Have called multiple times over days and no answer everytime, I just want to see if they have a phone in stock so I dont have togo out of my way togo there.

Terrible customer service! Spent close to 2 hours in the store trying to get my phone to work, person behind the counter had no idea what they were going and paying more attention to gossip than to customers.

100% Wonderful Business and 100% good to customers.

I have had metro - pcs for manny years now an always had good luck . if I had a problem or didnt understand something I no I could go c owner in Attleboro to explain it better to me, who could ask for moor .wear can u go these days for that find of services, no wear else . T U .

Mustafa & Aziz are knowledgeable, courteous. They have helped me make good product choice and they have solved technical issues when my smart phone was smarter than me.

Customer service was good. but thats only because their trying to sell you everything in the store. only business Ive ever own l known to sell you a product with no return policy. not even with a receipt the next day. and fact is if your not spending at least 300 on a phone its gonna be crap. love the service but its pointless cause i cant get a decent phone cause there to much and the lte zmax sucks btw. first one was great this one is a piece of crap

This is the only metro PCs doesnt give refund or exchange so my wife buy me a charger over there for my ZTE Max pro charger broke once I took it out the box and I cant get a refund lmao and there charger are trash.
