As someone who really love fashion, good quality of style and stuff, I went to the most quality brand Bally shop located inside Phipps plaza mall center Atlanta Georgia ๐ฌ๐ช. From the moment I enter the shop one of the seller agent Mrs, Shani approached me with no smile and very bad attitude, I told her IโmLooking to buy shoes but I should check the prices first since my company pay for half part of my benefits.She look at me a while she having a very bad faces, I left the shop quite surprised but I didnโt pay attention to this kind of bad attitude since I believed it was her bad day.The second time I went to shop unfortunately the same seller was on duty Mrs Shani, since I know another seller I asked her about him she answered he is not here he flew home israel ๐ฎ๐ฑ to visit his family, I was a bit disappointed since I wanted to purchase the shoos from him and not from her, I didnโt have any choice since I needed the shoes and Iโm busy at work with lots of flights,I decided to buy the shoes which cost me almost 1000$ USD, even she was un friendly and quite un polite.Yesterday I was close to mall and decided to go in and check if the other seller on duty so I can say hi, luckily he was there, I told him about my bad customer service experience with her and told him to inform her, this morning I got a phone call from her Mrs.Shani without any explanation about the reason why she calling me she start yelling at and telling me how dare I can complain about her, I was absolutely surprise how the employees of this famous expensive and high class brand could call a customer and screaming at him, after she canโt stop yelling at me and make me truly angry and upset I decided to hang up this un believable conversation, I decided to called to the store manager Mr,Bashar and informed him about his employee behavior, he was truly surprised and promise to check this un professional incident. I just asking my self how famous brand and quite expensive brand like Bally could hire employees like Mrs,Shani who donโt have any basic of manners and being with a positive attitude and being polite instead of calling a customer and yelling at them after they spending quite a lot for Bally brand stuff, I hope she is not longer working there, very disappointing and thatโs definitely not the excellent customer service I was expecting from high class shop like Bally, Gadi
One of the best shopping experiences! After speaking on the phone and finally meeting the amazing associate named Yossi, I knew Bally had a client for life! Yossi was so friendly and quite knowledgeable on Bally goods. He patiently walked me through bags that would fit the needs I previously mentioned. Upon arriving I truly enjoyed the relaxed environment and great conversations!My purchase included a handbag for myself and driver shoes for my husband birthday. Yossi even gift wrapped the shoes and added a nice birthday note for my husband.

Nice variety of sneakers and dress/casual shoes. I purchased my husband a casual pair of Craxon Deer loafers with shoe accessories as a 22nd wedding anniversary gift this month. He absolutely loved them. Customer service is tops as well as a fresh, clean store. I plan to return in the near future.
Superb quality and timeless! Ive been buying bally shoes for 17 years and they are the most comfortable and highest quality made shoes you can buy. They are a little expensive but you get your moneys worth. I still wear three pair i bought in 1998.
If I could give no stars I would! My husband made an online purchase in June. The shoes didnโt fit so we sent them back. After being told they didnโt have the size he needed my husband asked for a refund. This was June 17th. This company is putting him through all this unnecessary drama to get a refund. It has been well OVER the time limit they require to process a refund so I donโt understand why itโs taking so long. Speaking with a client service representative is like talking to a scam artist. Getting fed all types of promises with no results!! At this point my husband doesnโt want to deal with the issue he asked me to. Now I see why! Heโs tired of them running him in circles. Itโs July 15th and a refund is yet received. Please please please save yourself the hassle and just go in the store and make a purchase because online ordering is a nightmare when the items you order donโt fit. Itโs like they make you wait forever and a day to get your money back. NOT ON MY WATCH!!
