I have been buying TVS and others in BBY, but this was the first time I was buying appliances, and I am sorry to say this place is the worse, maybe the issue is only with buying Viking appliances, but the salespeople are not trained properly. here is my story, on April 10th, I bought a microwave, a dishwasher and a cooktop. The microwave was shipped and installed, but the convection oven had an annoying clanking noise, I went back to BBY and their answer was to call Viking directly, they contacted me with a local service and they never called me back. The cooktop was on backorder the last i heard was July. And last but not least the dishwasher, soI was looking for the stainless steel finish, what they order was a custom built, when they came to install they told me that I did NOT have a faceplate, that i had to go back to BBY and order it. I went back and had the same salesperson who sold me a faceplate an a handle (extra 500), because I was talking that day with Viking about the microwave I asked them about the dishwasher, and they told me that I had ordered the wrong model that Just needed to return everything and get the right model that has stainless steel from the factory. So I went back to BBY and made the exchange. Last Monday my new dishwasher came but they did not install it, they forgot that someone had to install the unit, so they dropped it in my kitchen and told me to go again to BBY to make an appointment. I call them instead and demanded for them to come ASAP, their answer was that the best they could do was Saturday 6 days later, I told them it was unacceptable, asked for a manager, they promised me they will try to do something about and that a manager was going to call me later. that never happened, I called again on Wednesday and while I was one hour on hold waiting, i use my other phone and call to return EVERYTHING, I wasted many hours on the phone, multiple trips. my appointment is now for next Tuesday for them to pick up the uninstalled dishwasher and the defective microwave. OVERALL a terrible experience. So while the financing in BBY is nice, the pain of dealing with Pacific is not worth it it,
