From very first visit Gerald went above and and beyond. His hands on customer service is outstanding the best I’ve ever experienced in an art store. Your lucky to have him leading your team. I have considered changing carriers multiple times but he has kept me as an att customer with this exceptional customer service. He should be commended!!!!! Absolutely Incredible!!!!

It was the worst experience I ever had. My ungrade order was all screwed up by the representative who placed the order. When I ask him he says you can correct by yourself, by calling at&t directly even though he acknowledged that he screwed up the order. When I asked for the manager he says manager don’t answer the phone. I have never seen such a rude and unprofessional behavior in my life.

Keri was great! She is quick, informative and friendly when I went to switch over to another account. Would definitely recommend this location.

The Associate, Keri knew all of the products and promotions and was able to answer any question quickly. She was the only associate on that day and she managed to assist everyone no matter how busy it was and kept her composure through it all. Very professional!

This is our first time open the cellphone with this company AT&T for family of 5...what a huge mistake. First we walked to a no greeting no help we just standing there for 25min being totally ignored, and we was there to to purchase cases and have better understanding about the phone. We was so disappointed and disgusted that we end up returning everything. I can clear say it that NEVER AGAIN! They had told me about AT&T but I had to see and experiencing.I wish I could give zero as a review

Keri and Jared were knowledgeable and empathetic to my switch over to 4G network. They walked me through the process helped me pick a phone and find the best plan. I appreciate their time and courtesy.

Walked into an empty store. Knocked on the open back office door and asked for help but no answer. After about 10 minutes employee came out to say store was closed since she still had 10 minutes left on her break. She said she had a note on the door which I then noticed. So if you plan on going to this location during business hours make sure you call ahead to make sure no one will be on break when you get there.

Excellent service. Jason went above and beyond to help and share money saving advice. He backed up the entire phone. Gave me a great a t deal. Very knowledgeable and fantastic. Awesome service. Thank you.

Ed and Jared were excellent we needed to update our plan and phones and they took the time to explain and transition our new devices. In addition Jared put on the TV to a kid friendly show and was beyond excellent to my toddler .. the best moment when my toddler goes “oh no it’s scary” when the fish was searching in the ocean and she covered her eyes and Jared goes “don’t worry I’ll let you know when it’s clear” and she cheered .. it warmed my heart at how great my experience was.. Ed and Jared are an all starteam!!!

I was thinking of changing carriers in the beginning of my visit. I still had a iPhone 7. I met with Jared and he was very patient and understood my needs. He explained different plans and options to save. I was very happy with his service and will recommend him to my friends and family. I look forward in visiting him again when my phone arrives to assist me in setting it up

Jarred and his coworker and manager were wonderful. Jarred handled everything and the other two were there became it was slow. I had an God awful experience in Seekonk and will never ever go back there again. It was a quick in and out. I an over the moon with their service and attitude. He told me I could sit where I am comfortable, which I did. I am not a big fan of high rise chairs and the lower one suited my needs. Hey where is the survey form the Seekonk store? No worries. I already left my review on Goggle and it was not a good one.

Jared has been very helpful and pleasant with us when we have been to the store. We ask when he will be there so we can work with him. We prefer dealing with the same person all the time.

Ed was helpful, efficient, and had a great sense of humor! We had a few things to take care of, all of which were done quickly and in tandem. 10/10 would recommend this location!

What a great and pleasurable experience! My iPhone was due for an upgrade and I needed help figuring out which phone would be best for my needs(personal&business). Zachary was more than patient and professional while he explained the many options available to me. The store is COVID19 prepared with protocols in place that demonstrate a sterile and clean environment! Gerald ( the store lead) was also very helpful and friendly. Go here if you want exceptional customer service and knowledgeable professionals. I left with a new iPhone set up and ready to use, plus a few accessories🙂

Very helpful staff and not out for the biggest sale/commission. Was respectful of my choice of phone and set me up quickly. Would recommend this store and staff highly. Only downside was waiting for downloading of most recent update which takes about a half hour. I was able to take my phone to finish it though. 😁

Visited the store Tuesday to upgrade a phone for my father. He is 71yrs old so needless to say technology is not his forte. After Joe the sales rep asked so questions and went over a few features between the iphone 11 and 12 we decided on the 11. It was a seamless transaction (even for my father).Joe installed the screen protector for us, recommend the otter box case (replacing das phone cause he fell off a ladder and the old phone did not make it) and also recommend the insurance. We chose apple care, and he even set that up for us. Thank you Joe for all you help!!

AT&T has great sales people (Jared is whom I met with), service & plans. Been with them for 2 weeks & am already much happier than I was with Sprint.

I ordered 5 cell phone upgrades on the AT&T app that were meant to be Christmas gifts. Two days later the order was canceled by AT&T. I went to the Attleboro AT&T store and worked with Kyle. He worked on my problem for almost three hours and got it all ironed out. When it came time to pay for the initial fees, my card would not work on their system. Another AT&T representative, Ed, offered to pay for my fees with his debit card if I would give him the cash. Literally, Kyle and Ed saved Christmas for my family. Imagine that, two of Santa’s elves disguised in AT&T uniforms. Thank you so much guys!!!

This store is amazing, including the people who work in it. I recently traded in my iPhone 7 for an iPhone X and it was super easy with no hassle. There is a great variety of cases, and Screen protectors and even portable VR headsets! The staff there was amazing and funny too! They help you get the work done easily. I totally recommend this AT&T authorized retailer store!

The experience at this AT&T store in Attleboro is as good as it gets. I have frequented this store since in opened in June 2017. Will go out of my way to visit this store! The staff (hello, Anthony) is fantastic. I have noticed that the word has gotten out and the traffic has increased a bit. This is great and a testament to the hard workers who have met my expectations at every turn. Most recently, I upgraded my iPhone and it was a seamless pleasure. My husband needed assistance with some concerns on his iPhone and, viola, all issues were addressed.

Went to upgrade my phone. Matthew was very good about getting me the right phone and getting me in and out quickly. I was very happy with his assistance.

We had a totally broken phone on vacation. We came to this store and Zach helped us right away. He put on cartoons for our kids and set us up with a new phone in no time. Very helpful!

Despite all going on with COVID I was in and out super quick!

Went there to get my elderly moms new phone activated, which is stressful enough for her - the only person working didnt even stand up when we came in and said in a rude voice May I help you? without looking up. When I told him what we needed he said It will be some time before he could do it. When I asked about how long, he said When Im finished with this customer in a tone that indicated the conversation was over. Lifes too short to deal with disgruntled employees so we left and neither of us will ever go back. The shopping plaza is no joy to navigate with a car either.

Matthew was a tremendous help when my phone upgrade ended up adding an additional line on my account. While he couldn’t resolve the problem directly, he helped me set up my return and processed the actual upgrade on my line!

Came in to replace/upgrade my iPhone. Zach was great and to the point, making the experience short and sweet. Didn’t get pushed in any direction I didn’t want to, and all my questions were answered.

Awful awful awful customer service. My husband has been a customer for 8 years and recently we upgraded our phones. I wanted the Samsung 9 but it was out of stock and was told to try the Samsung 9+, I didnt like it due to the size (too big) and it wasnt working correctly as the screen protector that I paid $50 for, which was placed on the phone by the assistant manager was done incorrectly. They attempted to charge a restocking fee and refused to waive the fee. Overall they lost out on two great customers and we are now very happy with our Verizon service.
