Enjoyed my experience with Dr. Chin. For someone who has never had issues with my hearing as an adult I was so scared when I had slightly lost hearing. Dr. Chin made me feel so comfortable and confident. In fact, everyone in the office from the moment I walked in was very kind.Highly recommend.

Dr. Chin is kind, personable and does a great job of explaining everything he is doing. I really appreciated the intelligent explanations and the empathic experience. As a psychologist, I used to teach bedside manner in the Emory Department of Rehabilitative Medicine and Dr. Chin ticked all the boxes!

I was brought back to the exam area promptly at my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Chen was friendly and efficient. He put me at ease and I felt confident in the recommendations he proposed.

Waiting to be called back took about 20 minutes and parking is not validated, but Dr. Chin and his assistant were friendly and explanatory so I am inclined to leave a 5 star review for this doctor.

This is a great practice and Dr. Chin is one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure of visiting. I have had several appointments with him over the years and always leave feeling great. No detail is too minor for him. He provides excellent explanations for all his treatments and analysis. All the staff members are superb. There is no other ENT I would recommend in the Atlanta area.

Dr. Chin was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. He put me at ease and made sure I fully understood what was going on and his prognoses. The staff (Nick) was working with Dr. Chin but all of the assistance were great friendly and professional I had absolutely no issues other than a long wait time but I didnt complain because I was late. One issues is the parking which is confusing and expensive. Be sure to arrive on the SIDE of the building not in front or behind and park under the building.

Dr. Chin is Excellent. He took the time to give me the overview of my sleep apnea and explain to me in great detail my options. After the visit, I felt like I knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my problem.

Dr Chin has been my go to doctor for ENT since he joined the practice about 18 years ago… He recommended one major sinus surgery which changed my life for the better… Hi verbally covers all the details and confirms it in a detailed written report…

Dr. Chen fixed me up today, and it was not about a trivial issue, at least from my vantage point.. Very professional; I am happy with the treatment plan.

The doctor was on time for our appointment, came into the room familiar with my case, and immediately jumped into asking questions and doing an exam. He did a much more thorough exam than my regular ENT and even took a sample of some drainage for culturing. He showed me pictures from scoping my nasal passages and went over a CT scan images with me. He spent the time to educate me, but also covered everything. Yes everything. Dr. Chin will be my ENT going forward.

Scheduled an appointment with dr for the purpose of getting a skin test. Had to wait 3 weeks to see the dr. no one told me until after the appointment that it was a 5-week wait to get a skin test. would never have used this practice had I known this at the time I scheduled the appt with the dr.

Great guy. Had an issue for awhile that no ent would look into. He scoped and found the issue. Which I figured it was with my symptoms. Got on a regimine which I’m excited and think will clear up all my issues!

The doctor was was terrific. Getting the appointment was less than terrific.

My experience was horrific. I arrived at 2:00 PM for my 2:00 PM appointment with Dr. Chin. I left the office at 11:45. I waited almost 3 hours to see The doctor, who was patient and caring. But getting there was painfully slow. I would have to tell anyone waiting to sed Dr. Chin to pack lunch!

Had my initial visit and the entire visit from check-in to check-out was smooth. Everyone was very nice and I never felt rushed.

I originally visited Dr Chin regarding a second opinion on a recommended septoplasty to correct my nasal breathing. I visited another ENT and was informed that at some point in my life I must have broken my nose resulting in a significantly deviated septum. Throughout the consult he used the different scopes to demonstrate the problem and explain what would be needed to correct the problem. He walked me through the benefits and various concerns then suggested an optimal timing to have the procedure.Prior to the surgery, he suggested that I would be a good candidate for the balloon septoplasty and vivaer procedure which would be much less invasive than traditional surgery resulting in less recovery time and would only take two hours as an in-office procedure under local anesthesia.The procedure went as planned and the recovery was just as described. My breathing has significantly improved and continues to get better. Overall, a great experience for what would have otherwise been fairly painful surgery.Dr. Chin was great regarding my recent balloon septoplasty.

Dr. Chin is amazing - he performed a very successful sinus surgery on me earlier this month, and I can finally breathe! He is super caring, walks you through everything at each visit, and has now made a huge impact on my life. Had continual sinusitis, reoccurring bacterial sinus infections, and this septopasty with a few other issues he corrected, has already made a big everyday difference for me. Thank you, Dr. Chin!

Dr. Chin is excellent

Id suffered from a nasal congestion for 20+ years. I met him early this year and he explained causes and solutions of the problem and following his suggestions just ended my life long disaster. 5 stars are not enough.

Dr Chin was a life saver. I had been experiencing sinus issues, clogged ears and ringing ears for over 1.5 years. Another dr put in tubes and cleaned the sinuses, but the problems was not resolved. At the advise of a friend, I made an appointment with Dr Chin. In the very first visit he impressed me of one who listened and was determined to find the issue. Immediately he sampled sinus mucus to determine what we were fighting and tried to do a non-surgical approach. With evidence from the CAT scan, he did the sinus surgery once more and immediate relief! Things are so much better now. He is on my quicklist for ENT issues.

I was previously seen by another ENT regarding a serious concern. I left that office with no answers and quite confused. I needed a 2nd opinion. So, I searched for other doctors and saw information about Dr. Chin. He took his time to listen to all my concerns, went over the information I brought to him and explained everything in detail. He took his time to thoroughly evaluate me and made sure I understood everything before I left his office. Dr. Chin was FANTASTIC! He is now my new ENT doctor! BRAVO Dr. Chin for being a true doctor everyone deserves!!

Had to wait for 35 minutes past my appointment time and then another 15 before I saw him. He never apologized and all I got from my complaining was free parking.
