The security guard light skin guy was really rude when it came to the mask mandate I would understand if the security guard himself was properly wearing a mask correctly not only he wasn’t wearing his mask correctly but the cashiers mask was beneath his top lip and the light skin girl with brown dreads didn’t even have on a mask so if you’re going to enforce mask mandate make sure everyone whose employed with the company is properly wearing a mask also it took 30 mins for 3 cookies I will never shop here American great cookies would never

We stopped by to pick up cookies and was met at the door with the mask police. They would not allow us inside the store without a mask and when I said what about the 4 employees working behind the counter without mask on, I was told that customers must wear mask but employees have a choice. Needless to say we left and will never spend money here again.

I’ve heard these cookies were pretty good however the cookies I ordered and paid for were not the cookies I received it’s upsetting how a simple order of 6 cookies was messed up due to the incompetence of the crew I order snickerdoodles and cinnamon roll just to get home and open to box to find a bunch of chocolate chip cookies when I didn’t order a single chocolate cookie! This mix up would be better understood if maybe it was a Uber eats delivery but no I literally ordered them in person and paid right there in the store while I was in the city if I lived closer I would have brought them back however once getting home I was not driving back to the city for some cookies. Just do better and pay attention this could have been avoided! A true waste of money cause I can’t have chocolate!

I’ve been waiting awhile to try Insomnia cookies, but my first experience was terrible. I got the cookies I ordered with no problem, but they were so hard. 12 cookies gone to waste because I refuse to eat such hard cookies. Wouldn’t visit this place again.

The cookies are amazing!! There is usually a line at night but the workers are fast and makes sure everything is hot and fresh! I will definitely come back here !

One of the better desserts place in town. It’s open till super late so it’s convenient for everyone. They’ve varsities and different flavors in each category so you’re not stuck with one option only. It’s in a safe area so you’re not ever in a bad part of town as well. The staff was quite nice; I had thought differently but I was proven otherwise.

The prices at this location continuously go up. They change every time I visit. A six count went from $9 to $12 in the past couple of years...for cookies...that havent changed sizes or anything. The cookies are really really good, but not worth the price at this point.

I love the cookies. They are served warm and they melt in your mouth. I tried one in Tennessee but they were hard and did not have the same flavor. We usually go the one on Spring ST in Atlanta. I definitely recommend. The best part is they stay open late....

I ordered x2 oatmeal chocolate cookies. I received a call from the Insomnia store stating they were out of cookies for the night. Shockingly, I received a call from the postmate driver stating he had arrived with my cookies. To my surprise I opened the box to see the 2 cookies, halfway uncooked, very mushy on the inside with tons of grease. I spoke with the store clerk as well as customer service each of which lacked empathy. To think its ok to sell some undercooked products is very unsafe, unethical, unprofessional.

Okay so I remember eating insomnia cookies super late 1 / 2 o clock in the morning and they were BANGING. More recently, they’ve been good but not as good as before. LOCATION matters!! Overall if you’re ever craving a late night cookie and don’t want to bake? Insomnia is the place to go! Warm most of the time, good all of the time!

I thoroughly enjoyed these incredibly soft, sweet, and melt in your mouth cookies. Their peanut butter cookie was falling apart as you would touch it, and the perfect balance of sweet to the peanut butter chips were fantastic. I will try an ice cream sandwich next time here, but their regular cookies are undeniably some of the best in the city. Don’t let the fact that this place is a chain dissuade you from getting cookies here. Each bite will leave you closing your eyes with a smile as the sweet, buttery deliciousness coats your mouth.

Good cookies but i said add scoops of ice cream to cookie +2.5 but they charged me for a cup which is +6.5, and they the guy argued that i didnt say add a scoop

Great ice cream spot with fun flavors! I love that you can try 2 flavors even if you order a small. I tried the orange cardamom and earl grey seasonal flavors. The flavors were well-balanced and not overpowering, and the ice cream was nice and smooth. The staff was very upbeat and friendly too!! Next time Im going all out and ordering a flight.

Insomnia Cookies was awesome. The cookie and brownie aroma gets your mouth-watering as soon you walk up to the door. Everyone in the place just looked happy, especially the staff.We had the cookie-witches and couldn’t have been happier with them. The cookies were warm and the ice cream was creamy. I had double chocolate chunk with moose tracks and my wife had chocolate chunk with cookie dough but the options are endless.I recommend Insomnia Cookies for anyone wit. A sweet tooth and late night cravings.

I had the cookie icecream sandwich my friends had both has a box of cookies. It was very good but I suggest instead of a icecream cookie because the way they make it. Its extremely messy and will drip. Put the icecream in a cup and break the cookie over it so its easier to eat and taste the same!

First time here, they cookies are good. A little pricey for 6 cookies spending 11 dollars but they were warm and etc. Parking was crazy so be prepared to try to get fight traffic to pick them up.

This is the most worst insomnia cookie . I waited outside for almost a hour . Went inside and got served cold cookies . I asked a guy with dreads to warm my cookies he said no, he can’t . I don’t understand why the cookies are not fresh if it’s a long line, ATLEAST warm . It was all guys working there & it was very poor customer service .

Cookies are great but if you get the normal ones vs the deluxe they taste just like the ones you can get at the store and bake yourself! Also, leaving 3 stars because the majority of the menu is quite overpriced. Another reason for 3 stars is there are only 7-8 chairs in the entire place. Great thing is that they are open so late! I waited over 6 hours for my delivery order, only to receive absolutely nothing. Dont order online from these guys. Successful delivery take at least an hour, and they take over ten minutes to even answer your calls.I had to find out through emailing customer service l that my order was delayed because Id entered an incorrect phone number. Two hours the drain, but I figured that was my fault. After correcting my number with customer service, I ordered re-delivery. Four more hours of waiting, calling and emailing, no word. At this point it was nearing 2AM. Finally, I got through to someone on the phone, only to learn that the SEVERAL delivery drivers who were responsible for my order had all miraculously had something go wrong with their cars or delivery, and that now they were waiting in vain for Postmates to find someone to pick up my order. Was I just supposed to wait until closing time to hear that no one was delivering my food? I have no idea how anyone might think this is acceptable service. Good luck to those who have to deal with whatever is going on over there. I used to love ordering from here, but not anymore.

Five stars for the cookies but 1 star for the service. This is the second time I was shorted on my order. Have ordered 10 cookies twice now and received 9 cookies both times.

I already love the cookie options at Insomnia but what I really loved was being able to order my cookies online and pick them up without waiting. Ill definitely be ordering my cookies online from now on. It was so hassle-free.

Quick shopping experience. Ran in got two deluxe chocolate chips, a peanut butter and a brownie. The brownies at insomnia are the quintessential brownie(see picture below) .This location has street parking in front but it$2 for an hour so if its not packed you may want to park elsewhere and walk to get your yums. I was in and out this visit and mad that I paid $2 to park for an hour when it took me all of 5 mins to complete my purchase. I gave another person parking my ticket before I left so they wouldnt have to pay.

Its delicious because its open late and delivers. However, I decided Id try my pleasantly chunky chocolate chip cookie with their buttercream frosting. Something extra for my inner fat kid.Cookie was good. Always nice to have it warm.Buttercream was meh. A bit much while not being fantastically good. Kind of cloying.Id go back and not do buttercream.

Unfortunately, I went on Friday and ordered six cookies but only received five. I didn’t think to check the box and then I didn’t want to wait outside in line for another twenty minutes just for one cookie. Other than that, I love this place and will be back soon!

I Waited over 30 minutes for a cookie only for it to never come! Your staff is the Worst!!! When I asked for my money back the manager on duty 3-10-21 11pm refuse to refund me the cash $13.11 she also kept my receipt this isnt about the money she can keep it and buy herself a crash course on customer service!!! I love insomnia cookies... BUT the staff working at this store were so dismissive and disrespectful. I placed an order at 715pm for 8pm. I arrived at 740pm and sat in my car until i received a text that my order was ready. I called the number that said call for curbside service. With seven workers in the bldg, i was told they were too short staffed for curbside. I came in, gave my name to first person who went in back, couldnt find my order so he came back to front to help the next customer. Mind you he did not address me. Five minutes later, now 805pm, another person asked my name, again went to the back but never returned. At 810pm i asked the first person about my order he says he dont know about my order and was trying to help someone else. Then at 815 the 2nd person came up front and asked what did i want, i said i wanted some follow up on whats going on with my order, she just exhaled and walked off. Finally, a 3rd person asks my name and finds my ticket but tells me that they were out of the cookies i order and i had to wait 10-12 more minutes, this was after i watched 10 ppl walk-in, order, and get cookies. I told her that i wanted a refund for my order because it was ridiculous how i was treated from the moment i came in the door. $28 for cookies but horrible customer service is unacceptable. Busy is not an excuse to treat customers badly. I was given a copy of an email to cancel and refund my order. The email says the reason for cancel is because i did not want to wait. No! My reason for canceling is the way i was treated, as if me being a paying customer wanting to know whats going on with my order, was an inconvenience. Piss poor customer service, you would think being bless with a job during these times would make ppl a bit more pleasant at work.

We went into this location, very random from shopping just wanted a snack. We came in and weren’t welcomed (a employee was in the front and back)looked at the menu for a couple of minutes (still didn’t speak a word, we were the only customers) and left. I INSTEAD took my money to tropical smoothie next door were I was AT LEAST acknowledged. What better do you have to do at work ?
