These guys are really knowledgeable and dependable for great custom solution ideas. I took my M3 to them recently to have jammers installed, a ceramic windshield tint applied, and exhaust tips changed. They did everything they said they would in the time stated and within the quote. They know so much and also give a lot of ideas and suggestions without being salesy. I highly recommend them!

Terrible... the worst experience Ive ever had!! Looking forward to talking to the owner tomorrow and hopefully afterwards, I will be able to come back and give a much better review. Was quoted a price on the phone - At the time of service it went up 25.00...He said explain he is the only one who answers the phone.. Get a quote and make sure he text or email the qoute.. more than likely I will go go back for services

VERY expensive! And, I had to bring my 2019 BMW X3 back because the tint was improperly installed. And, they still didn’t fix it completely. It looks like there is liquid between the tint and the glass. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR IMPROPERLY INSTALLING TINT. I would never recommend them. They charged me $558 for front driver window, front passenger window, rear window and windshield.

First I drive a 25 yr. old diesel truck.Frank found a bad electrical connection that was causing my headlights to flicker on & off.Additionally I had a bad bulb. He made recommendations & ordered new headlights. My truck looks newer& I can’t believe how bright they are, I feel safer.The bathroom is bright, spotlessly clean & pleasant smelling too.This is a top notch company. Superior value and top notch service.

I own a company which manages the LARGEST fleet of Luxury Mercedes Sprinter vans in the southeast. Most of our vehicles are very custom and sometimes require that we send them out of state for service related work. I was introduced to TintWorld by a colleague in the business about 2 years ago and at first they seemed expensive. But I learned that you get exactly what you pay for the hard way. They do the job right the FIRST time. And no cookie cutters here. Their communication is great, even on last minute jobs. I can always count on Frank, Dee, Pops, Lupe, Mark and everyone in that shop to treat my vehicles with care. They can handle everything from design to fabrication. I have the utmost level of trust, appreciation and respect for these guys and recommend them for any electronic, video or audio needs.In fact, I doubt there is a job they cant handle. I was very happy with service that I received. They even gave me a deal to fit in my budget for my car. I was in and out under an hour. Had an appointment at and no one was there when I got there. there were other people there waiting as well. Once the open everything went smoothly. They informed me of the different choices and which tint worked for me. I am pleased with the results. I would go back if ever needed.

Outstanding service - corrected issues made by another Tint World location at no charge. This location completely redeemed my faith in the Tint World brand. Mark is the manager and a stand up guy. They installed custom aftermarket folding mirrors and turn signals (in the same mirrors) with only Chinese instruction pamphlets and knocked it out of the park. Mark even wrapped the bases because the color did quite match. Could not recommend this location more.

Just picked up my Jeep yesterday. The owner and the staff were incredible. They didnt want me to pick up the jeep until it was to THEIR satisfaction. They do a great job and I will be coming back to this store to have more work done on the jeep. GREAT JOB!!!

This is the most professional custom shop I have ever dealt with. D. has some of the most talented staff and they operate a true custom shop. My truck came out better than I anticipated. Dont go anywhere else for any custom work!

Got me in 15 mins after I called about adding a tint strip on my windshield. Fair pricing and the guys did a good job on install. Frank helped me at the counter....cool dude with great costumer service. Would definitely recommend these guys for car services.

Got my tint done here, was a little pricey but they did a good job. I saw that they did more services and asked about getting some performance parts installed. I was told I would be e-mailed some info, but I never got anything. No big deal, I thought.Then I went back to get some cosmetic work done (wheels and brake caliper covers). After we set up an appointment to drop the car off at 8:30am on a Monday, I asked about performance parts again. I was told I would get a call for a quote as I mentioned a specific part. Never got the call. Okay fine, again not a big deal.On Monday when I finally went to drop my car off, I arrived at 8:40am. The shop hours start at 8am, but the guy didnt even show up until 9am. These guys cant even open their shop on time, charge high prices and have poor customer service. They have lost my trust and business. After they did a good job with my tint I had planned to get thousands of dollars of cosmetic and performance work done, but I cant trust a shop that cant even open on time, or call back when they say they will.

Service here is top notch. The Patela are extremely knowledgeable and well versed in their profession. Not only are they knowledgeable but they are honest. They will you what you really need for your vehicle and what looks good. Ill always use them for my automotive aesthetics.

This place is a massive joke! I own a business so I know how one should be ran. This place is by far the worst business I’ve ever set foot in! I came in for a service that I was told would take two days... it has now been over a month and it was never completed! The owner Dee is the shadiest and most dishonest. I was told at least four different lies about why my car wasn’t completed like we had discussed and when I asked for my money back the lies started rolling in again. He made me pay in full($1200.00) before they would even start and now here I am a month later and my car barely looks any different and they refuse to reimburse me my money! Not to mention Dee never works. Every time I tried to contact him he was nowhere to be found. Its obvious his Daddy bought him this business and he has no idea how to run it properly. A joke is an understatement! DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY! Stay far away from this place!!! They will only waste your time and your money! They are shady thief’s!

Chamblee Tint World is not only the flagship location in Atlanta but they are customer centric. Their goal is to treat customers with kindness and honesty while going above and beyond to perform a superior job at an honest price. They are the only place that I have my car worked on. What are your hours? google maps states 8:00 am open. This place got people waiting outside the shop it’s currently 8:45 August 30, 2018. Door decal on the shop says open hours are :00 so you acknowledge you don’t have a consistent open time. All I ask is to update hours of operation somewhere.

This is the best Custom shop in the whole of metro Atlanta. I was just gonna tint the windows of my 750li but I ends up doing a lot of stuffs on my car from the suspension to sound system and sunroof. My car became a one in town after leaving their garage. I will always recommend them to anyone at anytime. Their charges are very reasonable too and great customer service.

My overall experience was great Nash and Dee are very knowledgeable in the automotive industry. I went in for a tint on my camaro, but after seeing all the services offered I decided to go further. It was the worst experience ever. Horrible customer service. Called two weeks ahead of time to schedule. Brought it in for one day service thee days later go to pick it up nothing had been done. All they could say was lie after lie. Never use this place. Biggest headache ever. On top of that equipment never ran correctly and they didnt honor their warranty.Long story short. Waste of time and money.VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED

I called to get a quote to have my windows tinted w/ the 5% 3M film. I was quoted $299 for their ULTIMATE Tint Package. When I arrived at the store I was told that quote was for only for 2 windows. AND MY NEW PRICE WOULD BE $500. To get the price down I had to choose an 18% tint.I dropped my car off at 3pm. I was told it would be ready at 6 - 6:30pm. 7pm came and no call from the Tint World. When I received a call they said they could not get to the car today and requested I reschedule for 2 days later w/ a $50 discount.NO THANK YOU!!!!!I Uberd all the way back home for you not to perform any type of services. I wasted my entire day for nothing. I guess damn whatever I had to move around or change plans.Would have been nice to get a heads up before 7pm.NEVER, EVER, WOULD I EVER BUY EVEN A CAR WASH from Tint World.

Had a 2pm appointment and was told my car would be done by 4 or 5. I am still waiting for my window tinting to be finished. It is 6:15.. Two people I talked to in the waiting area brought their cars in after me but finished before me and they were getting the same thing done on their vehicle. Wouldnt recommend this place unless you dont value your time or are willing to drop your car off for a full day. Customer oriented? I think not......

Way overpriced. Quoted me $700 for two racing stripes on a Dodge Charger. I can purchase a kit online for less than $100.

Misleading and unprofessional-ism as Sales Manager Mark induced me and fails to uphold his end of the bargain leading to horrible and very unfortunate experience!I visited on 1/30/19 to have my two drivers side windows tinted to match the passenger side and was told by the Sales Manager Mark that he and the Tint World Team would be able to identically match the current tint without a problem at all and also confirmed and pitched the high quality and unparelled installation; which I trusted and then paid the $100 for the two windows. At the end of my service I noticed that the drivers side varied a bit in color, slight bubbles and that it was darker than the passenger side and he told me that it was due to “the film not fully curing” which would take no more than 5 days to be perfect according to Mark’s verbal and the slip tagged on my power window control.Despite the promises, on the 7th day (2/6/19) the two drivers side windows were still bubbled on both sides, much darker than the passengers side windows which makes its hazardous to drive, and now somehow had a small hard permanent bubble in the drivers side window that could not be cleaning off and that was after the 5 day curing process as I waited 7 days. Nonetheless, I fully remained patient professional and followed all post procedures and rules accordingly which is why I waited the full 7 days before returning to the shop and filing a complaint. However, after returning to the shop and meeting with Mark my driver’s side window was gauged by their window tinting tool at 13 and my passengers side was 15 which showed the clear difference.Mark proposed to upsell me on getting the two windows on the passenger side done to match the driver’s side for an additional $80 but since I upheld my end of the agreement and am on a budget they need to uphold their end as I have been majorly inconvenienced after being very patient and professional. Therefore I proposed that they give me their starter rate which is $150 which I strongly believe is truly fair after all of this and Mark rudely walked away from me on the property and told me to contact Corporate Tint World because he could no longer assist me. I am high upset with the way I have been treated and am demanding Mr.Patel or Corporate Tint World to accommodate my proposal of $150 for the driver’s side window fixed and the two passenger windows to match. I look forward to resolving this issue ASAP. ... (INVOICE #2419)UPDATE:I ended up speaking with both Dee Patel & the Older Patel (both owners) and they both denied to fix my bubble windows and when I requested my refund I was also denied! I advise you to go elsewhere to have your windows tinted as these are money hungry people with no care for customer service ! I even contacted corporate and Dee Patel told me corporate told him they did not care what type of decision he made despite the poor quality and service I received. This place is a joke. II will be reporting them to the BBB because this is cruel & unlawful.

Quote you one price on the phone, then when you show up, its actually for a different package, or not all the windows. Ridiculous. Not sure how often then pull this scam, but I bet its enough to pad the margins.

I had a problem that was mostly my fault although some miscommunication on their part with the tints and they fixed itfree of charge so thats why I gave the 3 stars. Customer service so-so and the special I was quoted originally when I made the appointment was not honored when time to pay. I ended up spending 110$ more for something I couldve gone elsewhere for and gotten done without the attitude. The only reason I came here was for the special they ran and ended up spending 110$ more than the other place. Although the problem was my fault and I understand the attitude I still think good customer service is when youre kind regardless. Ill try a different location next time since I have the warranty but I just didnt feel good when leaving. I read the reviews before going but I gave them a chance anyway and they really arent that great. My tints were good in terms of the product so Id reccommend that. They also left Im guessing adhesive all along my doors and trunk top and side mirrors and I just had my car waxed the day before so that was annoying and another extra expense to clean again

Lol, this business Is a joke.I read the reviews before I went In, so I had enough red flags on that alone. Customer service from everyone seems to be very saturated and dry. If I didnt know anything about cars, I would have fallen victim to their price gouges. Example? $150 for two fog light exchanges. I had brought my own LED lights, so litterally all they had to do was remove a small panel with 4 clips and take out 2 screws on each fog light. 10 minute process...25 minutes later, before I pay they show me a reciept for $154. Im so astonished, I began to laugh. I ask $154 for what? The owner of the shop Intervenes In the conversation with the cashier and tells me Are you aware we have to take off your front bumper? I laugh again and say, No, you dont.Long story short, he plays dumb until I physically go over to my vehicle, show him and the technician what needs to be done.. step by step. He realizes at this point that Im not an Idiot and he cant get an extra $100 out of me for no reason. He tells me hell take care of It, 10 minutes later I pay and Im out the door.Would I go back? No! All the prices In this specific store are Inflated by atleast $150 each Item. Ill take my business elsewhere.This store Is clearly NOT for the people.

Had my car tinted back in 2015 by Tint World Chamblee. The first attempt started peeling immediately - they redid it for free and blamed it on a bad roll of film. The second attempt failed as well for whatever reason. The third attempt finally worked (sort of, I have tons of bubbles now), after they had the car for 14 hours - I drove it home at 1am. As I was leaving the shop at 1am, my centre brake light warning came on, and the brake light didnt work. The guy took it back and what Ive learned today - Feb. 9, 2018 - is that he broke the power connector to the LED brake light, stripped the wiring out to rewire it with speaker wire and soldered them to the board. Go elsewhere for your tint. Even after applying their dealer OEM film, my tint is bubbling everywhere.

This review is meant to demonstrate how TintWorld stepped up and out performed my expectations.My experience at this shop was neither flawless nor perfect. After tinting the 335is I noticed imperfections. One of the apprentices tinted the vehicle. I pointed out the flaws to the office coordinator Nash and the head tinter Marc. There was a gouge on the passenger window and on the rear window plus some dot matrix problems. Nash told me that the work was lifetime guaranteed and Marc stepped up and said he would take care of it.I returned to see that my dot matrix area was not a problem anymore and that they retinted the rear and the passenger window. None of that black vinyl solution garbage either! When discussing my issues with the first job Marc let me know that they TintWorld wanted me to be happy.Well I am thrilled!The car now has a perfect tint job, no bubbles, no imperfections. These guys wont make you wait and will fit you in on the spot if at all possible. This is the reason I took the car here, they did not make me wait for another day. You absolutely cannot see that the windows have been tinted no discoloration on dot matrix, and total adhesion all around. The apprentice did this particular piece of work. You only know there is tint because of the window darkness. Never seen a person with limited experience turn out such masterful work.The price was average to low for this high quality work on a difficult car. Even met some cool people while I was up there, had some quality conversations and played ping pong while waiting.What a great modern model for doing business the right way!

Took 4 visits, and MANY hours to fix my film - I would up just having them remove it. Inconvenient hours/scheduling, and quite expensive.
