Zach told me that the truck was clean and only had rust on the frame, I drove 2.5 hrs to come and look at the truck to see rust on EVERY PANEL covered by the worst patch job I’ve seen, a ripped CV boot and rockers and cab corners rusted out and patched as well. So I took look at another truck and see and it was the same story with that one as well. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a Dodge 5500 from this dealership. First, I must say this I was treated with so much respect. The owners and workers are very helpful and go out of thier way to accommodate your needs. They assist above and beyond. Its been 6 months since my purchase and they still check in. These guys stand by there vehicles and value their customers.

I was very pleased with the service I received purchasing my son a used Ford (F 150?).. I think please don’t tell my son lol. However things went very smoothly everything was completed for me in a reasonable time frame and the car was cleaned and detailed to my son’s liking. The truck sounds and look good.. mind you the young sexy sales person wasn’t so bad either. So if ur looking for a used car I highly recommend checking the place out!!

I mistakenly purchased a vehicle from New England cars, and since day 1 it’s been a hassle to get things fixed.I was told certain things were replaced they weren’tOnly masked up.I brought it back and left it for 2 weeksWith a list of things needing repairs, I trusted they were done but since discovered they were not.Including shocks and air conditioning.I have been trying for months to get ahold of the manger zack but he keeps avoiding me.Won’t return my calls, in fact last time I called he was the one who answered but told me his name was JeffI called today and confirmed there was no Jeff that works there.He’s never there when I go by.The salesperson has been very helpful and he is stuck in the middle because he answers the phone.I do not recommend this “business” for the reasons stated above

Best experience I’ve ever had car shopping! Every one that works there is wicked nice and friendly. Seeing as I was buying a used car it needed a few things fixed so I didn’t get to look at or and test drive it for a few days while it was being worked on and they were very apologetic and thanked me for my patients which they didn’t have to do! Got a great deal on my trade in and got an amazing deal on my Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel! I read the reviews before going and the negative reviews seemed like spammers and the only legitimate one the person did seem to understand that if something goes wrong 6 months after you buy a car the lemon law no longer apply and the issues are your responsibility at that point, it’s a used car not a brand new car from the dealer with a factory warranty! I would highly recommend New England cars to anyone in the market for a car, no dealers around can beat their prices! I’d give 10 stars if I could, being a mechanic student I’ve helped all my friends buy cars and I have bought quite a few cars and this was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and would buy a other car from them anytime! Purchased a truck from here. They were helpful after the engine light came on 2 days after picking it up. The issue was fixed for a few weeks. Then the engine light came on again for the same issue and I will be bringing the truck back to have it worked on. The situation is frustrating but the staff has been very helpful in fixing the issue.

I came to New England Auto to buy a car for the first time. I felt there were no games and got the chance to discuss things with the owner. What an awful place to buy a car. Nothing but problems, I recommend going somewhere else to buy your next car! Rude staff, they had to fix something to get it to pass inspection and they tell you they did YOU a favor!! In response to your response, NO, this review was not a mistake just one you obviously cannot delete like my review in other places. If I thought that I would be able to contact you, I would consider reaching out to you AGAIN. However, your upsettingly rude and incompetent staff will either not answer my calls or delete my email. Just purchased a 2017 Nissan Maxima from New England Cars and am extremely happy with the experience. As a first time car buyer, I had a lot of questions and some anxiety about the process, but both Rhody and Sophia were very personable and helpful. They were happy to work with my mechanic so he could take a look at the car before the purchase, and Rhody sat with me while i called my insurance agency to change my policy. I was expecting to be stressed out with all the paperwork but they handled 99% of it for me. They were also willing to work around my job schedule so that inspection could be done on time. Very very satisfied!

Buying my first minivan ended up being a fun experience at this dealership. With twins on the way I wasnt sure what we needed, but this 2013 grand caravan fit the bill. Anthony was laid back and no pressure from start to finish, with a good sense of humor (which my old Nissan Quest trade in required). I bought a car here to only be lied too, i was told they would detail my car before i bought it that never happened. I also brought the car back over 4 times for the same issue and its still not fixed. They also welded a pipe where one of my Cadillac converters go. This is such a hassle and problems that no one should go through especially for someones first car. Im very disappointed as a customer who paid in full!

I bought the car paid all the cost after a few days I had problems with the brake and the band that caused the sound of the car I told them they would fix me so I could drive the car because I had it at home without being able to use it and I told them that I want to fix all that because before buying they said that the car was in good condition, well I told them fix it because I did not want to drive with the car in bad condition but he said he will fix it but that I had to pay $ 100 for him to fix it but I know Suppose that each diler should give a 30-day guarantee for if the car has a fault and the car has not yet passed 30 days I wanted to fix the car but did not continue insisting that I had to pay the $ 100 I did not have to pay anything in the end it was horrible experience in that dealer and I do not recommend anyone to go to that dealer because all he gave me is a headache instead of fixing the situation

This is the worst car dealership Ive ever dealt with. I bought my car from them and they refuse to honor their warranty so now my car is stuck on th side of the road since February 10 and it is now july18. They keep saying theyre calling someone name anthony to fix my car but nothing ever happens. I call and I get hung up on, I call and I get sent to voicemIl...then on the rare occasion they do answer sonia tells my its my fault.. im sorry but idk but the transmission bucking and refusing to shift is not my fault ... so now this is 6 months of arguing with them (inside my warranty) to get this car fixed... Id give 0 starts if I could.

Soon I was behind the wheel of the truck of my dreams (F-250 Super Duty). We agreed on a very faire price.The best part was the amount of work the service department performed on the truck before they delivered it.
