I needed some new component speakers installed and I had a sound issue that needed to be resolved.The install went great and they even diagnosed an issue with my sub that I was unaware of. I was trying to get an alarm installed in my 69 Mustang. I had gone to 5 other locations and they were all quoting over $1000 and said I would have to wait on average 3 weeks. I did a quick search and found Complete Sound and Protection since they were close to my house and had good reviews. I will admit, the store itself seems a bit sketch, but once you get past the look of the building you find professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. The guys here are great and all really know what they are doing. They go out of their way to take care of you and are very friendly. I had subwoofers installed and the installation is clean. No scratches to the dash like other places Ive been in the past. There is even a small convenience store and an awesome BBQ chef on site. No boring waiting around. I recently purchased a kenwood ddx3 and two speakers for the doors of my Ford Focus wagon and was pleased with the service I received. They actually had to do a custom fit in order for the radio to fit, but after they finished it looks as if the radio came with the car. Yes it was a timely process but I rather it be done correctly and look professional rather than they rush through installation and it looks diy

I took my car to these people to get a speaker box and amp installed in my car. I shouldve turned and ran once I realized the owner of this place didnt even know what he was talking about. But I gave them a chance. Once the install was done it wasnt even 5 mins of me leaving I had to come back because the music and radio shut off when I started driving. I went back they supposed to had fixrd what ever was wrong but they didnt. I had to come back the next day they called themselves fixing it again and messed up my whole cat. These people got me our of almost $400 and I had to go get the work done by somebody else

I went in to get my SUV washed and saw they did sound as well. Just let me Claude the owner took care of me in a professional matter and did not bbn let me leave until I was satisfied with the sound. Called the day before to get I’m on a Saturday. Pulled up and Claude took a listen, he got a second opinion from one of the techs there and they both confirmed I needed to replace all 4 interior speakers. He quoted me a great price and started work right away. During the install he found the problem he told me I had burned speaker leads and that was why I had no sound. He took care of everything for me and was done in maybe an hour and change? In and out for a reasonable price on a busy Saturday. Great survive and friendly ppl. Don’t let the look of the place fool you it’s top notch. He quoted me a price for my next upgrade( sub and amp) also the most reasonable quote I’ve got in the greater Atlanta area. Call in and make an appointment you won’t regret it!

I brought my 1978 CJ7 in for a sound system refresh and Claude (and team) walked me through options based on my preferences (waterproof, durable, sound performance, bluetooth, etc). Additionally, I needed a new horn and Claude was able to recommend that as well. We worked through the upfront planning, pricing, and scheduling... all in line with what we discussed - no surprises. I did have to make a few follow up adjustments to the wiring/amplifier, which Claude quickly rescheduled and fixed. All sounding well at a reasonable price for a custom system!

Ok. Claude and his team were nothing short of professional. Cory his installer was not only careful with my Denali he was respectful and honest and stupid polite which is hard these days with our youth. Fella gives me hope for his generation. I brought my 08 Denali in for an install and I supplies my own parts. Claude showed me how I got snookered and provided me with everything I needed. Install looks original to car and that is what you want. He even helped me out with my relationship with my wife. The Denali was a gift to her and I needed this to be perfect and it was. He even sat down with me and gave me a tutorial on the Pioneer head unit. To say Im pleased is an understatement. Im stoked. Even had the Denali washed while I was there and they did a bang up job as well. I live in Douglasville but well worth the drive. BBQ was slamming as well. I made some rookie mistakes in my attempt to install a new radio in my 09 Dodge Charger by myself. After hours of cussing and not getting anywhere from google research, I for these guys. I called and talked to the owner personally and he made room for me right away. The job was done right away and I was in and put in less than an hour! He sat with me to make sure the GPS that was built into my new radio was installed correctly and we went through the install with me! As well he did to make sure the blue tooth connected properly. I know a lot of people worry about leaving stuff in their cars while someone else has it. But these guys are solid and wouldnt take anything. They will definitely have my repeat business when I am ready for more!

It took 5 hours on a Saturday to install a radio and they didnt even try to install the part for my steering control. They couldnt provide me any additional guidance but claim to have 14 years of experience. If you didnt know what you were doing you should have said so. I wasted an additional half day of work for them to tell me that they couldnt do anything to fix the blank screen problem. You need to take the radio back where you got it could have been said over the phone when I called. I have wasted $100 which was too much for a simple install. My fiance tried to give you more business but obviously you dont live up to your reputation. You do not deserve any stars, good luck keeping your business afloat.

If I could give a zero I would because the positive reviews that are shown here, which was the reason I went to this location, are a lie! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They are a joke! They dont know their left hand from their right! They had no idea how to even operate my stereo (that they sell) let alone resolve any problems that Im having! The place is a shack and the area is ruff... BE CAREFUL AND BEWARE!!! Just dont waste your time, go somewhere else!

These people are awesome. I had a 2001 Infiniti QX4. For whatever reason Infiniti made the car dash board big enough for a double din but it can only take single dins...Complete Sound & Protection modified my din space so that I can place a double din car radio in there. Nice guys but not thorough and didnt complete the job.

I took my car there for a soundcheck, my car has two amps and a speakerbox, I have one amp running to my speakerbox, and one amp to the four car speakers. These guys said my radio wasnt working and sold me a used Kenwood radio for $100. After installing the Kenwood, the guy tells me my radio isnt the problem. He somehow got sound to play out of three speakers then, told me my radio could be fixed with a little work. When I asked why the radio was only playing out of three speakers, the guy told me it was hooked up to only play three speakers, and he said that the amps are hooked together with three speakers, and the other speakers are blown. In a nutshell these guys use a broken radio as an excuse to rewire my amps to run together into half of my speakers, so that when I play my music loud they will blow. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!! Theyre going to tell you one thing, and Im betting its another. They dont know what theyre doing....Update....i woke up today to take a closer look at their work an now another speaker isnt putting out. You have been warned!!!
