Matt was AWESOME! I had tried fixing my Macbook using the online chat but I was still having the same problems. I went in and Matt already had everything that I tried and jumped right to sending my computer in. He was honest and transparent throughout the experience. I got my Macbook back in 3 days and it is working great. THANK YOU MATT!!!
Worst store ever!!! I get here for an appointment that was for multiple things including to see what’s wrong with my phone! The guy Q didn’t like the option I had selected so he changes my appointment type and says I know have to wait an additional 30 mins since they are not supposed to book appointments! I ALREADY have an appointment! Not to mention there are 3 employees just hanging in the entry. At least 2 could be helping take care of customers. Let’s see if my phone issues get resolved since this is the 2nd trip for that! It took them 4hrs last time to even get it to power on last time and saw there were active issues once on however no replacement. Apple is going down hill especially Atlanta stores!!
I showed up to the Apple store with no appointment. I was in a hurry and am always impatient when a sales associate tries to upsell me on something I don’t need. But I had the good fortune of having Darryl (sp?) help me. He was quick and efficient. He didn’t waste my time, and upsold me on something I actually needed. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes. He was simply amazing.
This official apple 🍎 store is open for business. I dont know if mask are required, but everyone in the store had one on. Side note: that made my wife and I feel better about being there. As always we had an appointment so we had no wait time. Our service tech was knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem quickly. We were in and out in under 20 minutes with a brand spanking new replacement phone! Thanks Perimeter Apple Store 🍎!
Some of the employees here are not trained to have customer service. As I stood in line, an apple employee came up to me and stared at me for 5 awkward seconds. He stared at me with a look of disdain or superiority. Then he reluctantly spoke, Do you have your barcode for me? The whole conversation, he was rude to the point that his co-worker had to go against what he was sayingApple. (1) Teach your employees to greet customers and not awkwardly expect paying customers to speak first, especially when the employee is the who who approaches the customer. Its unprofessional. (2) Just because apple customers are hooked on the product does not mean that apple employees shouldnt treat them with respect. (3) Fix. Your. Attitude. Try teaching your employees to have a smile on their faces. It makes the whole experience better.

This store was so clean and efficiently run, before opening they separated customers into groups of “with an appointment” and “without and appointment”. I didn’t previously make an appointment but they made me one and quickly had me with an associate named Dwayne. Dwayne was SO FRIENDLY and HIGHLY KNOWLEDGABLE about the products he was there to sell. He had me set up with exactly the perfect tech for my upcoming school year, and answered every question me and my parents had with such ease. I would highly recommend this store and their amazing staff!
First time at Apple Perimeter. I was late 10 minutes because I wasnt familiar with the mall. They rescheduled me right away. I didnt wait long to be taken care of. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I received great customer service. Excellent!
I didnt buy anything. I was browsing, but this store is nice with all the latest Apple products even though I am a PC user I still recently bought an iPad Mini.

The staff is not helpful and very rude. We asked for help resetting a watch and the person had a very smirky attitude. She had some false sense of power and let us know it. When to Verizon and they fixed our issue in 5 minutes and made our day. Last time I ever visit Perimeter Apple. Terrible service and hope they shut the store down.
We enjoyed back to school shopping with our son at JD Sports and delicious food from the Sarky Japan and cookies as well.💖🙏🏿🙂
I had the opportunity to work with Mario and he killed it. Hes very friendly and accommodating, and told me my laptop would be fixed and back to me by Friday. Today is Friday and I just got my computer and its working like a dream, and I didnt even have to restore it. Awesome work by Apple and by Mario. Thanks, yall.

The young man who assisted me in my upgrade from an iPad to an iPad Pro did so without the instruction manual and answered all my questions. Exactly what I would expect from a great Apple experience.

I’ve never in my life have ever been treated with such disrespect. As I was today in your store. I came in to purchase a MacBook Air. I was treated with such disrespect and treated as I didn’t matter. It’s truly sad when someone comes in to spend their hard earned money. And made to feel as if they don’t matter.
Horrible experience. No one approached us not once to see if we needed help. Many employees look at you while you’re waiting to be helped while they just chill relax & have conversations with coworkers. i had to approach someone for help TWICE. left without purchasing anything never will i come here again.

Although it is a long wait about an hour and a half it’s worth it when the service is good and you get what you needed. I didn’t get my task fully accomplished so I didn’t give them five stars. I didn’t have the desired information to get my phone activated/unlocked and I wasn’t given a solution to fix my problem without going having to make a lot of calls and trips to other stores. But that’s my fault for not having all my information. Seating was good and use your time to shop or enjoy the Apple Store items. I didn’t see an Apple store sign but you will know it’s Apple because it’s the big bright full of people store on the top level.
Holy Molely, this us a great store for apple. All the bells and whistles. I suggest m as ke it bigger, spread things out, have several floors. Everytime I come to this place its always crowded.

Worst experience up to date with any store. I placed an order a couple of days in advance. When I arrived to pick up my purchased item I had my order cancelled and was told I could purchase the same item, “here and now”. So, I had to restart the process and go through like 3 different lines just to buy an iPhone. It shouldn’t be this hard to give a business my money.
I wanted to buy a charger but the experience of waiting in the line just to explain my intentions instead of being able to browse was a bit off putting.I guess some people need assistance but I dont like talking unnecessarily when I browse. I like making my decision on my own unless I ask someone a question. In that way I never feel rushed...So I went to a kiosk and bought a charger and went on my way.
The worst customer service ever. Whispering, sending text amongst each other in front of the customers. Employees socializing instead of taking care of the customers need. No one is professional. The way the store is set-up for guest to wait makes no sense at all. You wait in line to have you temperature took just to wait in line to check in, to wait in line again to be seen even with an appointment. You also have to stand back in line because the same wait is not long enough for you to be seen by a genius and purchase something. My overall experience makes me not want to every buy anything Apple again. I wish I could give no stars.

Service was excellent. Wait time was appropriate, line was properly socially distanced. Temperature check before entering the store was easy and efficient. Employees were very helpful and provided me with the exact information that I needed. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Set an appointment at this location for 12:30pm. You are directed to join a line which is 15 people deep. As a working professional this has interrupted my day and is simply unfortunate.If you are understaffed then reevaluate your scheduling.

I went to get help from the Genius Bar about my MacBook Pro. My screen stopped working. The guy who was supposed to help me did nothing except tell me how much it may cost to have it looked at and fixed. He told me that he simply didn’t know what was wrong with it, and he didn’t even take a look at it. How is, is a Genius Bar if they don’t know anything or offer any help? I went to the Best Buy across the street, and they were accommodating, telling me my Display screen went bad. That’s all I wanted to hear instead of being left confused.
My Daughter and I visited this store for a purchase.But before we could walk up to the store.We where ADMITTEDLY APPORACH BY A MAN .WITH NO I.D. OR DESCRIPTION OF WHO HE WAS.he asked my daughter for I.D. i turn and ask him WHO was he.Then as soon as I push my daughter out the way .Another one of Apple security person approached us and told the man .He need to wear his I.D. on the outside of his jacket.I didnt like that type of action.With all thats going on in the world.If my daughter did not NEED HER UPGRADE .I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED MY PURCHASE.I WILL NOT GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!.

I took my mac in on 4/16 for a battery replacement. a kid with green hair that was working there informs me that they’ll need my laptop for a few days to fix it. he says i’ll have it back within 5-7 days. no worries there. i don’t hear a thing until Wed night when they inform me there’s a deeper issue, i ask them to send the mac back so i can buy a new one. I was told i can apply the credit for the defective mac toward a new one without it being in the store. I get to the store on friday and the gentleman i worked with tells me i have to wait for my mac to come, but it is to be next day’ed over to the store for it to be there Saturday. Not only did i never receive an email or text. i call up to apple this morning and they tell me MONDAY is a TENATIVE date. like they literally gave me heresay when i’m TRYING to spend money with them. so i have no mac, no ETA, i can hardly run my business. and i know they won’t accommodate anything because big businesses don’t care when their employees give out misinformation that can literally kill the little guy. i know what apple store i WONT be buying my mac from.

Do NOT do an in-store pickup for this location. It tells you while you’re ordering that they will help you during your scheduled time, but the reality is that you’ll wait in a line of 5 people for nearly two hours because they dedicate nearly all of their employees to helping Genius Bar appointments.
Apple customer service just isn’t what it used to be. I returned a $1500 computer and it was supposed to go to a gift card, but didn’t show which one (I have 4). Two of them I wasn’t sure I even had anymore, so I didn’t want to leave without knowing my $1500 was actually in my possession.I was told I had to call Apple support and they couldn’t help me in store. That may or may not be true, but I was told I couldn’t stand there while I called to confirm. I was polite the entire time (I used to work retail) and while they were polite in tone as well, I was clearly being pushed to leave the window, eventually being told I had to go and couldn’t stay to confirm the receipt of my return. I spent about 20 minutes in front of the store talking on the phone and eventually discovered it was sent to a discarded gift card and I’d have to call back in 24 hours to have it transferred to one I had.I understand not every process or system is available to the store, but they essentially told me “good day you’re on your own” and I wouldn’t expect that when $1500 is floating out there somewhere I don’t know.

I dont know whats the point that they asked us to make appointment and still need to wait over an hour.Also, I went to pick up my stuff another day when they just open. There is no one in the line and staff asked me come at your appointment time. Its ridiculous. They dont want to assist you even if no one there....
Whenever I go to Perimeter or Lenox Square Mall, I look forward to going into to the Apple store.I go just to look around and see all of the products that they have out even though I cant afford anything in that place.This pandemic has changed the way we do a lot of things like shopping and eating.Imagine my surprise when I get there and you can no longer just walk in and look around. You have to walk up to windows and must have an appointment to even do that.I understand they must keep their employees safe and keep the outside germs outside.I will be glad when this is over. I dont like it, but, I understand.
0 star for the disconnect between apple online store and this specific store.Had an 8:30am pickup(scheduled and ready). Drove here to closed doors of mall and no response when called the store. Apple agents could not help either about the situation. If stores are being closed, contradictinginformation on store site, an email notification is appreciated.update 4 star - There is an entrance open next to Dillards from 6am.2 stars for my previous okay experience here.

Apple needs to update their covid customer service policy. I was already inside the store waiting for the genius technician to do their thing and I wasn’t allowed to browse their new products...I was literally ushered away back to my section.

I left my wallet there with a lot of freaking money in it and the next day when I called the store to ask if I left it there, they replied they found it and it’s in the managers office. All I know is during this time that’s the holiday spirit and action and well everybody’s attitude at first may be perceived as difficult the reality is it’s difficult times and it’s courtesies like that that help us get through. Thanks to the person that found my wallet and do the right thing. Your post mate

I am so disappointed in this store, they lost all of my data when I had an appointment with a technician. I really thought Apple was a good product until I had this experience and I will not be returning here. If you have a problem go to a different Apple Store.
Set an appointment. Right now it is best to set your appointment before you show up.Limited hours and limited capacity.If you do go wear a mask. 😷 Before you even speak to an Apple employee you have to answer some COVID-19 questions and get your temp taken.Once you talk to an actual Apple employee you will only be able to get in if they can actually help you. I went to buy a Adobe card for subscription to the Adobe cloud without using my cc but they didn’t have any in stock. I could not even get in. Everyone was polite and respectful.
Customers are not allowed in the store anymore. You have to make an appointment to walk up to a window counter for sevice. The require you to wear a mask to stand at a glass window (the employee standing behind a glass window with a mask) to be assisted by an emolyee.
Not at all happy. I had a order placed, had a pick up for my iphone mini and acceories. But, I missed my appointment for late evening, I came back to the store at 9am as i had missed my appointment. Guy, at the store was really rude and said we only do geniur bar thing from 9am to 10am. Come back at 10am to pick your item. I mean i had no notification that i should go at 10am. Regular store hours are 9am to whatever but i should have recivwd my item at store or an email stating to come at 10am. I had to cancel my order as i as between my jobs. I called customer service they said they cant do anything as its store rules. I mean i paid for my product, i just had to pick it up and had no notification stating i should be going 10am. I was excited for my new phone since 3days, aniways not willing to comeback to the store again unless i have to. Not at all happy with experiece Apple Company & As well as Apple store at Perimeter.

They never take the two minutes it takes to help you setup your device. I had TH change out my phone and I didn’t know how to bring my information back in and they just sent me to my provider for help. That was a waste of my time to leave the mall, find my nearest provider, wait in their cue for a COVID hour, then to find out it was simple and only took a few minutes. Why couldn’t the Apple store help me?? Why did I have to wait over an hour to get help from them and then another 90 minutes just have a 10 min problem fixed. Shame on them for claiming to be apple experts and sending me around the world to get simple help with apple products. Worst service ever and a complete waste of my day. The management here needs to be informed about the terrible way of “helping ppl” or the management needs to be replaced
I can’t believe this type of service is given at Apple. You pay top dollar for your equipment/insurance and no communication. I waited for 3.5 hours and no one reached out to tell me they would need to keep my computer longer. So I waited patiently at the mall to be told the last 20 minutes they would need to keep the device until the next day. I call in the morning and it’s still not complete. I need to speak to district or regional manager.

Only reason I gave this place this review because of an older gentleman who is white with glasses. He has amazing customer service skills and is just one of the nicest persons you will meet an very honest. This store in specifically have better customer service than others on the city! I’m always try to go over there if I need some from apple who’s probably gonna require more attention from the Reps. They’re really have good attitude about all questions we have. Recently we switch my sister’s iPhone using the warranty and was quickly and effective. Thanks guys, keep it up!

I was surprised to learn that the Apple stores have all been closed down due to covid 19. Where are people supposed to go for a warranty exchange or genius bar services
Genuine Apple Product concerns and lack of empathyI had an apple iPhone6s since 3 years which one fine day refused to start up. I took it to the store at Perimeter mall and after diagnosis I was told it is impossible to repair the phone. Now what are my options:a) Throw the best brands phone in the dustbin and walkawayb) Get a replacement phone for $299 which comes with a 3 month warranty.(If I trade in the same phone I get $60)Now as we know apple care only goes for 2 years. So basically, after 3 years one fine morning out of no fault of your own, your $1000 phone might be worth $0 and there is nothing you can do about it. I am genuinely worried that I have almost 5 apple devices and one by one all of them will turn to dust and worth nothing.In this case, what is the use of apple phones and why is Apple calling their phones the best in the world, if they cant last for more than 3 years.

One of the many great stores of Apple that I love hanging around for quick tutorials and even photography classes. I’m a long time user of Apple products, but recently hearing that they are lagging behind other brands and manufacturers... and even other ‘die-hard’ Apple users are talking about switching to PC - which does not bode well for the future of Apple. The few occasions I have had to use the Apple service/stores, I have had very prompt and pleasant results. My MacBook laptops have outlasted my PC laptops by a considerable margin.

THE CLASSES WERE OUTSTANDING. My instructor for the Clips class( i dont remember his name, but he was traveling to London, England the next day) was absolutely wonderful. He helped my kids an myself learn how clips works and was very professional. We have not stop using what we learn in his class! Thank you so much. We will be back
