Superior service and product help from the Atlanta office, especially for the do-it-yourselfer. Initially bought asphalt crack filler compounds (Gator-Aid and Super Flex) in 2016. Worked beautifully. Now bought more as well as Poly-Tar sealer for my 5000 sf driveway. Gem Seal arranged the LTL freight, remixed the Poly Tar into user-friendly 5 gal buckets, and delivery was almost immediate. Only waiting for the incessant rain to abate. These folks are PROs.
