I got my car worked on back in February and decided to write a review based off my experience here. So my initial experience was great. I was spending money with them and they treated me great. I originally bought new tires for my 26s because the tires that I had were to big for my car. Those tires still didnt work so the owner recommended me to give him my floaters and he give me some rims that will fit and he will put a lift kit and cut the front to make the rims fit. I felt like I was losing but it wasnt a complete loss if he was going to do all this to make it work.They cut the front which wasnt bad but they put cheap knuckles to lift the car. Now there is no give in the springs which is causing the front end control arms to break over and over again. The owner stated the reason the car is breaking in the same spot is because the car is a 96 impala. (the parts replaced are new and still breaking)With all the the work I got done here was i spent $5k, the owner stated if I wanted a real lift it will be additional 5k. Charge what you charge but be upfront and let the customer make a decision if they want to get there car worked on there. Dont say Im going to put a lift kit on your car and lift it with a bunch of knuckles.

I went to auto custom to have my car window tinted. Try and his staff was very professional and they had good customer service. They provide me with the assistance that I needed and they reassured me that my vehicle was in good hands. Job well done and I will be coming back. Thanks Tru and your staff.

Best rim repair in Atlanta I took my 22”rim every where an they couldn’t repair it but these guys at ATL CUSTOM did It with no problem they did a fantastic job no scratches no dents....💯

The owner is a money greedy bastard! Try to sell me some 22 inch rims included mount, balance and tires for 3400. That later found same rims for $1100 and told him that then he gets upset and starts talking foul like he really knew me. My first thought was to head to buckhead and go put him in his place but decided to rather let people know how bad of a business owner he is. He is not fit to own a business! Wish I could give this place negative stars, honestly shop elsewhere before spending money here! The owner gets on here and lies and is just mad because his company is now under investigation with these financial institutes for putting one customer under two companies which is illegal. He keeps mentioning my wife but she just didnt want me spending a certain monthly amount so nothing was being hid from her as this fat ass is implying. If youd like proof of how shady this guy is just email and will send all proof recorded conversations, text messages, in store footage Ive got it all same info my lawyers have. Its possible when this all is over with Id own his shop lol now lie about something else idiot. Only liars type in all caps!

Listen... its rare that I leave a review let alone type out what I am Ill say. Im a member in several car clubs in Georgia and got pushed to go to this or that shop, and when I did I was never greeted or listened to in the way that True and his staff here at ATL Custom Auto did. I read through these reviews.. yes it got me thinking.. but until I spoke to True the shop owner and came into the shop.. wow. Everyone knows that you do your homework before hand and you figure out how much things are before committing (most of us), because the past low star reviews here clearly had their minds elsewhere.True got me a very competitive quote for a whole new set of wheels as well as mounting and balancing an existing set of tires I already had on. Wheels came in after a quick turnaround and when I went into the shop, True without hesitation noticed that I wasnt too happy about the finish on one of the wheels. On the spot, he called up the shop that manufacturers the wheels and asked for a specific person all on first name basis and put him on speaker. They shipped a new wheel that day. In the meantime they let me mount the wheels and when the new one came is, True would re-mount free of charge (something he didnt have to do).True is extremely well known as he works with a lot of A-list celebrities and has decades of industry experience in which he has obtained so many connections. I was genuinely impressed by his knowledge not just wheels/tires, but as well as wraps, repair work, audio, and so many other things. He has the portfolio and testimonies to show that he can do it all.I want to mention some other little things too.. AJ, one of Trues right hand man who put on the wheels saw that some of my caliper paint was coming off and he took care of that for me like it was no problem. Never tried to pull something and charge me. This is the same guy that stayed extra well past their closing time after finishing my car (last one of the day) to help some folks from Florida for an emergency tire repair.True and his crew knows whats up, confident behind their work, and encourage you to say what is on your mind so he can make sure he treats you right.

Well first walking into the location I was greeted as expected which was well. I was coming to get new tires. Once installed i come to find out one of the tires were installed the wrong direction. I had problems since the beginning with air leaks. We agreed on a price, but it went up because they had to do more work to get the tires to fit. So I gave this guy the benefit of the doubt! I expirenced air leaks they fixed the problem. Days later i have air leaks again. The previous tires I had didnt have any issues with the wheels I had. As far as the face to face encounter these people were very nice and pleasant, I just feel like the owner should have been just straight up and honest about my wheels if they couldnt perform the job. I just felt like my money was taken as well;with me buying brand new tires i couldnt even use. Went with a new set from a different tire place called global tires. Atl custom told me there was nothing they could do about it. Im sol...

Very very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Shaved the bolt in the wheel well of my Jaguar to fit a tire that was the wrong size. DO NOT...I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Where do I start? Well first walking into the location I was greeted as expected. I was coming in to get a wheel lock key and we started talking and he convinced me he could put my rims and tires on my raptor. I was getting 35inch tires on 20 inch rims( which I had on the back of my truck). We agreed on a price, which was more than fair! So throughout the convo I asked oh yea that includes the wheel sensors right he replies: oh no thats gonna be a extra 200 bucks! I didnt come in looking for a deal, I already had a install guy setup but he was about to close. So I gave this guy the benefit of the doubt! Now Im asking myself, I have a 70k dollar truck why would I install rims and tires without the sensors! But they had already began the work sooo... Whatever! Then it took them 3hrs to mount them. Then comes out and say oh yea the tires are big and you gotta fight with them! Im like ok Im ready to go, truck is finished. And he states oh u have a little scrubbing on the fender but u can just cut the plastic! Lol ! Then I get up to about 70mph and Im vibrating bad! All in all I take it to ideal truck accessories in Tampa and they say they were balanced wrong and I needed a lift. As far as the face to face encounter these people were very nice and pleasant, i just feel like the owner should have been just straight up and honest about my truck. I just felt like he just took my money!

Searched high and low for custom wheels that fit my personality and budget. Riden thru Buckhead after stopping at mNy rim shop, here is a hidden gem sitting in the corner in the cut under google. Stopped in and was treated like a star instantly. If you want the customer service and the rims this is where its at! See about em!🤘💯👑
