I purchased an Epson F570 over three weeks ago. Was told it would ship in 7 to 10 business days. Epson did not properly prepare for this release which was prior to Covid-19 hitting the states. If you call and ask when the current backlog will be filled they just tell you they dont know.I have mask orders sanitizer holders and other promotional items to make and I purchased this printer for that purpose. Now customers are asking for refunds and I am crossing my fingers hoping that the printer will come and I dont have to loose more money.

Terrible customer support even worse than HP and HP is the worse. Im going to box this printer up and return it.
Horrible customer service when you need help.Bought a printer and it stopped printing after only 5 uses and company wants me to schlep it to Raleigh for repairs!!!!DONT BUY EPSON PRODUCTS
