The service was very friendly with high quality sheds for a decent price. The deliverers did a professional job on placing my shed the way I wanted it.

Was not willing to help at all. I needed to see a 14 foot single wide and they would not get steps positioned correctly for me to see it. I am assuming this location doesnt want to make sales or money. They were too busy hanging out in the office doing nothing.

Clayton Homes of Athens is where I would send my mom! We have been in our home for a little over a year. I love my home. Clayton Homes of Athens never disappointed me. Their sales department is A#1..they are honest and made me feel like I was their only customer. With all the questions and worries in buying a new home, they always calmed my fears. No matter how many times I called them, they always answered my questions and let me know I could call anytime. If they didnt know the answer..they would search until they found the answer. Bottom line, they care about their customers and their customers concerns. They are like family. Go give them a visit, it is more than worth the drive and you will NOT be disappointed .

Not a review more of questions. When you buy one does it include central ac and heat also the plumbing and water heater etc?

The manager on duty was rude and disrespectful to me and my wife. We showed up 40 minutes before closing and wanted to look at two homes. The manager refused to give us the key until we told him we knew they closed at 6. Do not come here.

I bought my home from Clayton Homes in Athens Tn. Clay took the time to help me pick out the right home for me. Everything from the floor plans to the carpet color. It feels good to have a home of my own.

Everyone here is great. We have been working with Olivia. They have some beautiful homes.

Several fees not included in the cost of a home they advertise, and an extremely long wait time until ready to move in.

Would not recommend this place when buying a home. Price of the home constantly changed after the approval of purchase. One of the managers had a very hateful attitude toward me when I returned a call I had missed because I was having surgery and I was told if I didnt do things they way they wanted they couldnt help me with the home.
