Sold me a lemon!! Very cheap materials, bed frame broke in less then 2 days! Called the store and was told “be careful how I get in bed” would not replace frame! Paid close to $1000 just to sleep on broken wood! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Prices are Are okay, you pay for what you get. Quality of what I got it verses what they had in the store are two different things and on top of that, they didnt tell me or even think to ask me if I wanted bedrails. Its cool never will waste my time or money ever again. Two Stars for the effort but keep trying.

They dont want to service me anymore beace they feel I was verbally abusive to them. That is a big statement to make when all I wanted wa one question answered and they couldnt give it to me. I apologized the first time in the store even though I ahouldnt have. He kept messing up the order on the computer for me to sign. He fot upset with me and to cool the situation down I apologized. Iv never had worse customer service yet! Beds are lopsided from standing up in the warehouse and the service is very unprofessional. I hope the owner can reach out for my concerns on the behalf of the staff and store.

Great customer service and their level of friendliness is exceptional. They have fast check out and treated me very well. They also fix any issues you have with your purchase and Im happy with that. Update 6/1/2020 There mattresses are pretty good but the boxspring are horrible. After they replaced the 1st boxspring the 2nd replacement one ended up breaking just like the 1st one did and I had to end up purchasing a smart boxspring for $125. I recommend buying the mattress only cause the boxspring are trash. Thanks yall

So I bought a bed from them on Sunday & long story short the box spring they delivered to my house was bigger than the one in store . I explained this to the them. It hasn’t even been 12 hours and all I’m trying to do is swap the box spring for a smaller one like I was shown INSTORE. So I can’t swap out the box spring that I bought from this company the same day . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLK.

I walked in and the whole place smelled like marijuana! I could never buy a mattress from a place when you are smoking marijuana in the same building you keep the merchandise. Very poor customer service and unprofessional. Also, I asked to see the bed in person and was told I would need to purchase it because they have no showroom. Terrible experience and I won’t be coming back!
