I hadn’t been here in a long long while because of a rude employee. Currently they have very professional staff. However every time I buy Verizon accessories, they stop working. I bought a fast charge cable. Which is over $30.00. It stopped charging less than two weeks. Went back to exchange it. Staff was super busy. I got an exchange, but it wasn’t done properly. The second one died too. But since it wasn’t exchanged properly I couldn’t get a third one. So I’m out $30 and a cable. I usually go to Verizon “ authorized “ dealers instead of the one here because of past issues.

No staffing, long wait. You better make sure you dedicate at list 4 hours to be seen and helped. Also after waiting 2 weeks for new phone to arrive, went to this location had the exact same salesperson who helped with ordering the phone, to trade in old device. Turns out the sales person misquoted the amount we were able to receive for the old device, and even though we had a written quote for what we were going to receive, and after 3 discussions with his store manager (who never came out of the back to address this issue in person) they were unable to fulfill the promise made at initial point of sale. Sad to say I will be abandoning 15+ years of service with Verizon and taking my families business elsewhere. Just shows that Verizon does not care about customer service.

These guys were great with helping my husband and I change our phone plan over to theirs. Very patient with all of our questions and didnt even try to upsell us which is MUCH appreciated. They cant help how much Verizon chargers for customers so I wont complain about the expense of it. But the staff were delightful despite being pretty busy!

Sales rep messed our account up so bad, we’ve lost all promotional credits for nothing. They don’t know what they’re doing. I suggest managing your account online. Wasted day and hours on the phone with Verizon. Never had any problems until I went into this store.

I went in to upgrade my phone and worked with Sarah. She did an excellent job answering all my questions and made sure I got everything I needed and even spent extra time to get me the best deals they had to offer. I highly recommend this location and will be going back for any future phone purchases!

Not worth going into the store anymore. They only offer you deals on the ultra expensive phones and they wont transfer data to the new phone anymore. You have to do it yourself. What happened to customer service?

I cant Vouch for any of the other employees. But stay away from Jack W. I was switching back to Verizon from Xfinity Mobile after being a Verizon Wireless customer for 16 years. After 5 days and over 14 hours on the phone with customer service.. I finally have an activated phone. Not only did he lie to me about questions I had about my plan, He set up my account incorrectly which caused issues with my old carrier and getting my new device activated. VERY IRRITATED. And of course theres nothing Verizon wireless will do to make the situation right.

This store, albeit new, doesn’t have very good service and selections. Here’s my experience. My father and I needed to go in, hoping to buy a new phone, we walked in, and found no one. No hi, hello, how may I help you. A completely, empty, store. Now when I say that, what I mean is, no customers, no staff, no videos, no sign saying the staff will be back. Just empty. After about 5-10 min, some staff (2 persons) come out to greet us. It took a long time to find out if they had a phone cord, we also needed one of those, just to find out that it was 40$! I’m not saying it’s a terrible store, but if you want to be in and out quick I recommend something Else, as the staff we dealt with were not very helpful and even told us to go to a different store if the price was too high. Now, I don’t want to hurt a store, my family owns a business, and a lot of people focus only on the negative. Here’s what I liked, there was a good amount of new phones to find and look at. It was very clean, and organized. They had enough chairs to be comfortable for a group of people, and although the staff do have to call other offices for some things, their very apologetic and nice people. Based on that, I would give it a 6/10 and would recommend for people who already know what they want and are prepared to wait.

The rep joe was absolutely the worst example of Verizon I have encountered in my 10+ years of service. He was extremely rude and was trying to say Verizon forced bundles to accounts that resulted in unnecessary charges for hotspots and higher plans. joe was the worst rep I have seen. Please re-evaluate.

I ordered a phone online for same day pick up. Got there as they locked the door and they refused to help me despite it being an emergency. Zero compassion. I have only been a customer through verizon for 2 mos but I’m already sorely disappointed in the poor service and horribly functioning website.

Im just a 62 year old with a stroke wobble who bought a phone the previous day it didnt work all night because it was mistakenly thought that Id be going home to wifi.I had a phone all evning but no data,, no web browser,, no progress downloading anything so when i get there saturday in sweatpants not being an attractive milinialwho has previously bought his phone, is less desirable and told that Id have to leave when the customers began rolling in.

Dustin gives top notch service, he went above an beyond to make sure we got what we came in for. When we came in last week the store was extremely busy, everyone came in right when they opened, including us. But Dustin checked everyone in the second they came through that day. With a smile on his face, he assured that everyone would be taking care of. Dustin even recommended that people use the website or app to get their process or order started before it was their turn. And that’s exactly what I did and before you know it Dustin called my name and he took care of everything!!If you go here, ask for Dustin-Jae

Walked into Verizon pretty frustrated with some billing inconsistencies and had the luck of working with Jessica today. When all was said and done, everything was explained, ironed out and some tweaks were made so our bill wasnt changing as much each month. All in all, today was a pretty good visit and we left pretty happy.

Really great customer service here. Though sometimes you could wait awhile but I wouldnt go anywhere else. They dont rush you and they take their time helping you whether you are buying a phone or getting service. They always help me in every way they can. Sometimes it is better coming in to your local corporate store to get the extra help instead of calling customer service. All Verizon rep are very knowledgeable. This is my Verizon store!! Love em!!

Terrable place to go if you need a new phone.They force you into an insane contract for it. They dont provide cheep cell service for single people. They forced me into a very costly bill three times as much as one phone line should cost. Only went here to get a new phone but was forced into a way to high cost contract. Would have been better off leasing from best buy and getting the 30$ service activation cards. They set you up with an outrageous bill then you cant change it unless you call customer service and sell your phone back or pay it off. Wish I would have seen all this coming or done more thinking before accepting any offer from them. Im canceling all my services and paying off my phone as soon as possible. The agents were nice but this place is unreasonable with their contracts and policies and they dont provide much customer services.

Dedicated to Ashley general manager at Verizon Auburn Hills. In the past the customer service was top notch. Lately however, this is no longer a priority. We had a screen protector installed on a smart watch, which they did sideways, believe it or not. They tried to fix it but it bubbled everywhere 30 minutes later. We were actually at best buy when it bubbled found a new screen protector, called the verizon store spoke to Ashley asked if they had that model, they said they were out of stock so we bought it at best buy. Went back to Verizon to get a refund due to faulty install. They told us they would not refund only store credit, after we argued they were at fault and we had to purchase one from a different store they refunded the money but told us they wouldnt install the one from best buy. So we sat down to install it ourselves. One of the employees saw us struggling and offered to help saying they usually carry that brand but were out of stock so he would install it. As he was about to put the glass on the General Manager Ashley told him to stop because she told me they wouldnt install it because we bought it from Best Buy. He said were out of them I dont mind helping them and she told him no, and we do have them. My wife told her we specifically called and asked if they had them and she told us no. Is he accused her of lying, I unfortunately lost my cool at that point and had had 1 choice word for her and she told me to leave I told her I wouldnt until you finish the screen protector she called the police so I left very embarrassed. And angry. I will currently trying to decide if I should take our business plan to sprint. Thank you in advance Ashley if I find a better deal.

A little sad trip to Verizon. We found the selection of phones lacking in the store. We could look at the high-end premium phones, but most everything else is unavailable to touch and see. After much consideration we chose a phone and they didnt have it and couldnt order it. So we chose another, and they didnt have it and couldnt order it. Really hard on consumers when they advertise phones and then those phones dont seem to exist.

Terrible customer service. I came here, got a $35 glass screen protector, had an employee put it on, there was still some air on the sides, but he told me to just push them down and it would be fine.It was not fine, the sides of the glass would not go down, so I called the store and asked if I could return it, they said I could exchange it.Then when I go in, some woman (not the guy I talked to on the phone) tells me I can not return or exchange it, even though the product was faulty and one of their employees applied it.Dont buy from here, find a different store who cares about more than taking your money.

Helpful, but the lack of continuity between the companys website (and customer service) vs the stores is annoying. Price and other deals should be the same at both the official VZW site and stores. At least returning items and some other things are still interchangeable... But the rest is a headacheEdit: Thank you. Its not your fault, nor is it the fault of this particular store. Your store (in particular) is great, and all the employees have been more knowledgeable than most. Its simply the lack of continuity (a decision made by the corporation) that is the problem. Took Galaxy S8+ in because it said Mobil Network not available. After 30 minutes they determined it was most likely a hardware issue and not a SIM card issue. The best recommendation the person gave was, go to best buy because sometimes they have Samsung reps available. The person who tried to help me was very courteous. My only problem is the end result: Leaving with a still defective device that I purchased online from Verizon. I am VERY unhappy at Verizon.

I came in to find if they could do anything about my Galaxy 6. It had locked up and they basically told me that its too bad I didnt buy the insurance and that I should look into having Samsung fix it. They made me feel like a sucker. I will not be visiting that store again. They did not suggest hooking up my old phone in the meantime...they just want to sell phones and to Hell with customer service.

Ordered a new phone online for instore pick up. Got it all set up had issues with the phone connecting to the network. End up spending and over an hour with Verizon support ( they were amazing). Told me I had to exchange it. Went back there was a huge line .explakbed my situation to the sales staff and asked to speak to the manager because all I was doing was exchanging the phone. They had 2 managers on staff Kevin and Dustin. Waiting over 20 mins. They never came out. Ended up leaving with an expensive paper weight at this point. Called Verizon support ended up getting resolved. Turns out that they were all sold out of my phone . All they had to do was inform me that they were our and take 2 seconds out of their day instead of ignore me. Kevin and Dustin you shouldnt be a manger.

Terrible service. Salesmen kept excessively pushing products that I didnt need. And once I got my phone he put the screen protector on wrong. Instead of admitting responsibility, he said that was the way they were made and that the adhesive will lay down in two days. He proceeded to put a protector on another phone and when I asked why that worked perfectly he just walked away. I came back a few days later and a saleswomen told me that with the curvature of the phone this happens sometimes. When I told her about how I witnessed the man put one on perfectly she told me she couldnt help me and that I had to order a new glass protector. Very dissapointed in the quality of service giving the fact of the cost of products.

Stopped in one and one half hours before closing. By 5 minutes before closing they finally got to me. Woman could care less to help me and it was obvious I was holding her up getting out of there. Galaxy s6 died 5 days out of warranty. All she would tell me it sucks you didnt buy the protection plan. Left pissed off and called Verizon and they replaced my phone overnight. This location needs to improve their customer service.

Everytime myself and my wife have visited this location we ar3nt even acknowledged for at least a half hour. They treat people as if they dont matter and try to push you out just as soon as they finally get around to working with you. The team members were snotty and acted like we werent any type of priority. I have since started buying our phones directly from Verizon online. Everytime I go in this store, the people are rude, the wait is astronomical, and they alway seem to mess some part of your order up. In fact, they have NEVER gotten it right yet!!! None of them seem to know, or even care much about thier job. Simple thing as a phone case, got home, wrong size, NOT for my phone. Guess I will need to micro manage even the simplest of tasks from there, smdh. This will be my 3rd trip back for thier mistake. Over it!

Worst customer service Ive ever had. Left bubbles on my screen protector and said they couldnt do anything about it. Failed to set up my voicemail and told me to call tech services and took over two hours to transfer my files from old phone to new phone yet corrupted my SD card in the process.
