Amazing service from start to finish! I got prescreened on different machines and also paid for a retinal scan for $29.00, which was really cool to see the images. I feel good about having baseline imaging to compare things in the future. Then I had a full exam with the doctor who was really nice. She even gave me a copy of my prescription without my even asking! After that I met with Charity who discussed different types of lenses, etc. When we were done deciding all that she went with me to look at frames. She has great skill in finding just the right style and colors that look perfect on me! Truly a blessing to have her help in finding 2 pairs of frames I’m excited about! Charity is just the sweetest person!! I’ve never had so much customer attention throughout the whole process. She explained everything in detail every step of the way and did an outstanding job!! Great place to get your eyes checked and get really good glasses. I paid extra for better lenses but I knew that would be the case. Sort of like buying a car, you can buy the base model but most people want some options. One thing I really appreciated was that someone answers the phone! No recordings, no buttons to push, no waiting or having to leave a message, someone actually answers the phone. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to my mother in laws needs as she needed her reading glasses the same day. They were able to squeeze her in for a next day appointment and get both of her eye glasses the same day.

Honestly couldn’t find a better place for you’re vision needs. Got an eye exam from an excellent optometrist on-sight! Also, Charrie was absolutely fantastic. As a first time “glasses user” she gave me the best recommendations and showed nothing but kindness for each of my 100 questions. I plan on returning in the future and I’ll certainly recommend anyone to come here!Please keep up the fantastic work!

The staff is friendly and professional. The optometrist who performed my eye exam was very knowledgeable! I ordered my contacts and anticipated a 2 week arrival, but they were at my door in 3 days!!!

My experience with both the staff and with Dr. Hubbard were phenomenal! I had my little one with me, and everyone was so patient and kind with us. Dr. Hubbard now has me seeing 15/20 vision. Didnt even know that was possible! The clearest Ive EVER seen. He was also sure to let me know what my options are if I am not happy with my trial contacts. Thank you so much. I will be back to purchase my frames and contacts and future appointments!

The place has a good vibe .Brought in my folding ray bans and they replaced my lenses with prescription lenses in 3 and a half hours. Fantastic service highly recommend.

I have read all these great reviews, and this was not my experience. First, they advertise two pairs of glasses for $78, well apparently if you have insurance that is not the case, so after my eye exam which was good I looked and didnt find anything at that visit I liked. Went back to look again a different day and found a pair which after all was said and done with good vision insurance cost out of pocket $250.Got a call to pick them up and I go there and walk in and give this man my name he says for me to sit at this table, so I think he is going to clean the lenses fit the glasses on my face. No.... He hands them to me I try them on with my mask under them which made them feel tighter. I say, Dont you fit them? Well, if they feel fine and theres a problem you can come back..... No, If you took the time to fit them I would not have to come back. Very disappointed!!

Well to begin the professionalism was beyond reproach, the store itself clean, from the entry way to the exam room, spotless! The optometrist was very in depth but still made sure I understood. The lovely Janessa was fun to work with, making sure I knew all of my options. A very nice gentleman thanked me for my service ( was wearing my Army Veteran hat) and made sure I was given the veteran discount, Thank You! He was the man in charge and was right there working and making things happen. I would like to thank the entire team, I believe my glasses look great, I can see great and it is good knowing any issues I was told to come in anytime at all. Thanks to this team here at this establishment I am bringing in my Mom next week. You guys Rock!

This place has been great! I would definitely recommend. I broke my glasses during the covid shutdown and I was not able to get an exam there but they referred me to a great doctor. I came in on crutches to pick up my glasses and they were very accomidating. The whole staff is just awesome! Thank you!

I recently went in to Eyeglass World to get a new pair of glasses and Charrie was so helpful and accommodating through the whole process. She paid attention to what kind of frames I wanted and made sure I left satisfied.

Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. I’m 80 years old and have some difficult eye issues. Dr. Bush is so patient and knowledgeable. He has helped me so much and always so pleasant ‼️It is the best and nicest optical place I have ever experienced 😁😎😄

Paid a lot of money to get my glasses. They didnt check if the fit was right. They didnt even check if the glasses were okay. My bow was bent, wouldnt bend on the right side! The progressive extra wasnt dark enough to even make a difference, paid an extra $100 for it! If you need more than the basic glasses, DO NOT GO to Eyeglass World!!

Poor product line worse customer service

The eye exam was reasonably priced at $45. But I could have saved $60 on my prescription lenes at Walmart. At least my friend got a $25 gift card for referring me to this location.

What a wonderful experience! I had come in after having a completely awful experience at a different optometrist a week earlier. I decided to come here, a little hesitant after my last experience, but Dr. Bush and the rest of the staff were just wonderful! I can still not get over how this was the best experience at the optometrist that I have ever had!The exam was extremely reasonably priced (I had to pay for it out of pocket because I used the one visit a year my insurance covers at the other exam that was just awful).Dr. Bush really listened to all my concerns and validated that I had reason to be concerned. He then explained how the prescription he was going to give me would fix the issues I’ve been having.Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back!
