Store was great. Friendly associates. Google and their location pf said store was horrible. When your off by over half a mile you need to fix it. Fire the auto car and get an eyes on person. Your auto car failed again.

Told guy I wanted a 150.00 gift card for my son, he gave me 100.00 gift card instead. Listening is important.

A staff member gave me one-on-one time and really helped me find what I was looking for, she even recommended games like the one I was looking for.

I was able to get some of what I wanted but was not able to get the ps5.

Very fast paced store and the employees keep up with the pace. Fast and friendly store. I recommend this location to all gamers in the area!!!!

I would never buy a Xbox or PS from them but I always buy my games here

I’ve been to quite a few game stores over the years and this stores staff are friendly, patient, and amazing! We have children and the staff don’t look annoyed when we come in and don’t roll their eyes when I’m trying to find something that we’re looking for! Thank you guys! Keep up the good work!!

I just went into the store to return an online order that had free shipping when I returned it the young girl at the cash register did not believe me that my shipping was free even though I showed her my whole online order and proceeded to charge me for my free shipping and refunded me four dollars less than my order total I will never come into this game stop again when I continued to show her and ask her about it she got snotty with me and told me there was nothing she could do about it

Angel was a big help!He knew the answer to all my questions and was eager to help any way he possibly could. He was professional and efficient.

The Google map location is wrong and gamestop wasnt answering their phone when I called about finding the location.

Not bad. They helped with a controller issue. But now I have to go back because my turtle beach isnt compatible. 😩

A good game stop.

Coming from hardcore gaming perspective, a lot of GameStops appeal has seen better days. Trade value is really inconsistent. The displays are filled to the brim with odd merchandise. While theres heavy discounts, Gamestop tries to aim for you getting a used copy a lot.In some cases, older games even have instantly lost a lot of collectors value due to having the sticker not on a seal but on the case or even paper cover itself.Employees are very pleasant themselves and helpful, but I just cant really find a real reason to use the franchise itself over online.

So I went here for my sons birthday and the guy behind the counter noticed that my son loves Zelda and he gave him a Zelda pin. What a cool guy. Thumbs up.

Gamers paradise. Spring sale meant lots was discounted, bought a case for my switch and the cashier was helpful

Love, love, love this place! Theres always some kind of sale going on. Being that my boyfriend and I are both heavy into the video game scene we frequent this place often. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, a passion for their job shows.Depending on the sale that day you can often time double or TRIPLE your reward points if youre a gamestop member. I highly recommend signing up if you frequent, youll save money before you realized its happened.

Though busier than most stores, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have never felt pressured by them or received bad advice. The store isnt as big as some of the others but still has a decent selection.

They are the worst game stop I ever been in the manger Bradley refuse to help me with a return after talking to him on the phone and driving 45min back to Great Lakes crossing ............. They new training or a new job................

This chain has really come back, and theyre not on the Corona Madness train either.. they believe that Americans do have rights, unlike its competitor Disc Replay!
