Bought a big bag of green beans today, this is how they turned out. The picture actually makes it look better believe it or not. This is probably one of the worst Kroger’s I’ve been to which is a shame because it’s near work and would shop it all the time. No longer.

I usually shop from kroger and l always found all my items there. But this time this thing made me dissapointed about the quality of kroger products for which l have to be careful from now. Few days back l was looking for pizza crust at kroger and l found this expired one and after 1 week l ordered pizza crust from the same store and the delivery person who brought all items she also didn’t bother to check for the date, attaching picture also. They really need to work on this and it’s a lesson for everyone to look for expiry date of each product before buying. IT WAS EXPIRED ON 18TH NOVEMBER,2020.

This store pulls a lot of tricks to con you out of money. They charge the same price for their 7lbs bags of ice that they used to charge for the 10lbs bags of ice they previously carried. Dropped the weight but not the price. Not cool!! Other locations still sell 10lb bags for 2.19 while they sell 7lb bags for the same price. Cheats.

This is an amazing store with some amazing employees working there and management that really cares about there customers and employees! Shoutout to everyone working at this store I love them all! Shoutout to all the customers love y’all too and keep shopping here for amazing deals and customer service!

Closing shift was so anxious to get out that they shut the doors and locked customers out before closing and ignored them as they tried to point out they arrived before store close. Blatantly disrespectful service and staff.

I was surprised to see this Kroger’s rating... I go to this place weekly and the staff are super nice, welcoming and helpful. The sushi is AMAZING the sushi chef really takes care here AND the hot food man is funny and always positive. The produce people always are on point and is primarily where I shop. It’s the people who shop here that are a little ratchet and rude and probably leaving the bad reviews.

Now Im not gonna go and get up on my whole time travel rant complete with soapbox and bullhorn, but I am sayin this. if you dont believe in time travel,,,,, Then come on over here! When you walk in the door of this place you have successfully stept into 1984 complete with music and everything. I keep waiting on Marty Mcfly to come screaming down the sidewalk on his skateboard. Im not knocking it so dont get me wrong. In fact its my favorite grocery store ever. Coming here you get other throw back stuff as well.Things that have become less and less common place. Things like real customer service. A smile or a friendly word and folks that seem like they genuinely care. Its like the days when everyone knew the butcher the baker and the candlestick maker and not so far removed from being neighbors. I find that refreshing you know. Sometimes something old can feel brand new, or maybe its just so comfy you wouldnt wanna change it. When you combine that with the quality and value you already know about Kroger, you got yourself a real winner. So remember if youre stuck between thatun and thisin,,, pick thisin. You wont regret it.

Clean and items in stock. Came in late and cashier could had been a little more helpful to others in the self checkout...meaning he acted like it was bothering him to help.

I Am sure the health department would have a field day at this location! I used to go here every week but I promise today will be my last. I got home and realized that the cheese I bought was dated for August 22, 2020. Today is September 25,2020 which means someone in that store is not doing their job. The cheese slices were molded and gross. I’ll be going back there in the morning to have a conversation with a manager.

My first time stopping by this Kroger while in the area. I like the set up in the front entrance. It’s much different from the others. I was able to find everything I needed and I even caught some sales!

I pulled up to the store exactly at 6:02am to go and get one item. I have come into this store several times at this hour because I am heading to work. Today I was turned away at the door because I was told that it was senior time. I needed 1 item and I was the only person in the store. As I am walking in I am informed by the self-check out person that I could not purchase anything because I not a senior. I spoke with the manager Charlie, who was late and rude. He said the hours are for seniors only although there is not information present that makes the time exclusive for seniors. I also informed him thatIve never had this problem before being that this is my neighborhood store. As I told the manager I understand seniors having time in the store but if someone needs an item or items, why would you turn them away? I may not be a senior but I am and have been an essential worker during all this. I understand the need to be vigilant about the safety of everyone but none of your signs makes this time completely specific to seniors. Seriously disappointed in Kroger and its management!

I took a pretty pricey Uber late night because I was really not feeling well and tried to get a few things to get there and be told it was closed early because basically she felt like it it was 11 pm and they close at 12

Customer Service left my express fedex package at the customer service desk for over a week.Update received a call from management a week later - package was confirmed scanned and no explanation has yet to be given as to why they left my package at customer service.Theyre still trying to figure out whether its kroger or FedExs fault. Embarrassing.This was an overnight package and cost me a lot of money on travel cancellations. Thanks Kroger.

The one star says it all.

I made a delivery order on 4/30 from this location and NEVER RECEIVED the items! I even made it so that they did not just leave the items outside. I requested a refund and they supposedly put a request in. Almost a month later, still no refund!!!! They stated that the initial refund was not put in correctly, and supposedly they were putting in another request! Never received a refund once again. I ended up attempting to dispute the refund through my credit card. Kroger basically told my credit card company that the items were received and that there was no discrepancy in the amount charged!!!!! It is August 3rd and I’m still having to waste time on this BS!!!!! Very disappointed in their service!!!

Self-checkout is fast~ But pay attention to the meat you bought. They sell rotten meat!

It’s no service inside

Charles, who was the manager on duty this morning needs proper training in customer service. Lead by example. If your management is incompetent, that is the example that your employees are more than likely to follow.This past Sunday, my husband and I shopped at this location. The next day, I discovered that the bag of baby food we purchased was left at the store. I called the store at approximately 8:30am three times to see if they found the bag.The first time I was asked to hold on and was immediately hung up on. The second time, no one ever answered the phone. The third time I was asked to hold on again and after 10 minutes on hold I hung up and decided to go there in person.When I arrived, there were 3 employees standing around talking near self checkout. Not one greeted me. I walked over to customer service and there was a piece of paper taped on the register stating customer service was closed. After my purchase, I asked a cashier to call a manager for me. Charles arrived and I explained to him my dilemma. He went on to tell me that he would look at the video footage to see “what happened to the bag”. I politely asked if he could just pull up my account via my Kroger card to prove the purchase. He stated that it was quicker to look on video and that if he “sees me take the bag, there would be nothing he could do”. He ensured me it would take 10 mins. I stood there thinking how in the world would he know which “bag” it was considering I purchased around $80 worth of food not to mention most customers are wearing masks and I didn’t even know which register I checked out at. Again, checking my account would’ve been smarter.After waiting 20 minutes I decided to leave and just call corporate. My issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes. The nice PROFESSIONAL woman I spoke to pulled up my account, pulled up my purchase, and credited me the amount I lost. Simple, easy, and SMART! I’m sure Charles was still looking at the video footage by the time my issue was resolved. Not all customers are crooks or go out of their way to steal $7 worth of baby food.Kroger please hire competent and trained employees to work for your stores. Many of the employees at this location are unprofessional and rude. Publix is superior in customer service. Take notes!

Less than smart management team. Multiple Kroger locations are accepting returns, so I presumed this location would. I waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told that they aren’t accepting returns. At least put up a sign letting customers know this. I can’t get the time back I wasted.

If there was a way to give this store a zero I would. It is right across the street from my home so I have been shopping here for a few years. I stopped and now drive a few miles further. From moldy meat on the shelves, to not accepting gift cards, to there never being baggers, to every employee giving you attitude. Avoid this place at all costs. Never shop here, not even if you live across the street

I used to love to go shopping in this store because it was my neighborhood store closer to my house and recently THE CLERKS was SO RUDE!!! From the cold cuts clerk, to the customer service and the bagging’s person seem didn’t really happy to helped me to put my stuffs in the bags. Sometimes i will prefer to go to Publix even though it a little bit far from my house but the Clerks are nicer! Poor Kroger customers service.

A very nice, clean grocery store with everything I needed and more. It was very crowded when I went but otherwise no complaints. I used the self check-out and didnt experience any problems.

Little tip: have more than 3 lanes open on New Year’s Eve. Your lines shouldn’t be almost back to the meat section.

I am so shook. The guy who packs the food into bags and gathers the carts - he’s older, with grey hair and starter locs - he is so sweet. He is a unique character, but I passed him while walking earlier today, then encountered him at his job (obviously) and he packed my groceries so perfectly: frozen foods altogether, fridge foods the same way... it was quick AND careful. I really appreciate that. It just threw me off because by looking at him, you would not assume that he would be so meticulous and caring with how stuff is packed. I’m used to going to this store, but I’ve never had anyone do this level of separation for all of my food.

I’ve normally had decent visits to this location but not today. As finished scanning my items during checkout, I waited for someone to come to self checkout and scan my coupons. No one was in the area initially and I had to wait for someone to return to the area. When she did come back, she attempted to scan my coupons and said they weren’t valid as in my coupons didn’t work. I had just printed them today and the items purchased matched the description for the coupons. She went to a manager to see if she could help but the manager said they couldn’t take them since they weren’t scanning. In the past, my coupons were honored even if they were manually entered but I could tell that neither wanted to help. I decided to leave and go to another location where they worked! This could’ve been avoided if the staff was more attentive to their customers rather than conversing amongst themselves. I tried to call about the machine issue and no one answered. I just didn’t appreciate the nonchalant attitudes that I was receiving hence my review.

This is a great store with lots of produce. However I recommend an upgrade of their building, it feels old. Overall, I was able to buy everything I need at this store. Thanks!

Do not use kroger pick up for this location! They take forever, are rude, and whoever does the shopping for pickup substitutes napkins for toilet paper needs training! This place did that to me twice. Who wants to Use napkins instead of toilet paper?

Most of the personnel are friendly...especially the lady in the meat department during the day. Shes the best. Shes management material. Shes always friendly, helpful and a problem solver. The store would get 5 stars but the selection of products is limited.

Just walked in at 10:50pm and an employee said via the intercom “This store is now closing all customers come to the front”My dad was turned away at the door and asked to leave. Customers were leaving and checking out confused as the door states the store hours are until 1AMStore smells like urineIsles were messy and merchandise all over the place, the toilet papers and paper towels to be exact.This happened on 12/08/2019 at approximately 10:50pm.Announcement was made by a female employee.Hopefully the managers can fire these irresponsible employees

It says mask required at the entrance but it is not enforced inside the shop. Some people just dont wear a mask and nobody seems to have a problem with that.

The wife and I are on a strict boycott of this place, but occassionally we have a lapse in judgement after receiving the coupons one receives when your Kroger Plus card stops being utlilized. While I applaud the efficiency of such a program to identify lost customers, it is substantially easier to maintain loyal customers than to entice them back with free stuff after repetitive poor experiences. Every trip here to reassess, we very quicky realize that a dozen free eggs and a few free half gallons of juice are not worth the time sink and elevated blood pressure of shopping here. I appreciate the enthusiasm of their bagboys, but let a customer opt out and bag their own groceries if they desire not to have their peaches placed under their gallons of milk or their eggs bagged with canned goods. There are many grocery stores in the area that are worse, so you get 2 stars instead of one for not reeking of bad fish upon entry.

I always shop at Kroger(or the local Kroger owned store) no matter where I move or travel as they are usually reliable for a good selection but this location was lacking in selection or completely missing entirely what I was looking for. On top of that, the staff were less friendly and not at all helpful while shopping, checking out or fixing my receipt when the cashier double charged me for the same item. Take the extra few minutes and drive to the one on Atlanta Rd.

Great place to go buy groceries. Great customer service at front desk, plus very neat store. Try it if you can, A Plus.

This Kroger has attempted to keep up to date with the latest trends but they will always be limited by the small footprint. Adding a Natural section means that the already cramped store feel even smaller.Great customer service. Great location for the Vinings and Cumberland areas.

The employees are all very friendly, but the store is often out of regular produce, or its not very fresh. I dont have great luck with meat either. Its a good store to run in and grab packaged foods.

This Kroger never has enough lanes open. The last time we were here two workers, the register person and a bagger, decided to have a loud personal conversation and ignore us. The bagger wasnt paying any attention to what she was doing, the register worker was too busy wagging her finger at the other lady to notice us. I guess this behavior is typical and to be expected now a days. Publix is more expensive but the workers are more attentive to customers.

Michael and Ali make the store a better place. I live alone and they went the extra mile to fit my meat needs. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because this location doesn’t have a great Caribbean or international spice section like the others

This is my neighborhood Kroger and so I come to this one every time I need to get groceries. This location is very dependable with what I need. Sometime they may not have certain things that I want but it’s a grocery store.

I typically love the service here. However, tonight, after an extremely long work day, I drop in to pick up more than a few things. Once I’m done shopping, I head to the cashier to find out that only self service is available. I was shocked and quite upset. This store is in Vinings, GA. Why would you offer marginal service with premium prices. This is not Walmart. Disappointing to say the least.

I prefer the Atlanta road Kroger.

Seafood is often poor quality here, as well as steaks. Just not reliable or consistent. I think the meat is often ruined or spoiled when I purchase it.So small and over crowded. Outdated. It gets the job done but not well. I procrastinate about coming here often. Its just closest and most convenient but not optimal. Needs revamping and improved a lot.

Great selection of organic food, great produce overall with a great produce staff- friendly helpful and on the spot, convenient location. Frozen foods section is not as great as other areas of store. All of the employees here are friendly and helpful.

Alma the cashier has an awful attitude! I avoid the line she is in each time because something will be rang up wrong or she cannot do her job effectively. If a customer is overcharged regardless of the cost your job is to credit them back. She acted as if it was a nuisance to credit me back my money that she charged knowingly. I asked her to void the cost before the transaction went through. She couldnt do that and didnt try to ask someone else (a manager) to do it. Please train your employee properly.

Been shopping here for years, and I cant really say Ive had a bad experience. Nothing that I can say stood out, but that sort of consistency is what you want in a store.They have a fairly good selection of items as well. I cant say Ive compared the prices with other stores, but they seem reasonable.I would have to say the parking lot is often a struggle, whether youre walking across it or trying to find a spot.

I was raise up in the food service industry I spent the last 4 yr in a dinner so I know the in and out when it come to inventory cooking and that good stuff. This kroger do not carry good meat I thought was just me but every time I shop here for meat idea chicken steak etc. When its time to cook it either it smell bad and I have to threw it a way or it just taste funny or something. So bought meat from 2 different stores including this one and I didnt get that issue from the other store only this kroger.

They tend to keep this place in good working order. Probably has to do with the area and surrounding competition keeping them on their toes. Either way, they tend to have a better selection and better organization than the Publix down the road.

Normally great, recently got expired food, and vitamin water... vitamin water... it takes a solid few years or months before drinks expire.... it was slimy... hope they reprimand their fault when I visit tomorrow... disgusting

DON’T DO CLICKLIST! We’ve been waiting for a clicklist order for an hour. Manager says average is 30 minutes - it’s a huge waste of time!

Real hit or miss on selection in the grocery store. Sometimes you can find everything you need and is mostly an empty store. The checkout process is always easy and fast. However, if you go after busy hours, it is very common to have a mostly empty store to choose from. I went last Sunday at 7pm or so and there was almost no stock for most common things (meats, dairys, etc).Also, the parking lot is awful to get in and out of. Lot is almost always full and if you need to get back onto Cobb, it can be a pain.

Ansley is an affluent area in Atlanta. Kroger is very convenient for a walk across the street to grab a few things whenever you need something.

This grocery store is extremely convenient to shop. It is 1 mile from my house and isnt crowded at any time. The produce is fresh and meat selections plenty.

Similar to other Krogers in terms of service and value, but its a woefully outdated and cramped location. I was worried I was going to bump my head on the ceiling above the freezers.

I had best experience after going to the Kroger on south Cobb Dr and they were out of the simply truth organic tomato bisque and roasted red tomato soup. I came to my usuall Cobb pkwy Kroger found my soup it was on sale👍. And then I met the kindness coolest associate Justin whom help me find some candy for the work. He took 10 minutes out his lunch to help me find some non peanut candy ON SALE, for the treaters coming to the medical center on tues. Thank you for your time and patients and willingness to make conversation and suggestions on other sale items. Kudos to Justin at Kroger.....👏👍

Rude Staff, teenage Cashier whined and literally thew a little tantrum waving her hands around stomping her feet and making faces because she had to scan coupons, If you dont want to do your job why do you work there? Bag boy laughed at me when a few of my coupons wouldnt scan. Manager was unhelpful with my questions and rude as well. if i could give it 0 stars I would. Machines are old and seem like they barely work. Parking lot is tore up and will wreck your car if you arent careful. Whole place needs a revamp on looks/grounds, layout, electrical equipment and staff.

I worked at this kroger maybe two years ago and I do not have any good words for it. The place was always busy and there was never enough employees to handle the flow. I was annoyed working here, I have a lot of customer service experience and they only started me off w/ $7.30 and hour. the managers showed favoritism as well.. needless to say, I would never recommend anyone to work there.

Smaller grocery store but employees always are friendly. Plenty of markdowns or closeouts to take advantage of. Plus the free Friday deals make it totally worth it.

The employees dont know what theyre doing whatsoever. I used my WIC voucher that clearly stated I can have a certain kind of milk for my child and they told me that it wasnt on there . It is clearly stated that is on the product label in the Store . What makes it even worse is that the Associate didnt even try to attempt to scan it .

The ground staff not helpful in this particular outlet. Other Kroger stores staff very helpful. May be shortage of staff.

Good sales. One problem, wanted to buy a closeout item, have to read the barcode to get the correct item or you end up paying full price for a non closeout item that looks like the closeout item.

Ok so at Kroger their coin star take 11.9% of ur money THATS RIDICULOUS!!!! Publix only takes 9% which I originally thought was way to high BUT 11.9% is absolutely insane that’s more then 10% of ur money and not worth it. I will never go to Kroger for coin star ever again.

Store is usually crowded as is the parking lot. They do an okay job of having lanes open. Its a cramped location but will serve up all of your Kroger needs.

I give this grocery one star because I can go here to purchase groceries. But thats about as far as the positive experience goes. They never have what you need, the atmosphere is depressing, and the aisles just dont make any sense. Ill go 5 to 10 minutes out of my way to find a Publix...any Publix... to shop and reserve Kroger for emergencies (to which I usually end up regretting).

Just now I bought some catfish filets at this place and OMG the smell when I baked them...And the seafood salad tastes like sewer, too. Dont buy seafood here.

I patron this Kroger a few times each week. Last night, 06/11, around 11pm I was disappointed to see the male employee at the self checkout with his pants sagging below his ass. I hope Kroger does not see this as professional attire. It is not....purposefully exposing under garments is offensive.
