After one year with ear problems, Dr Bhansali swiftly took care of my husband. Spent a great amount if time explaining everything, and called us at home to follow up. Highly recommend

He really went above and beyond with regards to scheduling my surgeries (plural). I had an ear drum perforation repair and a stapendectomy, both surgeries that made me feel nervous about the outcome. Ear surgery and hearing is so delicate but after meeting with Dr.B I knew I was in good hands. I feel he and his staff are incredibly responsive and extremely diligent with follow up and general care. From the front desk to billing, the staff here is amazing and super friendly. -sigh- 3rd doctor that yet again told me I am normal. Ive had several hearing check, been to several audiologist, ENTs and I figured since him being a neurotologist that thered be hope. None. Told me to monitor for 6 months. In the meantime, my left ear still flutters, spasms randomly and sensitive to certain sounds. Ive talked to other people with the same condition and was given lidocaine shots or rivotril as intervention, but he did not even pursue that.

Two successful cochlear implants by Dr. Bhansali. One in 1995 and the other in 2008. Very professional and caring physician. Many friends and family members helped me with hearing therapy to make the most of my implants. Its wonderful to hear on the phone and enjoy music again alter 25 years of deafness.

I had a Cerebral Spinal Fluid leak from the brain in August, 2017 and suffered from many headaches prior to seeing Dr. Bhansali who confirmed the diagnosis and explained the repair surgery which would be done together with a neurosurgeon with whom he works. After over 7 hours of tedious surgery and 8 days in the hospital, the leak was repaired and the ear drum repaired. I felt that he was an excellent surgeon, diligent and very caring. I saw him every day while in the hospital and he even called the next morning to see how I was doing. My rehab has gone well and each day I am grateful for the professionalism and care from Dr. Bhansali and his colleague.

Went to Dr. Bhansali back in March and he was incredibly rude. His bedside manner was ridiculously inhospitable.At one point he told me to be quiet while he read my results because he knew Id have questions. Why not read my results before I get into the room?? And why silence the person in pain and experiencing medical issues just because YOU cant multitask?Also, at one point he suggested I get tubes in my ears. When I asked him if either he or the woman who referred me to him would be able to do the procedure, he literally said Oh I dont care where you go. Just rude and not worth the money.And his staff is incompetent. Id avoid this place like the plague if I were you!**Also, since I see that Dr. Bhansali has responded by basically calling me a liar, Ill be posting photos as proof. Just no integrity at all!**

Ive been to many, many doctors over my 48 years and Dr Bhansali is def at the top of the list. He made it a pleasant experience start to finish. My first visit I was very nervous due to having a very large (90%) eardrum perf and had seen 2 previous ENT guys who both said it was out of their scope/skill. One of them referred me to Dr. Bhansali. Soon after he walked into the room I knew I was in good hands. He was very thorough and walked me through everything I should expect throughout the process. Being super nervous I asked way too many questions and he patiently answered each one. Great chairside manor. I had the surgery performed where they go in behind the ear to graft the eardrum and didnt need pain pills the next day!! My only regret is that I can only give him 5 stars.

From the start I was not very happy with his diagnosis. I felt like he did not spend enough time looking at my results of the multitude of tests I had done with his staff members. Matter of fact the last couple of visits, he was literally reading my results in front of me for the first time when he met with me, hello? I feel like he should at least prep before hand and read a patients chart/records before walking into the patient waiting room, is my time not just as valuable?........ . So I took a recommendation from a friend and went to Dr. Ronald Steenerson just down the road, much better results. He reviewed my results after hours, met with other staff and reviewed the plethora of tests when I was not even around. Followed up and had office manager call with results and next step recommendations on therapy

Dr. Bhansali has changed my life for the better! I had suffered recurring inner ear issues for sixteen years and tried five different ENTs in the Atlanta area over that time frame with no resolution. The five different ENTs (at some big clinics that you would recognize) prescribed ear drops (often painful) and numerous medications. I had all but given given up hope to cure my situation. I consulted with Dr. Bhansali in 2015 and he performed some tests and prescribed a simple solution that has resulted in a 100% cure to my inner ear issues. It has truly been a miracle and prayer answered. I still cant believe it has been 18 months without any issues! Thanks you Dr. Bhansali!
