I would not buy from this place be warned!SORRY Really Long!!! So I recently bought a Audi from this place price was not bad and my wife needed a car so we checked it out. The kid working said he was just there covering for his partner who was away in India or somewhere over seas for a month. What ever no big deal car was tagged at $2700 looked through it drove it all seemed fine the paint towards the gas take was worn out but not a big deal all seemed fine. Obviously when you buy a car you never take the first price and they kid says everything is negotiable, so he calls the owner he says no way that car was supposed to be $4500 so $2700 is the best deal. Ok no harm Ill take it. I told the guy when I was paying do they offer a warranty just in case he says yes 30 days engine and transmission if something is wrong we will take care of it then he says if it dies not pass inspection he has a guy now that should be a red light but I trusted him and had him put the 30 day warranty in writing on the contract. 2 days after buying it it was raining we went into the car and both the driver side and passenger side had puddles of water in it at least 2 inchs on each side. Then I smell burning oil and the car is smoking. So I bring it to my mechanic and he says both valve cover gaskets were bad and 3 cam shaft sensors were bad and it wont pass inspection. So I go back to the dealer because he gave me 30 days so the kids gets nervous when I tell him and calls his boss in India who refuses to honor what was in writing on the contract and bill of sale. He told me that they new it had issues thats why it was priced that way so I told him that you are selling defective cars which is a hazard and the state would shut him down doing such things and I told him I have a legal contract stating he gave me a 30 day warranty on the engine and transmission so after going back and forth he pretty much said oh well we knew it was defective thats why it was priced low and your out of luck and hung up. So I have already contacted the DA and a whole bunch of people this place is selling faulty cars and they know it and dont care or honor what is in writing.

DO NOT BUY a car from this guy!sold my 16 year a car that wont pass inspection and offered to give us $900.00 less then what we gave him two weeks ago. Nice until he gets your money. Lies about ordering parts while my sons car sat at his mechanic a few buildings down. Now my son spent everything he has worked for to buy this car and its gonna cost another $100 tfoe it to pass inspection thank God for Mass laws. I will be also filing a complaint with the dealership license board and attorney general

They are lucky I had to give one star to give this review! Total scams! Sold a truck to my husband and it’s a complete loss! Failed inspection the next day, they lied about what condition the truck was in and when called back to return the truck they told us to take them to court ! That’s what we plan to do, but it’s really a shame that this is what these people do to hard working families! The repairs on this truck will be more than we paid for it! They are disgraceful !

This dealer is a total disaster. I asked him in advance if there was something I had to know about the condition of the car and he said everything was fine except radio. Next day I commuted two hours to get to this swamp to discover that the state of the car was far from fair. It was clear that it had an accident as some parts of it were painted poorly, also the trunk was broken and wouldnt open, the car was super dirty inside, trash all over. Whats worse is that after I would point out these things all he could say was that his boss told him everything was fine with the car. He just kept repeating this phrase like a stupid robot.

Dishonesty they say vehicles need nothing at all and there in great shape. All lies. Was supposed to look at 2005 ford explorer. 40 mins before we get there vehicle is sold they say they have a 2004 explorer instead needs nothing at all vehicle haha yeah it need more than its worth in suspension body work and tires and it had 60,000 more miles than the other explorer for the same price. Avoid this place save yourself

This guy lied about the roof leaking had suspicion as there was water he said he left the window open for some time and before u know it as it rains the sunroof is leaking I call to complain he says 30 day u warrent past nothing he could do well it didnt rain for a good month. This guy is a liar and did nothing to rectify the problem dont buy from him

Dont buy from here!!!This guy was rude at the start when I voiced concerns about the car I traveled almost 2 hours to see.Lied about the condition of the car!! As well as the fact that it HAD been in an accident!! Had significant rusting underneath.. Broken hood release cable.. Bad tailgate lift hydrolics.. And lots of external scrapes that he did a good job hiding on the pictures he posted on Craigslist.I brought my mechanic with me to check out this car... He found a serious safety/ rusted body mount issue along with several other issues that he showed this guy (Shaw) and his response was that he would just put a piece of metal over it to hide it and sell it anyway!!!Said he was confident that he could sell this. WHITE 2004 SATURN VUE to someone who wouldnt know what to look for..This place should be closed down!!

Negative stars if I could give this place! Inquired a vehicle via phone and the owner stated he is NOT open on Sunday, but the site suggested it is opened. SO, just checked the posts of the vehicle and it is marked as SOLD. Shouldve told me it is not available when I have inquired it via phone. Poor communication and service evidently. I would take my business elsewhere!
