Wonderful customer service in the time of Covid.I placed an order online as a gift for a friends new beach house. The website did not allow me to enter the promo code the company sent me. I wrote in to let them know the issue and they quickly responded and credited me the difference I would have received had I used the code. Thats what customer service should be. Kudos to Hudson Grace. They just found themselves a new customer.

Everything in this store looks very nice and stylish, but quality is lacking. We bought a large set of white tableware - significant grey marks on the plates were apparent within a couple weeks of use. In comparison, old cheap ikea plates looked like this after a few years of use. Going forward, would consider items from this store for visual display only.

Super cute, posh store with friendly staff. I picked up salt & pepper bowls with tiny spoons that I’ve wanted AND they were on sale. Score! Everything is very reasonably priced. I’ll be back for so much more.

The store is filled with GORGEOUS product that spans from minimalist to avant-grade. I’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to table top/decor, so I always greatly appreciate their staff’s patience and help!!
