers and leave you out to dry I have been very patient and been going through the processes of resolving things by legal advice to build a case against them but I suggest staying clear of them all together unless you have the funds to fight them the only reason I bought a mobile home was for the value you can get if it’s done right but there basically tossing them together getting people to write the check and leaving them with poor craftsmanship to say the least if I had to do it again I would hold that check till it was right or go a different route after going back and forth trying to work with them there just not going to give you quality because they don’t have to they have a standard which is really low btw and if they build to code it’s not impossible to go after them but can be difficult for quality issues unless you have it in writing or a print simple lesson is there counting on people’s ignorance to profit of of them as most sales people do it’s just a poor establishment and I would and will not point anyone in there direction hope this helps someone in the future.The state inspector only handles structural issues and has nothing to do with cosmetic issues the fact that you people will try and use that to defuse the situation is an example of the ignorance you expect out of the people you’re taking advantage of, you guys can not look at those pictures and tell me that’s good your sales department sold cosmetic upgrades and will not be responsible for them and the mistakes they made and poorly assembled, the state has no say in what is done cosmetically, and the report they sent out said noted factory is in agreement to resolve all issues. even though he has no jurisdiction it doesn’t matter if you did or didn’t in which you did not and he even stated by code trim is not even required in a home period it’s just to make it look nice and even though I was charged for it he has no say in it or how it looks bad or good he can not do anything about it & those lights were supposed to be done a certain way to the the agreement and they were not put in the way we discussed and I did not sign anything it was also stated that these other issues be resolved as a part of that agreement which it has not been the case and that’s not the only deviation in the print btw, the fact that you people took 7 months to get it livable is the real kicker and it’s still not right the problem here is no one there can get on the phone and just talk to me about all this it’s just a run around and no call back, I tried to work with you guys on y’alls mistake and y’all just continue to take advantage so I tried.

Worst customer service. Have been trying to get them to fix something for 10 months that they admitted, in writing, was their mistake. They have been none responsive thru email and phone calls. I paid for extra cabinets but because of their mistake I ended up with less cabinet space in an already small kitchen.
