Went there last week went to try to pay my iPhone 12 Pro Max in cash they said only debit or credit card only required. Then I asked I need a new screen protector because it was coming off. they had me pay for another one which I already got insurance for the phone I went to another T-Mobile and they told me this one didn’t wanna help me…….which is so true THIS STORE NEEDs NEW EMPLOYEES that treat customers properly as are respectful and know the rules … worst place to buy a phone with the accessories

I switched from Verizon to try to save some money HUGE MISTAKE! This company is completely disorganized and you’ll never get a straight answer. I received my bill which was 15.00 higher than I was quoted. I called got nothing but a run around. The website barely works the app also barley works the customer service terrible they keep telling you they’re sorry if you go with this company it’s YOU that will be sorry

I love tmobile! I had 3 unlimited lines before and i went to get another one today and surprisingly i got another line for FREE!! So basically i got 5 unlimited lines and only paying for 4! Just awesome ❤️

I recently purchased a phone from this specific store and I was having trouble with my phone set up. I wanted to see the sales person who I dealt with in the beginning as we continued to find a solution to the problem I had with my device, I encounter a very sarcastic and plain ignorant sales attendant named JULIA GREGORY mobile EXPERT this person has the worst attitude you can encounter. She made smart comments about the situation even went as far as saying I had not purchased my phone there when I had my receipts. I eventually lost my patience and told her about herself. I wish I could speak to a manager about this situation so one else feels like I did. Julia Gregory terrible sales person poor attitude.

There r a couple of nice c/s reps. Everytime I go there is a bunch of new people. The last time there was this young lady who was so impatient and askedher supervisor to wait on me must get her act together and know the customer is first and foremost.JUAN IS THEIR BESTC/S REP. IF ALL WERE LIKE HIM, THEY WOULD BE A 5 STAR STORE.

They tell too many lies. Don’t want to go too much into detail but they tell you one thing but once I called the t mobile stores in the surrounding areas I was told they were lying. Do your research and don’t purchase anything over $175 with CASH. They will try to mail you a check, which is nowhere printed on my receipt.

I never have a bad experience except for a couple times this puggy bark skin fairy was being difficult and getting slick at the mouth for some unknown reason (raised eyebrow SMH) but someone else helped me and then I was fine but other then that Ive never had a bad experience in this branch fast friendly helpful and informational

Had a brand new phone for less than a day, the screen cracked, the store said I had to go through corporate, corporate said I had to go through the store, the guy at this store had little to no sympathy, empathy and just wasnt pleasant to deal with. Corporate made up for it by letting g me keep the broken phone and sent me a new one, an upgraded model. Thanks.

Strange experience.Purchased a charger, total was ($16.02) I gave $20 bill and 1 penny (I was one penny short), he broke my ONE dollar bill and gave me back $.99 cents.This is what I call ECONOMY NAZIS.Very unfriendly staff, slow and unorganised service.
