Multi million dollar company… with a phone system that’s down. I’ve been calling customer service for weeks and am always hung up on when being placed on hold. Y’all need to do better

I set up an appointment to get my iPhone 12 Pro fixed as the charging port was no longer working correctly. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time on a Thursday afternoon. Booker was the initial representative who helped me. Booker was extremely kind and understanding when inspecting the phone. They had to do a repair that was going to take 1-1 1/2 hours, which I was okay. Booker forgot to mention that they would have to take off my screen protector, which they eventually replaced for free given that it wasnt made clear to me prior to the repair. The woman representative who helped me for some reason - I think her name was ... Sol? I really cant remember but she was incredibly kind and understanding. I told her Id put in a review, so hopefully you see this.Thank you!
Terrible at pick up arrangement. Line is not moving. Not everyone needs personalized services. Someone people are just here to pick up a box.Why they can’t have two types of services - one for people who need help, one for people who are just here picking up and go.They give 15 minute pick up window and it is costing the whole morning and this is terrible experience.
I was not satisfied with their technical support, they just reset my phone and sent me home. Apple over the phone had done the same thing so I just went to waste gas. The folks are polite but my issue was never resolved.
The sales rep was friendly and polite but the store was too crowded to be able to get any attention on time. I ended up walking out as everyone seemed to be scrambling here.
I can’t say enough about how caring Desi was today. I went in stressing over a brand new iPad Pro not working and the horrible customer service I received at the Mall of Georgia location. She spoke with the manager Duran (who was also amazing) and had me in and out with a NEW iPad. Desi I appreciate you more than you know and I hope the right person sees this review so you are recognized for your above and beyond customer service. Was honestly dreading having to go to Lenox to repair my phone at the Genius Bar but was pleasantly surprised that Apple is located at the very front near the parking lot so didn’t have to go far. Maynard was so helpful, friendly, and a great problem solver! 10/10
The revamped Apple store is definitely nice and new. Its about everything you expect. I had an appointment at the Genius Bar for my macbook, and I still had to wait around before I could be helped. After sitting for 20 minutes, an employee finally asked if I had been helped.Apparently the check in person at the door didnt actually check me in for my appointment. Surprisingly slow for the amount of Apple employees there.
I have a very good experience, professional service, I suggest make an appointment but not necessary. Pack on patients.
On Oct 15, 21, the apple employee named Steph had the absolute worst attitude when my family and I asked her simple questions about the Apple Watch Series 7. Her tone and body language was as if she didnt even want to be at work or be helpful. I will never visit this store again due to the poor encounter I had with that apple employee, Im disgusted by the way I was treated. this employee had long black hair and her name was Steph on her name tag
**PLEASE do not get any repairs done at this location..Scheduled an appointment for repair on my iPhone 11 Pro Max front screen on a Monday at noon. The intake process was quick, and got quoted an hour fix time. I come back and they tell me that my phone screen could not be repaired, due to the two screws at the bottom of the phone. They said the screw was stripped and implied it was due to “tampering”.I have never had prior issues with my phone and therefore never have taken it anywhere for repair. My phone has lived in a case since unboxing, and the phone case covers where the screws are.As the employee continued to imply that my phone could have been “tampered” with, they handed me my phone with one of the screws partially out. They told me I would have to pay for ‘other’ damages ($600) compared to the $320 I was originally quoted for. I basically took my phone in for my own damages, and got my phone back with more damage and no repairs.I was able to contact Apple directly and get my issues resolved.Please avoid this location for repairs on your devices.
Staff were friendly, went to get a new iPhone but they were out of stock. The staff member politely explained the situation and what to do next. Very professional, no fuss & quick service.
The Genius Bar did an incomplete job when it came to repairing my phones screen, and now I’m being forced to go through the entire process of making an appointment to come back to wait another two hours for a simple fix that never should have been an issue had the person repairing my phone not been incompetent. You can’t get in touch with anyone via the phone number because it just hangs up on you, and 1800 My apple is no help because they also have no way to contact store managers.
Kyle had a poor attitude and the store hadnt been open more than 5 min. Very unprofessional and thats before even addressing hair dry enough to start a forest fire. Hope he knows about computers bc his attitude, cleanliness and general appearance left much to be desired.
I dont understand the point in making an appt if its going to take you an hr to be seen because the person helping you is helping 2 other people at the same time. I literally waited an hour after being checked in and being told they were going to go through testing in the store which they didnt doAll they did was confirm my mailing address so they could mail my beats to a repair shop. A hour to do that.
I’ve been coming here since it opened-I much appreciate the continuity. It’s ALWAYS packed, so if you come for genius bar I advise making an appointment. Conveniently located on the 2nd floor of Lenox-I think would actually benefit from a larger store. Apple could easily have a store twice as large which would be more comfortable for customers. But the store here is still pretty good.
Went 2 pick up 2 new phones and chargers. The sign in process was a little hectic, but once we got to Mike everything changed. Mike is fantastic. Outstanding customer service. He was always 2 steps ahead of us and took the time to educate us on other accessories.

Apple company itself does third party contracts with Xfinity mobile or other carriers not knowingly that they are misusing the deductible fee client was issued a phone with multiple problems and paid for replacements but when actually damaging phone client is not able to use deductible due to unofficial paperwork and undocumented purchases at store Apple customer Edith said that Apple itself does not know that Xfinity mobile is misusing deductible fees and also not noting on accounts. Apple company does not know that customers are not being allowed the right information and also not communicating correctly with the right resources through their third party companies. Apple store told customer that they must pay full deductible fee or pay full price of phone to get fixed and also still paying with contract fees Apple does not know that their third-party companies are misusing deductible fees and selling phones that does not work properly but Edith the Apple customer agent noted that they are not aware but are liable for insurance purposes so clearly they are paying Xfinity mobile to steal from customers without them knowing or do they really know? Customer contract ends in March and been having phone problems for 2 years only use deductible ones and buy per agreement with contract client is allowed to use two deductible fees of $28 note that all customers should know that if youre getting a phone through another carrier other than Apple Apple will not know anything going on with customers issues please note that apple does not know that companies are stealing from them and they say its not their concern so please always protect your phone or you will be paying overpriced and having to hassle through a third party contract

Very friendly staff, but could not help me reset my apple id like tech support and online said they could do. They said i could insert my sim in one of their devices and be able to reset my password, but they wouldnt let me. Then they said i could reset it on one of the stire ipads or Macs, but that didnt work, the links didnt take me to reset it by email or by text. So im stuck. Now i cant even file a claim because of it, and i have theft coverage by carrier and thru apple. Not happy.
Saturday I came in to purchase my husband a laptop. Dimi took care of me. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. He went above and beyond what I expected.The store looks beautiful, it was clean, organized, and extremely spacious. I highly recommend!
I bought a macbook air 7 months ago. Its only 7 months and there was a crack in the body of laptop which manager refused to admit and kept saying its a scratch only. I am pretty confident there is no fall to the laptop. This is my 3rd laptop and has never happened to any previous ones. The manager said it wont be covered with warranty and I can change it by paying. Why do I pay for their low quality product which couldnt even stand a year without any damage. This is my first ever apple product and will be going to be the last one. Disappointed in apple and the service
The most mismanaged company I’ve ever dealt with. One of my airpods went out so I messaged customer support, they told me that if I go to an Apple store or bestbuy I could get them swapped out. The closest Apple store to me is an hour and half away and the Bestbuy is 30 minutes. I go to Bestbuy and they tell me they’d have to send it in and it could be a 15+ day process but if I go to an Apple store they’d be able to do it in right away. So I went there the next day Just for them to tell me I need an appointment (which was never mentioned by anyone) to replace the airpods and the only thing I could do is contact Apple support again and get them to do the return. A pathetic company to say the least.
Everytime I come to Atlanta I enjoy going to the Lennox they have a great variety of stores in the pricing is reasonable
DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH MICHELLEThis was my first ever iPhone but the employee I think named Michelle ruined the entire experience for me and my family. My parents do not speak English and neither is my first language English so we had some hard time understanding what she was saying and she looked very annoyed about us and didn’t answer our questions nor did she show any interest. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and she was very rude to my parents which was really really upsetting since this purchase happened right after we landed in the USA.
I made a mistake switching to an iPhone from a Samsung Galaxy. No issues and better tech on the Galaxy. My I phone breaks voice contact for about 2 seconds on almost all of my calls. I went in to Apple Lenox for the 3rd time with the same issue, each time they increased the amount of resets finally ending in a full fresh factory restore, without restoring from a back up. And, you know the effort this takes to fully set up your phone again, hours, with the same poor results. My phone passed their “hardware” diagnostic testing, which is their own test. But it doesn’t reflect the poor voice quality experience with virtually every call. Their store clerk who was a supervisor approached me with a condescending attitude that their phone works and it is my issue, and who wanted to school me on what how business works. More arrogance and defensiveness than I have experienced from a store person perhaps in my entire life. I just bought the 5 of these phones and a few Mac books for business. So, forget about a $1600 with phone with Apple care....you are on your own. Apple has evolved to a truly insensitive company with zero customer care, self righteousness attitudes, and an inability to solve things at the store level despite the onerous appointment process and extended in store wait times.

No, I can’t recommend the “apple experience”. Buy your Apple stuff online or through 3rd party retailers. Apple folks struggle to cover the cash grabbing mentality that Apple has become. They earn about a MacBook Pro a month and try vigorously to up-sell anything to you. It is like Las Vegas with design.
My daugthers bought a few iphones and I took them there. Actually, as per we wanted to pay cash for the whole thing, we had to call almost everybody (including a few prayers to the great Steve) before being able to get an appointment. I really heat to pay for getting trapped by a brand.

This store is bigger than Apple Perimeter. I was looking for Apple iWatch series 4 recently, none of the store in Atlanta have stock. But this store has. I ordered it online and opted for pickup at this store. Employees are so friendly. They delivered my watch with in no time.Be mindful, finding a parking slot during weekends is hard ☺️
Was given a 15 minute window to pick up an Internet order yesterday, showed up to the store and it was not open. Called corporate, they didn’t know the store was closed, but told me I could come by today to pick up my order. Showed up to four lines going into the store, employees sent me to the wrong line, customers and employees not social distancing, and employees NOT wearing their face masks over their mouth and nose. The whole reason I ordered online was to avoid the crowds at the mall. It’s clear that’s this store puts profits over safety, so I left.I called the store to ask for a new pickup window and waited on hold for 15 minutes and was hung up on. Called back and asked for the store manager and was hung up on again. Worst experience ever.
Had a horrible experience trying to get a repair made on my Apple and not pleased with customer support experience, a 15 year MacBook Pro user and Apple devices, I dont say this lightly or give poor reviews, but I walked out of that store never wanting to set foot in another Apple store again. This isnt the same company I remember.
My phone broke, I went to this store to buy a phone. They have plenty of phones to sell, and a number of employees who weren’t servicing other customers however even though there is nothing about it online they told me when I walked in that I CANNOT PURCHASE A PRODUCT HERE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.The employees were rude unhelpful and honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve flown Spirt airlines so that says a lot.

Bought a $1600 MacBook Pro 4 hours ago brand new out the box. It had scratches on it and doesnt work. Called tech support they couldnt fix it suggested I take it back to the store I purchased it from and get another one. I dont think so...Ill get a Google product instead!

Appaling customer service with a shift supervisor named DORIAN who was very unprofessional, rude, inefficient and ineffective. Wanting to escalate my sad experience to someone higher and more accountable I kindly requested to speak to someone else other than DORIAN, I especially requested to speak to the store manager if he was available. DORIAN lied/misrepresented himself stating he is the entire store manager. Not believing a word he stated with his attitude i called the store just to be told he wasnt indeed the store manager and ended speaking with Phil and Marcus who were courteous,I ll kindly await to hear back from the store manager. Several managers on the bottom floor were simply chatting from left and right while the apple agent had been encountering technical difficulties and spoke to three supervisors in front of me for something that should have been very easy

Carl helped me with my AirPods. He was awesome. I decided to get a new 12 Pro and the AirPods Pro. I will continue to be a loyal Apple user. Very efficient company that still cares about their customer.
From Baltimore just visiting the mall, with my son . Had a great time, dont know much about the mall, but reminds me of Towson mall n Baltimore. Went on a week day, not weekend though, so dont know the experience of a weekend traffic.

My 5 stars strictly go to the young man with the cornrow braids in his head... me and my boyfriend came to get a quick AirPod fixing & I witness him handle a line full of 20 plus people by himself, most of the customers where rude and impatient as if he’s not working on his own. But he still handles his business and got everything done. while his rude female coworker with the short hair was complaining about the customers not hearing their names being called, he was amazing and handled everybody with class. KUDOS TO HIM.
The business store people appear to be slow and powerless in setting up accounts. I was asked by store personnel to set up a personal business portal to make it easy to order products from them. Three months later I was still struggling with their personnel to fix the issue. I was so exasperated I found what was believed to be Tim Cook’s email and sent an email. Zero response, not even from a staffer, and the email shows as being delivered. I have learned that Apple makes decent products but has lost all customer care and responsiveness. So that begs the question, what companies will truly thrive in the future without customer care?
Slow service. There is no shopping at the store. You can only pick up items purchased online. Had to wait 20 minutes to get to the window. But did get my stuff quickly once I was waited on. Apple needs to have more attendants (only 1 for most of my wait) and fewer security guards (peak 3 during my wait).

We traveled from another state and almost 2 hours. Is this that apple service? I don’t think so. Thats what you get service when you spent $1000 on phone. They refused.

They somehow always find a way to impress me. There’s always so many people in the store, yet that doesn’t actually matter. There’s so many employees that you’re always being helped and never really have to wait. I love that. I went in to get my iPhone screen fixed one time and they say me at a table with iPads and headphones so I could make beats and play around. I ended up doing that until my phone was ready. It’s great to keep customers happy and forget they’re waiting.
My wife and I went to this store because we needed work done with our iPhones and these people are so rude in this store. I would suggest going to a different place not here though.

I am having a problem with Apple store in Atlanta GA Lenox Store. I had attempted to book an appointment to replace my battery at the apple store in Atlanta GA for several weeks without any success. I am checking on the website for an appointment every day and had contacted tech support several times during the past two weeks. I have not been able to book an appointment so far. I am having a hard time using your product and my phone does not work well. This is very stressful for me.In addition, I have only one phone and I am not able to ship my phone out to apple for services and be without my phone for five days.I am recommending the store opening up appointment time for two weeks at a time instead of one week at a time so there are more appointments available. This is very frustrating for consumers who are not able to receive service for apple products. I am extremely unhappy with Apple’s service and am considering not buying any more apple phone in the future. I also feel ignored by big company like Apple and my voice is not important throughout this experience. I am starting to feel Apple may be too big because apple is ignoring consumer issues.

I love Apple, but I had an appointment for yesterday to pick up my new phone at the Lennox Mall location and arrived only to find out the store was closed. I came back again today and now I have been in a packed line for hours. I understand there was an incident that caused the store to be closed yesterday, but I am disappointed in the lack of communication and re-planning once the store re-opened. Also, trying get a hold of a real person to figure out what was going on and what I needed to do next was extremely arduous.

I went to te Apple Store today, and had to wait in line to speak with an Apple employee and explain what I was there to buy, so that I could wait in another line to get in the stope and buy it.Maybe it is just me, but that is not what I want from in person shopping.

Drove 1 hour round-trip to stand in a line to enter the store. I was then told I was not in the right line. I entered another line only to find out they only take appointments. The next appointment was 2.5 hours later. I guess in the time of COVID I should have known better.

Beyond happy with Apple at Lenox Mall. I came to this location from Cumberland mall where I had the WORST experience.Heavenly at Lenox Mall was the NICEST and most professional person I have worked with. I drove all the way from Chattanooga, TN and she made our experience such a breeze as I was able to buy a product and pick it up within minutes from purchasing.Heavenly was the best in customer service. Thank you.
Bruce, Apple store Staff, just talked down to my wife in the most awful way. We purchased a new phone and he told my wife to go to YouTube to set it up. She asked for help transferring info from her old phone and Bruce berated her for not buying AppleCare and that he couldn’t help her. She then asked if she could return this new phone we purchased at Apple.com and Bruce took her old phone and disconnected the service. When my wife asked why he did that and Bruce said she had to go to AT&T to activate her new phone! My wife was leaving the store and Bruce stopped her to let her know that he was going to charge the activation fee. I’m floored.
Horrible customer service! Like the worst ever how do you cancel appointments and don’t even email customer about it all because someone got shot the day before the right thing would have been to have Apple customer service contact customers prior to their appointment getting cancelled and not saying a word. Then to have to incur a additional $1000 plus fee off my card because the warranty and apple care plus is some garbage and worthless and doesn’t give a darn about customers. I strongly suggest not going here because they lack professionalism.
Overall poor experience with this particular apple store, unclear if this is related to COVID. Took two weeks to hear back from the store saying that they finally had a chance to evaluate the item and quoted me a lot more $$$ to repair the item than to purchase a new apple product. Unable to get ahold of the store. Incorrect information provided by the store staff versus apple customer care. Not expected from Apple.

Horrible. They have security answering Apple questions to customers because potential customers are unable to walk half way to talk to a specialist who are more credible. If you’re buying an express item such as a case, AirPods, charger they will let you enter to speak with someone but other than that you need to call Apple support or check online. The employees are not helpful. I understand Covid but if the flagship store at 5th Avenue is open then yes you should allow customers to talk to employees if not close the entire store down. My laptop was damaged and I wanted to run in a buy a brand new Mac right away but security stopped me and told me to go to a Best Buy (competitor) to see the MacBooks in person. They couldn’t explain the specs and told me to go online or call customer service when 10 feet away there are Apple employees scanning chargers for purchase. Not the Apple culture at all. Horrible.
