Great place to find very nice used furniture. You can buy single items or in bulk and the woman who works there is very helpful. There are so many great items to choose from ranging in price from $15 - $6K! The only reason I gave it less than 5 stars is because some of their items were more than gently used (e.g. I would not buy it for my home or a rental) but that is of course just my own standard. Someone else may buy the same item at the great price offered and repair it. Regardless, we will be visiting here often to stage our properties!

Hotel Furniture Outlet is a nice place to checkout for good and used furniture. I bought a table and chester at very good price. The items were in great condition.Definitely visit again for further used furniture related needs.

Great place. Ted was super helpful and the entire staff was nice. Prices are very reasonable and I left with four tables. I feel very good about my purchase. They even helped with loading into my truck. Will be back for sure!

Wasting our time... I went to this location and there are about 3 different signs on the door that says that the hours are Wed-Sat from 10-6.. I arrived just before 10 and waited around until an employee finally can to the door around 11:30 to say that they are closed on Wednesday... Would it be too much of a hassle to put something up on the door advising that you are closed? So that customers do not read to posted hours and assume that they are correct.. I just wasted my time today.... I had to go back and edit my review I went back to the location and spoke to the guy in charge and explain to him about my experience of showing up on Wednesday he was so remorseful that he apologized and as a token of his appreciation for me returning to the location he provided me with the free lamp. I commend them for turning my frown upside down

I have been shopping here for the past 3 years, every time I make changes in my home or know someone who needs furniture or decorative items. There is always a large selection of inventory- artwork, dining chairs/tables, couches, chairs and today even found some towels and linens! Very good place to shop instead of going to department stores. Highly recommend

Not sure if he is the owner or an employee.. a Latin man, comes out as unpolished, impolite guy.Speaks to you in spanish. Well Im not Spanish neither do I look like one. He utters prices that are not on tickets.Though they have a massive inventory, he is a great turn off for buyers!

Since the new management took over, the Latin guy has become very greedy and their prices are the highest of any of the 3 hotel furniture discount stores in the Atlanta area. I was a little concern cause the guy was coughing a lot and not using a face mask, cause you never know. Anyway their hotel furniture prices are ridiculous, and I went to the hotel furniture store by the airport and south in Forsyth Georgia and their prices and quality of furniture was lots better. And everybody in those 2 locations south of the airport were wearing face masks. It made me feel safer. And btw, he said he did have the covid19 virus and went thru with no problems. But we saw him coughing out in the air and we ran like hell out of that place, cause we wonder if he still has it. Maybe he has not recovered . Watch out!,

Most everything in there is beat up or damaged. The old lady that works there is down right rude...

Was driving by and happened to stop in. Glad I did as I found some awesome items! A great selection of items from different hotels! They have almost everything. I would suggest you stop here before buying elsewhere.Just stop in!

Hotel Furniture Outlet was a great place for us to get several matching tables and lamps. The owner was extremely nice and allowed me to look at many tables to find the best ones.The guys on the floor were so helpful. I also got a discount. I would recommend this store to anyone who needs one thing or several things a like.

This place is so cool! If you are looking for a great price and don’t mind used products and minor wear and tear, this is the place for you! We had so much fun and got so many cool things for our Airbnb. The owner was very friendly and helpful and so was the staff. They all pitched in to help me dig for exactly what I wanted and helped me to load my car. We will definitely recommend them!

This is a great place to shop. The quality of the items from furniture to art work is exceptional. I bought multiple items for my former AirBnb from this store. Two of the large pairings were donated to my condo HOA and now show beautifully adjacent to our elevators.I would also like to highlight the queen sized mattress set that I purchased. It slept so well that I would consider purchasing another set for my personal home.

Doesnt look anything like online photos!!! I walked in at 2:15 on a Friday afternoon and I didnt know where the entrance was. I had to pry the door open and the place looked like a scary European movie. Huge place, not much furniture. Weird little dog running around this place. Then the manager told a couple walking in that they were closing because he had to go to Alpharetta. I would stay way away from this place. A little sketchy

Lots of stuff, some things are I think I little over priced since things are dated ..Everything seems to be very solid and durable .The staff was very helpful . They also should use better lighting in the store, hard to see things
