The office folks were friendly and efficient, got me into see the technician quickly. Carrie was very knowledgeable and got me fixed up right away. I was impressed with the level of service.My only suggestion is to put the local number on the website. The one listed for Athens is the corporate number in Pennsylvania. Nice folks up there but it would be nice to have the local number.

She didnt make light of my mistakes, we laughed because the mistakes in the end were very funny. She put me at ease made the mistakes seem trivial. Got a great nights sleep with the adjustments. The staff here is awesome! I was under a deadline to get my new device as my benefit year was expiring. They worked diligently with my Primary Care Physician and insurance provider to get this approved by the deadline, and were good about keeping us informed along the way. Hats off to Jennifer, Tracie, Victoria, Melissa, and Carrie. You all are the best.

I want to recognize the people in the Athens Tx office. Always receive good care for my parents and helpful ladies. It’s hard for me to say anything positive about the service over the phones though, we can never get to the Athens office, either people that you can’t understand answer the phone or someone else that’s not familiar with my parents needs. Transfer after transfer. We were much happier when Healthline was a normal business. Just thankful that I’m able to go directly to the office to get what my parents need. Ten stars for Athens Negative for everything else.

The Athens office helps me whenever i have a problem. They help with mask and equipment you need.

Starting with the office staff everyone is polite, helpful and make you feel like your business is important to them. The same technician delivered and picked up the night time oxygen monitor and he did an excellent job of explaining the process and how to read the monitor to see if we had enough data collected.This gentleman also delivered the oxygen machine and a portable tank. Again he took his time and talked us thru the operation and set up steps. He even went over the documentation!The technician was James. His level of patience and concern that he had us functional on the equipment was a real surprise in modern America. He stays busy but makes you feel that you can ask questions about the procedures. Im addition to his business like demeanor he insured that he left the house as clean as when he arrived. I cant express how much the service we received from all of the Health Line employees alleviated our anxiety. It was a great experience!

Went in with a prescription and was greeted with Do You Have An Appt! Not how are you can I help you. Never knew you had to have an appointment in a medical supply place. They were so rude. I left.

I miss using this company, my hospice uses some cheap supplier out of Dallas. Healthline always made sure my oxygen equipment was clean and safe. The men who serviced my account were trained to assure my equiptment was working correctly and always checked on me to assure I was doing well.I miss Healthline and will always recommend them to anyone needing oxygen supplies.

This team took great care of my family

I dropped off paperwork for a prescription to be filled and I was told it would take 2 weeks to be ready. A month later I called for an update and was told they had to get another paper from Dr and then they would be able to order my cpap machine. After 2 months of waiting with not 1 phone call from anyone with Healthline, I contacted them to get my paperwork back so I could find another place to get my equipment. I walk in to get it and after them searching in a box full of papers just tossed in there with the lady sitting at the desk being rude, I would never recommend this place. I now have to start this process all over again with my dr.

Very knowledgeable and very helpful, when you walk im the door your always greeted with can I help you and big smiles.

I moved to Athens on 8/1/2017. Being a CPAP user for years, I needed supplies. I contacted Lincare here in Athens almost as soon as I arrived here in Athens and got the royal run-around. I decided to stop pursuing help from Lincare and went in to see Healthline. That day my problem was solved. Victoria took care of everything, signed me up, and I will be getting my much needed CPAP supplies within a few days. Victoria is professional, highly knowledgeable, caring, communicates clearly, and made me feel comfortable the whole time knowing she was taking care of all my CPAP needs. Thanks so much to her and the rest of the friendly staff at Healthline! They made my day. Lincare would do well to learn from the skilled professionals at Healthline!!!

Good people to do business with.

If i could go negetive stars i truely would. It took over a month working with the tyler and athens office to get my cpap machine. That was in november.i never received the calls that i was supposed to get and never received a message or additional supplies. My machine has been broken for two months and i have contacted them several times to either repair or replace the machine and no one would return my calls or messages. Now they are taking away my machine and telling me i have to start all over because i am in non compliance. And since i work during the hours they are open i am receiving threatening messages about how they will have my insurance canceled because i have not returned the machine. Not a good place to do business or way to handle a business. I will not ever use them again. I will die of my ailments first before i use someone who lies about clients to cover their own buts and who the client has to beg and plead to receive equipment that they are being paid to maintain and check on.
