The Ice cream was delicious. The customer service was good. Covid restrictions enforce. My only complaint was pricing but was worth every bite.

Very clean & nice. My favorite ice cream is Dulce de Leche. Soooo good. My son got the pumpkin shake & it tastes just like a pie vs just pumpkin flavoring.

Me and my family love this place every time we visit Atlanta area we start talking about stopping by there with rest of the family. All the workers behind the counter are also always awesome. To bad they don’t have a decent seating area.

I went to buy the ice cream today, the guy did not let me go in, stopped me at the door and showed me the flavor only. I can totally understand about the safety that you are not letting us go inside the store but while serving no gloves were being used...your safety is priority but about us nothing and when we told the guy he just said ok.

Worst service ever...couldnt even be compassionate to let a little 3 yr old who needed to pee go in... please hire people with common sense...imagine what they would have done with my pregnant wife in the car...the girl was completely rude and unsympathetic decided to go elsewhere.

Prep area, floor, and tables/chairs are clean. Temperature and lighting of this place is perfect. Store is organized with the menu and pricing available. Great selection and variety of ice creams and cakes. Also, the toppings are not stale, and the ice cream tastes fresh. Mr. Ken served me with respect as a 1st time customer. He was not stingy with the scoop serving, and he was friendly and down to earth. I highly recommend this ice cream shop to everyone.

Every time I’ve been to this location, they have been very friendly and overall fantastic.The place is always exceptionally clean, and the ice cream is always perfect! Definitely try their smoothies and frapes as well.I would highly recommend to anyone, as their location is convenient. My absolute go to place for dessert after a meal :D

Worst experience in an ice cream place in a while. They conveniently left the smallest mini cup size off of the counter top display and added the pint size on display making it seem like the medium size called small was the smallest available. I pointed to it and asked for 3 of these believing that was the smallest mini size. Then when my family asked for toppings they did not mention that they were a dollar each when the display is confusing on the costs because it lists some toppings but not all. Some ice cream parlors do not charge for some of the generic toppings like sprinklers. Needless to say my total was double what I anticipated. I would have been happier to have known all my options before ordering. More of the principle than the actual cost. Felt scammed, bait and switched when we left.

It has always been relatively empty when we come in, so service seems fast. There were some issues with serving in the order of arrival, not just the closest customer. Its nice to have a place near Akers Mill Square that has sorbet and some vegan options, unlike the nearby Pinkberry.

This was the worst experience that i have ever has. There were only limited flavors of ice cream you could get. When asked about the fruit toppings he explained he only has strawberry, but in the picture of the banana split it was pineapples.he said he only has strawberries that it everything else is frozen and wont be available. When asksed about other flavors he said he only has the 8 flavors that were out.he was very nice and polite, but i wish it was more to choose from in the store.

Ordered 2 smoothies. Took forever to make them and mine tasted horrible. Not doing here. Really disappointed and wasted money

We have been to this location many times. Today, the owner displayed greed. My husband asked for his usual strawberry milkshake extra thick. The owner told him, Ill make it with less milk & not fill it to the top, but if you want more milkshake, Ill have to charge you an extra two dollars to fill it to the top. My husband told him he had never done that before & he was overcharging his customers. The owner was not happy & of course, we left.

The service at this store is pathetic! They never open on time. They advertise that the open at 11am but no one gets until about 11:40am, and they actually open their doors at 12. Its just down hill from there. If youre in the area go the the Hagen daz at the battery or in Cumberland mall. If you value your time and respect as a customer this place isnt for you. The cant even open on time and they close an hour early.

I just experienced the WORST costumer service. I arrived at the location at 8:47pm and the door was locked; the sign on the door said that they were open until 9:30pm. My boyfriend and I knocked on the door and we were ignored while they served their last costumers. We called the number and explained how the sign on the doors says 9:30pm, yet the door was locked. The employee comes to to door and places her cell phone against the still closed door and showed us that online it says that they close at 9:00pm. At this point, we are frustrated because during this interaction a simple resolution would have been to just let us in and serve the paying costumer. I later found out the employees name was KYMAURIA, she was EXTREMELY RUDE and NASTY. During the entire interaction she continued to ROLL HER EYES and she appeared very AGGRESSIVE. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION, and I would advise you to think twice too!

Im guessing it was the owners serving us today. They were sweet, courteous, diligent with our big group and super nice to the kids. Also took extra care for those in our party with allergies.

We could have doubled our happiness if staff here could greet and deals us customers with the smile. Ice cream is obviously good, because it’s the franchise.

Haagen-Dazs is not what it used to be. The ice cream is,good, but stay away from any speciality items like a banana split. They put my banana split in a plastic cup rather a dish like they use to do. Dairy Queen is just as good and cheaper for speciality items like banana splits and sundaes.
